No full textArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman Asy-Syatibhi dan Hasyim Asyari tentang makna bid'ah dalam hadis, menganalisis konteks pemahaman dan kontekstualisasinya serta pemberdayaan pemahaman Asy-Syatibhi dan Hasyim Asyari tentang bid'ah dalam konteks kekinian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif yang bersifat kepustakaan (Library Research) dengan menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer berupa kitab Al-I'tisham dan kitab Risalah Ahlusunnah Wal Jam'ah, sedangkan sumber data sekunder berupa buku, jurnal, karya ilmiah lain dari penelitian terdahulu atau literatur lain yang berkaitan dengan pokok penelitian serta aplikas hadis lembut. Dalam melakukan proses analisis data, penulis menggunakan teori kontekstualis (pendekatan kontekstualis) yang ditawarkan oleh Abdullah Saeed. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Asy-Syatibhi dan Hasyim Asyari memiliki perbedaan pemahaman dalam memahami makna bid'ah yang ditulis dalam kitab Al-I'tisham dan Risalah Ahlusunnah Wal Jam'ah Perbedaan Asy-Syatibhi dan Hasyim Asyari diawali dari lafad hadis “kullu bid' atin dhalalah”dan lafad “man ahdatsa fii amrina”.. Asy-Syatibhi dalam memaham bid'ah secara literal terhadap hadis bid'ah dengan fokus hanya kepada lafaz serta tafsiran asal dan keumuman teks. Sedangkan Hasyim Asyari memahami bid'ah dengan tidak melihat keumuman teks tetapi, mentakhsis dengan teks yang lain untuk menemukan makna yang lebih luas

In this research there are two formulated problem 1) What is the practice of separate raising of twins after 40 days in East Pademawu Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency? 2) What is the practice of seperate-twin raising after 40 days from the urf perspective in East Pademawu Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency? From the research findings, it can be concluded that the practice of separate raising of twins in East Pademawu Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency does not violate Islamic law and it is permissible to carry out this tradition among the community provided that society does not consider such a yradition as a belief that may lead to shirk. Separate raising of twins is included in 'urf shahih as long as it does not violate the existing rules, Islamic law, and regulations

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak inovasi kurikulum melalui kegiatan kemah dakwah dalam meningkatkan akhlak siswa di MAN 1 Ciamis. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di MAN 1 Ciamis, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemah dakwah memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman agama, perubahan perilaku positif, dan memperkuat identitas keislaman siswa. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memperkuat hubungan guru-siswa dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif. Get PDFThis research on the correlation of Emotional Quotient (EQ) to Student Learning Motivation aims to measure the relationship or relationship between emotional intelligence and learning motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlation research. While data collection uses questionnaire distribution (non-test) with simple random sampling technique. While data analysis uses the product moment correlation model to determine the relationship between the two independent variables to the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that a correlation value of 0.476 was found which indicates that the two variables or emotional quotient variables with learning motivation have a moderate correlation category. Get PDFThe life of adolescents impacts not only themselves but also their surroundings, whether positively or negatively. Among the many negative traits that often occur in adolescents is Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). This is because adolescence is a time of self-discovery. To prevent and minimize the symptoms of NPD, a concerted effort in the form of religious guidance is required. The goal is to delve deeper into the benefits and influences of Sufism education included in religious guidance when presented to them. The method used in this research is quantitative, with statistical calculations employing an associative or correlational research type. The results of this study show that the religious guidance received can be sufficiently applied by some of them. As for NPD, it can be said that they partly need efforts to avoid things related to the symptoms of this disorder. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the research aligns with the initial hypothesis, namely that there is an influence on the prevention of Narcissistic Personality Disorder through the implementation of religious guidance in adolescents. Thus, it can be stated that if religious guidance is carried out to the fullest, the symptoms of NPD in students will also be lower

The purposes of the research were to measure the performance of agricultural extension workers and formulate the strategies to improve the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Sub-district Tana Tidung District. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The methods of analyzing the data used were Likert and SWOT analysis. The results of the research showed that the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Subdistrict was 62 with a good category and the strategies to improve the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Subdistrict were to implement the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, namely: (a) Agricultural extension workers have good education with over two years of work to optimize technology and innovation. (b) The number of extension workers is sufficient, extension workers have enthusiasm and dedication to work and are able to utilize the existing facilities and infrastructure at BPP to enhance the ability and capacity of extension workers.
