    ملخص: الوسائل عنصر مهم في عملية التعليم، وفي هذا البحث كانت الوسيلة التي أنشأت الباحثة هي الكتاب الإلكتروني باللغة العربية مع نوع من كتب القصص المصورة كمواد تعليمية زائدة في ترقية مهارة القراءة لدى الطلاب. ومكان هذا البحث هو المدرسة الثانوية المحمّدية الأهلية ٦ ٥بنجاي . ومن تحليل المشكلة التي وجدت الباحثة أن مواد تدريس اللغة العربية لم توفر التسهيلة الكافية وأن قدرة الطلاب في مهارة القراءة لا تزال غير جيدة. الهدف من هذا البحث هو تطوير الوسيلة التعليمية  المبتكرة والفعالة في ترقية مهارة القراءة لدى الطلاب. طريقة البحث المستخدمة هي طريقة البحث  التطويرية (R&D) النموذجية الأربعة د(4D)  ومن خلال تطوير تصميم كتاب إلكتروني. تظهر نتائج البحث أن تصميم الوسيلة على الكتاب الإلكتروني مناسب للاستخدام بعد التجربة والاختبار الشفوي والحساب معدل ​​درجات ٣۰ طالبا في الاختبار القبلي المعدل ​​بدرجات ٦۰ والاختبار البعدي ​​بدرجات ٨٢. الكلمات الرئيسية: التصميم الإعلامي للكتاب الإلكتروني العربي، مهارة قراءة.     Abstract: Media is an important component in the learning process. In this research, the media created by researcher is a form of arabic E-book with a type of picture story book as additional teaching materials to improve students reading skills. The place of this research is at SMP Muhammadiyah 56 Binjai. From the problem analysis carried out by researcher, the researcher found that the teaching materials for Arabic language subjects were less facilitative and the students' abilities in reading skills were still not good. The aim of this research is to develop an innovtive and efficient learning media in improving student’s reading skiils. The research method used is(4D) model research and development (R&D) method by developing an e-book design. The research result show that this E book based media design is suitable for use after going through trials, reading test, and calculating the average score of 30 students in the pre-test with an average studendt score of 60 and post-test with an average score of 82 points. Keywords: Arabic E-book media design, Maharah Qira’ah.   Abstrak: Media menjadi suatu komponen penting dalam proses belajar, dalam penelitian ini media yang telah dikembangkan peneliti merupakan suatu bentuk e-book berbahasa Arab dengan jenis buku cerita bergambar sebagai bahan ajar tambahan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa. Adapun tempat penelitian ini yaitu di SMP Muhammadiyah 56 Binjai. Dari analisis masalah yang dilakukan peneliti menemukan permasalahan bahan ajar matapelajaran bahasa Arab yang kurang memfasilitasi dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam keterampilan membaca yang masih kurang baik. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan suatu media belajar yang inovatif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa . Metode penelitian  yang digunakan yaitu metode (R&D) model (4D) dengan mengembangakan suatu desain e-book.  Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desain Media Berbasis E-book ini  telah layak digunakan setelah melalui ujicoba dan tes lisan serta perhitungan nilai rata-rata sebanyak 30 siswa pada pre-test dengan nilai rata-rata siswa 60 dan post-test  dengan nilai rata-rata 82 point.     ملخص: الهدف من هذا البحث لفهم كيفية تعليم اللغة العربية باستخدام الطريقة الانتقائية وفعاليتها في الصف الثامن في مدرسة المخلصين المتوسطة الإسلامية. تطبيق الطريقة الانتقائية في تعليم اللغة العربية في الصف الثامن في مدرسة المخلصين المتوسطة الإسلامية من خلال الجمع بين طريقة التعليم المختلفة لتحقيق النتائج المثلى . منهجية البحث المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي البحث الكيفي الوصفي الذي يتضمن ملاحظات تعليم اللغة العربية في الصف الثامن، وتحليل فعالية الطريقة الانتقائية، واستجابات المعلم والطلاب لهذا النهج وتوثيقه. وأظهرت النتائج أن المعلم يجمع بين عدة طريقة مثل الطريقة التقليدية، وطريقة المباشرة، وطريقة القواعد، وطريقة السؤال والجواب، وطريقة التقييم. الطريقة الانتقائية تحسين فهم الطلاب للغة العربية من خلال توفير التنوع في التعليم والتلبية احتياجات التعلم الفردية. يقدم هذا البحث مساهمة هامة في تطوير طريقة تعليم اللغة العربية في المرحلة المتوسطة. الكلمات الرئيسية: فعالية، الطريقة الانتقائية، تعليم اللغة العربية. Abstracts: The purpose of this research is to find out how Arabic is taught using eclectic methods in the eighth grade of MTS Al-Mukhlishin. Implementation of eclectic methods and effectiveness in teaching Arabic in the eight grade of MTS Al-Mukhlishin by combining various teaching approaches to achieve optimal results. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research which involves observations of Arabic language teaching in eighth grade, analysis of the effectiveness of eclectic methods, and responses from teachers and students to this approach and documentation. The findings show that teachers combine several methods such as the conventional method, mubasyaroh method, qowa'id method, question and answer method and evaluation method. Eclectic methods can improve students' understanding of Arabic by providing variety in teaching and meeting individual learning needs. This research makes an important contribution to the development of Arabic language teaching methods at the secondary level. Keywords: Effectiveness, Eclectic Method, Arabic Lenguage Teaching     Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengajaran bahasa arab menggunakan metode eklektik dan efektivitasnya di kelas VIII MTS Al- Mukhlishin. Implementasi metode eklektik dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab di kelas VIII MTS Al-Mukhlishin dengan menggabungkan berbagai pendekatan pengajaran untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan observasi terhadap pengajaran bahasa Arab di kelas VIII, analisis terhadap efektivitas metode eklektik, dan tanggapan dari guru dan siswa terhadap pendekatan tersebut dan dokumentasinya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa guru menggabungkan beberapa metode seperti metode konvensional, metode mubasyaroh, metode qowa’id, metode tanya jawab dan metode evaluasi. Metode eklektik dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap bahasa Arab dengan memberikan variasi dalam pengajaran dan memenuhi kebutuhan belajar individu.     ملخص البحث: البحث هذا يهدف إلى تطوير كتاب "القواعد الأساسية في علم النحو" الذي يمكن أن يُحسن مهارة الكتابة للطلاب في مدرسة المتواسطة هاشم الأشعري مالانج. المنهج المستخدم في البحث هذا هو "البحث والتطوير" (R&D) بنموذج ADDIE الذي يتكون من خمس مراحل: التحليل، التصميم، التطوير، التنفيذ، والتقييم. أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن إعداد كتاب قواعد النحوية على أساس التعليم المشروط لروبرت م. غاني من خلال خمس مراحل، وهي: تحليل الاحتياجات: توفير شرح منظم، أمثلة، وتدريبات بهدف تعزيز فهم الطلاب. التصميم: يهدف إلى توفير راحة للقارئ.التطوير: إعداد المواد بطريقة منظمة تبدأ بجذب انتباه الطلاب ثم تعزيز المادة، مع توفير أمثلة وتدريبات لتعميق فهم قواعد النحوية. التنفيذ: يطبق على 15 طالباً من الصف السابع "ج".التقييم: يتضمن التحقق من قبل خبراء المادة واللغة والتصميم لضمان جودة وفعالية كتاب قواعد النحوية. الكلمات الرئيسة: التطوير، الكتاب القواعد النحوية، تعليم المشروط ميلس غانية   Abstracts: This study aims to develop a book of Basic Rules of Nahwu Science that can improve students' maharah kitabah at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hasyim Asy'ari. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the nahwu book developer based on Robert Milles Gagne's learning conditions consists of 5 stages, namely: Needs analysis, providing structured explanations, examples, exercises, to improve student understanding. Design, to provide comfort for readers. Development, the material is carried out by compiling the material in a structured manner, starting to attract students' attention to the reinforcement of the material, providing examples and exercises to deepen understanding of Nahwu rules. Implementation, used on 15 students. Evaluation, validation by material, language, and design experts to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the nahwu book developed.     The Dominance of Women in Structural Positions: A Gender Analysis of The Gowa Regency Education Office

    This research focuses on women who dominate structural positions in the Education Office of Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This study analyzes why women hold more structural positions than men at the Education Office of the Gowa Regency. I also explained how gender identification is used to place structural positions at the Education Office of the Gowa Regency. This research is qualitative and has a case study. Data was obtained through direct interviews with informants, namely the head of the Gowa Regency Education Office, the Regional Personnel Agency, and the Gowa Regent. The existing data were analyzed using triangulation analysis techniques between data obtained from interviews. The results of this study found that two factors cause the dominance of women in structural positions; the first is normative factors, including regulations related to gender mainstreaming and work experience, and the second is political factors, including the interests of the local government of Gowa Regency. This reveals that gender identification is no longer the leading indicator; positions are given based on ability and expertise, and thus, men and women have the same opportunities or access

    This research aims to analyze students' metaphorical thinking abilities in solving HOTS questions on SPLDV material in terms of auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learning styles. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that: 1) the metaphorical thinking abilities of auditory-type students are capable and good at the connect, relate, and explore stages. The transform and analyze stages were quite good. This can be seen from the condition of students who still experience doubts in explaining and make mistakes in solving problems. Students are not yet able to perform well at the experience stage; 2) the metaphorical thinking ability of visual-type students is capable and good at the relate and explore stages. The connect, analyze, and transform stages were quite good. This can be seen from the condition of students who still have not written down complete information and make mistakes in solving problems.     Penggunaan Media Wordwall untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMAN 1 Pademawu

    Indonesian language learning that keeps up with the times can be realized through the use of internet-based technology media. Technology-based media will maximize the targets of Indonesian language learning. Many learning platforms can be applied in learning Indonesian, some are paid and some are free. One of the applications that can be used in learning Indonesian is Wordwall. In this study, Wordwall is applied in Indonesian language learning on the material of observation report texts in high school. The subjects of this research are 10th-grade students at SMAN 1 Pademawu. This research is in the form of classroom action research. The research results show that the students' success rate in mastering observation report texts at the pre-cycle stage was 42.8%, at the cycle I stage was 64%, and at the cycle II stage was 85.7%. This indicates an increase in the graph of students' mastery of observation report text material after using Wordwall as a learning medium. There are still several obstacles in the use of that media, namely network issues and students' concentration not yet improving to the maximum

    Determinant Of Stakeholders Reliance On Indonesian Islamic Banking

    Islamic banking carries out business activities based on sharia principles. The economic growth of a country can be seen from the growth of financial institutions such as the banking sector. The influence of the banking sector in a country's economy is very large. The failure of a bank can have systemic consequences for a country's economy, whether conventional banking or sharia banking. This research aims to analyze and test the influence of sharia compliance reports towards the level of stakeholder trust on Indonesian Islamic banking. The indicators used in sharia compliance are profit sharing ratio, Islamic income ratio, and zakat performance ratio, while the indicators used in the level of stakeholder trust are third party funds This research approach uses quantitative methods with ex-post facto (cause-and-effect) research. The population in this research is Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units registered with the Financial Services Authority in 2020-2022. Sample selection was carried out using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 13 Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for the 2020-2022 period. The data analysis method in this research is using Eviews 12. The results of this research show that partially the profit sharing  ratio and Islamic income ratio have a positive and significant effect towards the level of stakeholder trust. The zakat performance ratio does not have a significant effect towards the level of stakeholder trust. Meanwhile, simultaneously sharia compliance has a positive and significant effect towards the level of stakeholder trust of 26.45%

    The Influence of Return on Equity, Debt to Assets Ratio, Current Ratio, and Cash Position on Dividend Payout Ratio

    This study aims to determine the influence of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Current Ratio (CR), and Cash Position (CP) on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The sample used in this research consists of Food and Beverage Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2021 period. A total of 10 companies were sampled, resulting in 40 observational data points. The research method employed includes classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study indicate that ROE, DAR, and CR do not have a significant influence on DPR. However, CP has a significant effect on DPR. Simultaneously, ROE, DAR, CR, and CP collectively have a significant impact on DPR

    DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING VIDEO MATERIALS FOR COMMUNITY CHANGE IN THE CLASS VIII LEVEL OF SMP/MTS

    This study develops instructional video media on the theme of Social Change during the colonial period for the second semester of grade VIII in social studies at the junior high school level. The research was conducted at MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut, SMPN 1 Sumbergempol, and SMPI Al Khoiriyah. The development model used was Borg and Gall's ten-step model. The research subjects consisted of 34 students from MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut, 31 students from SMPN 1 Sumbergempol, and 16 students from SMPI Al Khoiriyah. The researchers collected data through observations and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative descriptive analysis and descriptive statistics. The validation results from media experts were 80%, subject matter experts 84.2%, and social studies teachers from the three schools: MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut 85.7%, SMPN 1 Sumbergempol 87.1%, and SMPI Al Khoiriyah 92.8%. The initial peer review obtained a score of 85%. A large-scale test was conducted in three schools based on student questionnaires. The Cronbach's alpha values ​​obtained for MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut, SMPN 1 Sumbergempol, and SMPI Al Khoiriyah were 0.925, 0.924, and 0.960, respectively, which exceeded the threshold of 0.6.     PENGARUH GAYA HIDUP, KONTROL DIRI, LITERASI KEUANGAN SYARIAH, MOTIVASI, DAN PENGETAHUAN INVESTASI SYARIAH TERHADAP MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN PRIBADI MAHASISWA

    Manajemen keuangan pribadi dikalangan mahasiswa saat ini menjadi topik yang menarik ditengah maraknya kasus pinjaman online dan gaya hidup yang berlebihan. Mahasiswa cenderung sulit mengontrol dirinya dan sering mengalokasikan dananya untuk memenuhi apa yang diinginkan daripada apa yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya hidup, kontrol diri, literasi keuangan syariah, motivasi, dan pengetahuan investasi syariah terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa manajemen keuangan syariah. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 246 dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Keuangan Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuisioner sebagai data primer. Kemudian data yang didapatkan diuji menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian melalui SPSS 25.00 dapat kesimpulan bahwa variabel gaya hidup, literasi keuangan syariah, dan pengetahuan investasi syariah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa. Sedangkan variabel kontrol diri dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh gaya hidup, kontrol diri, literasi keuangan syariah, motivasi, dan pengetahuan investasi syariah berpengaruh sebesar 0,681 atau sebesar 68,1% terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian
