DETERMINATION AND ARGUMENTATION OF JUDGES IN MARRIAGE DISPENSATION AT THE SUMBAWA BESAR RELIGIOUS COURT: ANALYSIS OF DETERMINATION NUMBER 4/PDT.P/2024/PA.SUB REVIEW OF MASLAHAH AL-BUTI AND LEGAL POLITICS
Marriage is a common instinct for all humans. In Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, it is explained that marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family (household) based on the One Almighty God. As for the age of the prospective bride and groom is 19 years according to Law Number 16 of 2019, but in the Sumbawa Besar Religious Court there was a request for marriage dispensation where the male party was still under 19 years old and there were factors underlying the determination of the Sumbawa Besar Religious Court Number 4/Pdt.P/2024/ PA.Sub that the prospective wife was pregnant outside of marriage, so the judge used Article 7 Paragraph 2 of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning marriage and PERMA No. 5 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Adjudicating Marriage Dispensation Requests. This research is a field research, qualitative in nature, with a legislative, conceptual, and case approach. As a result of this research, the judge granted the request for marriage dispensation. This determination is in line with the maslahah of al-Buti and the legal policy of marriage dispensation. The findings in this study, First: there are legal, sociological, and philosophical factors that influence judges in deciding cases. Second: The judge's appointment is in line with the political law of the marriage dispensation and is in line with the maslahah of Muhammad Said Ramadan al-Buti. Third: Finding the idea of maslahah usrah cum urgency, with several working methods, first the judge has asked and examined the applicant's files carefully, second the judge considers the maslahah aspect to be prioritized in determining the marriage dispensation, third the judge is able to apply the legal policy of marriage dispensation, namely the direction of legal policy that contains the benefits and urgency for the parties seeking justice
Perencanaan Strategis Madrasah dalam Menghadapi Tantangan di Era Digital
This study examines the strategic planning of madrasas and the challenges faced by madrasas in the digital era. Strategic planning is a way for madrasas to face challenges in the digital era well. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study research method. Data was obtained in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation of the Flagship MI of AL Azhaar. The results of this study show that MI Unggulan Al Azhaar as an Islamic educational institution faces various problems and challenges in the digital era. MI Unggulan Al Azhaar continues to make breakthroughs to be able to adapt and improve its existence in the digital era. The author concludes that strategic planning is the basis for madrasas in carrying out challenges in the digital era, but it also needs to be followed by digitally capable human resources.Keywords: Strategic Planning, Challenges, Madrasah, Digital Er
AI-Driven Empowerment in Muslim Communities: A Prisma Statistical Review of Love-Based Educational Transformations in Indonesian Madrasahs
Artificial intelligence rapidly penetrates Indonesian madrasahs, a significant concern is how to balance technological advancement with the ethical and spiritual values of Islamic education. However, one significant gap is the integration of AI within the Love-based Curriculum (LBC). The current status will fill this gap through a systematic literature review (SLR) for future studies, guided by the PRISMA framework and incorporating statistical synthesis with an operational design. We systematically analyzed 47 articles included in the general analysis from 2013 to 2025, indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, Dimensions, DOAJ, and Google Scholar databases, using quantitative coding and bibliometric mapping. Results indicate a moderate correlation, positive yet not stringent (quantitative metrics from included studies), between AI adoption and LBC-driven curriculum innovation, with predominant themes of empathy, spiritual regulation, and collaborative compassion. The results reveal a 340% increment in publications related to the theme after 2018, although only seven records (9.7% of the total) document the AI-LBC. This review yields an original evidence synthesis, indicating that artificial intelligence, when ethically aligned with LBC principles, would significantly enhance value-centered learning and empowerment of communities in madrasahs
Buku Ajar Nahwu Berbasis Project Based Learning di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman Ujung Tanjung
ملخص البحث: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير كتاب دراسي بعنوان نحو كيلات قائم على منهج التعلم القائم على المشروع)، بهدف تعزيز فهم الطلاب وإبداعهم في دراسة علم النحو في المرحلة الثانوية بمعهد نور الإيمان أوجونج تنجونج. اعتمد البحث على منهج البحث والتطوير (Research and Development - R&D) باستخدام نموذج Borg and Gall المبسّط إلى ست مراحل. تم تقييم المنتج من قبل خبراء في المحتوى والإعلام، وحقق كل منهما نسبة صلاحية قدرها 70%، مما يشير إلى أن المنتج صالح بدرجة كافية. أُجريت تجربة ميدانية على طلاب الصف العاشر، مع تحليل البيانات من خلال اختبارات ما قبل وما بعد التجربة، بالإضافة إلى اختبار T للعينات المرتبطة واختبار N-Gain. أظهرت النتائج تحسناً ملحوظاً في فهم الطلاب، حيث بلغ متوسط درجة N-Gain نسبة 61.81%، مما يشير إلى فعالية معتدلة. وبناءً على ذلك، ثبت أن الكتاب الدراسي المطوَّر فعّال بدرجة كافية لاستخدامه في عملية تعلم النحو القائم على المشروع.

Abstract: This study aims to develop a Nahwu Kilat textbook based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) to improve students' understanding and creativity in learning nahwu at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman Ujung Tanjung. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg and Gall development model simplified into six steps. The product was validated by material experts and media experts, with validation results of 70% each indicating a fairly valid category. The trial was conducted on grade X students, with data analysis through pre-test and post-test and statistical tests using paired sample t-test and N-Gain Score. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in students' understanding, with an average N-Gain score of 61.81 which is included in the fairly effective category. Thus, the textbook developed has proven to be quite effective for use in the project-based nahwu learning process.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar Nahwu Kilat berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan kreativitas siswa dalam mempelajari ilmu nahwu di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman Ujung Tanjung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang disederhanakan menjadi enam langkah. Produk divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, dengan hasil validasi masing-masing sebesar 70% yang menunjukkan kategori cukup valid. Uji coba dilakukan pada siswa kelas X, dengan analisis data melalui pre-test dan post-test serta uji statistik menggunakan paired sample t-test dan N-Gain Score. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa, dengan rata-rata skor N-Gain sebesar 61.81 yang termasuk kategori cukup efektif. Dengan demikian, buku ajar yang dikembangkan terbukti cukup efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran nahwu berbasis proyek.

Supervision and Performance of Early Childhood Teachers: An Analysis Across Kindergarten Accreditation Levels
This study aims to examine the effect of supervision on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Baleendah District, Bandung Regency, by taking into account the schools’ accreditation levels. The research is motivated by the issue of kindergarten teachers’ performance, which is considered suboptimal, thus requiring managerial strategies such as supervision to improve teachers’ work quality. This study employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews with principals and teachers. The results indicate that supervision has a positive and significant effect on kindergarten teachers’ performance. Moreover, there are slight variations in the influence of supervision depending on the accreditation level. These findings highlight the crucial role of principals in conducting effective and sustainable supervision, particularly in the context of early childhood education management. It is expected that the results can serve as a reference for school principals and education managers in designing more structured and sustainable supervision programs to directly enhance the quality of kindergarten teachers’ performance
PERANAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM PENINDAKAN GANGGUAN KETERTIBAN UMUM DAN KETENTARAM MASYARAKAT DI KAWASAN TEROWONGAN NUR MENTAYA
This research analyzes the role of the Regional Government in handling disturbances of public order and community tranquility, focusing on the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2021 of Kotawaringin Timur Regency in the strategic area of the Nur Mentaya Tunnel. The context of regional autonomy demands local governments to realize a safe and orderly community life, with the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) as the frontline enforcement of regional regulations. The Nur Mentaya Tunnel area, as a vital public space, requires strict supervision to prevent disturbing behaviors. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the legal basis of Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2021, the role of local law enforcement actors (including the Integrated Team), as well as the legal challenges in enforcing public order disturbances. DINAMIKA PEMBELAJARAN SOSIAL DALAM PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA PADA PERMUKIMAN INFORMAL
Abstrak: Permukiman informal yang kumuh sering kali dihadapkan pada masalah sosial, kesehatan, dan lingkungan. Salah satu solusi yang diadopsi adalah penataan ulang permukiman melalui pengecatan warna-warni. Studi kasus Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan di Malang menunjukkan bagaimana transformasi melalui pengecatan warna-warni tidak hanya memperbaiki estetika tetapi juga meningkatkan ekonomi lokal dan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui pengembangan pariwisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan Multi-Level Perspective (MLP) untuk menganalisis proses pembelajaran sosial dalam pengembangan pariwisata di permukiman informal. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kota Malang berperan penting dalam mengelola dan menjaga keberlanjutan kampung wisata. Namun, pandemi COVID-19 memberikan tekanan pada sektor pariwisata yang menyebabkan penurunan jumlah wisatawan dan penutupan sementara. Relasi kekuasaan dan komunikasi terbuka memainkan peran krusial dalam proses penataan ini, di mana inisiatif masyarakat dan sektor swasta membutuhkan persetujuan dari otoritas terkait. Forum diskusi dan dialog interaktif antara warga dan pengelola wisata membantu menciptakan kesepahaman bersama dan tindakan kolektif untuk menjaga kebersihan serta kepuasan wisatawan. Melalui komunikasi yang partisipatif, masyarakat dapat memahami dan berkontribusi dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan pengembangan pariwisata.

Abstract: Informal settlements that are slums are often faced with social, health and environmental problems. One of the solutions adopted is the reorganization of settlements through colorful painting. The case study of Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan in Malang shows how transformation through colorful painting not only improves aesthetics but also enhances the local economy and quality of life through tourism development. This research was conducted qualitatively using the Multi-Level Perspective (MLP) approach to analyze the social learning process in tourism development in informal settlements. The findings show that the formation of Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) by the Malang City Tourism Office plays an important role in managing and maintaining the sustainability of tourism villages. However, the COVID-19 pandemic put pressure on the tourism sector causing a decrease in the number of tourists and temporary closures. Power relations and open communication play a crucial role in this structuring process, where community and private sector initiatives require approval from relevant authorities. Discussion forums and interactive dialogues between residents and tourism managers help create a common understanding and collective action to maintain cleanliness and tourist satisfaction. Through participatory communication, the community can understand and contribute to the sustainability of tourism development.

ANALISIS KEMISKINAN STRUKTURAL NELAYAN ETNIS SUKU BAJO PERSPEKTIF PEMIKIRAN IBNU KHALDUN
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab kemiskinan struktural pada nelayan etnis Suku Bajo di Kelurahan Bajoe, Kabupaten Bone, serta menganalisis fenomena tersebut dalam perspektif pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan ekonomi Islam. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat nelayan Etnis Suku Bajo dan akademisi bidang ekonomi syariah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penyebab kemiskinan struktural yang dialami nelayan Suku Bajo di Kelurahan Bajoe Kabupaten Bone bukan sekadar akibat keterbatasan individu, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal seperti marginalisasi sosial, kebijakan yang tidak berpihak, serta ketimpangan ekonomi. Pola hidup tradisional, keterbatasan akses terhadap pendidikan dan modal, serta perubahan iklim semakin memperburuk kondisi nelayan, dan (2) Kemiskinan struktural yang dialami oleh nelayan etnis Suku Bajo di Kelurahan Bajoe, Kabupaten Bone, dalam perspektif pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun dapat dijelaskan melalui konsep ashabiyyah, yakni solidaritas sosial atau ikatan kekelompokan yang menjadi dasar kekuatan dan ketahanan suatu komunitas, struktur sosial, dan siklus peradaban. Solidaritas sosial yang kuat dalam komunitas Bajo memiliki peran penting dalam ketahanan ekonomi para nelayan, namun dalam praktiknya, hal ini sangat bergantung pada kepemimpinan dan kebijakan yang diterapkan. Melemahnya ashabiyyah, akibat kepemimpinan yang tidak inklusif serta tekanan eksternal seperti modernisasi tanpa peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, semakin memperburuk kondisi kemiskinan nelayan Suku Bajo.

Abstract: This study aims to identify the causes of structural poverty among fishermen of the Bajo ethnic group in Bajoe Village, Bone Regency, and to analyze this phenomenon from the perspective of Ibn Khaldun's thinking. The type of research used is qualitative with an Islamic economic approach. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study are the Bajo ethnic fishing community and academics. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that: (1) The causes of structural poverty experienced by Bajo fishermen in Bajoe Village, Bone Regency are not only due to individual limitations, but are also influenced by external factors such as social marginalization, impartial policies, and economic inequality. Traditional lifestyles, limited access to education and capital, and climate change further worsen their conditions, and (2) The structural poverty experienced by fishermen of the Bajo ethnic group in Bajoe Village, Bone Regency, from the perspective of Ibn Khaldun's thinking can be explained through the concept of ʿashabiyyah, namely social solidarity or group ties which are the basis for the strength and resilience of a community, social structure, and cycle of civilization, social structure, and civilizational cycles. Strong social solidarity within the Bajo community plays an important role in their economic resilience, but in practice, it is highly dependent on leadership and policies implemented. The weakening of the ashabiyyah, due to non-inclusive leadership and external pressures such as modernization without increasing the capacity of human resources, further worsens their poverty conditions.

Implementasi Konsep Literasi Digital dalam Pembuatan Logo Desa Tanjungsari
Purpose: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat serta membangun identitas visual resmi Desa Tanjungsari melalui program pembuatan logo desa. Program ini diharapkan menjadi media edukatif sekaligus simbol representatif desa dalam menghadapi era digital, khususnya dalam penguatan tata kelola informasi dan promosi desa.
Method: Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Community-Based Research (CBR) yang menempatkan masyarakat sebagai mitra aktif dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan. Proses dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan dan simbol lokal melalui observasi dan diskusi, dilanjutkan dengan desain kolaboratif menggunakan aplikasi digital seperti Canva. Hasil desain kemudian dipresentasikan kepada warga dan perangkat desa untuk disepakati bersama sebagai logo resmi desa.
Practical Applications: Kegiatan ini tidak hanya menghasilkan logo sebagai simbol resmi desa, tetapi juga meningkatkan keterampilan warga dalam menggunakan teknologi digital secara praktis. Pelatihan singkat desain grafis berbasis aplikasi daring diberikan kepada perangkat desa dan pemuda, yang kemudian memanfaatkan logo untuk berbagai keperluan seperti dokumen resmi, media sosial, promosi UMKM, dan identitas digital desa.
Conclusion: Program ini membuktikan bahwa literasi digital dapat ditanamkan melalui kegiatan kreatif yang kontekstual dengan kebutuhan desa. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, masyarakat tidak hanya menjadi penerima manfaat, tetapi juga produsen konten digital yang merepresentasikan jati diri desa mereka. Kegiatan ini layak dijadikan model untuk diterapkan di desa lain yang ingin membangun branding desa berbasis teknologi dan partisipasi warga
Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Sebagai Bahasa Kedua Pada Siswa Dalam Aplikasi Teori Kontruktivisme
ملخص: تعتبر نظرية البنائية التي طرحها بياجيه التطور المعرفي عملية اكتشاف يقوم بها الفرد بشكل مستقل، حيث يُتوقع من المتعلمين بناء معارفهم الخاصة من خلال التجربة والتفاعل مع البيئة. تتأثر هذه العملية بنضوج الجهاز العصبي الذي يصبح أكثر تعقيداً مع تقدم العمر، مما يؤدي إلى تعزيز القدرات الفكرية للفرد. يجب تكييف التعلم مع مراحل التطور المعرفي، بما في ذلك تعلم اللغة العربية كلغة ثانية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف تطبيق نظرية البنائية في تعلم اللغة العربية مع التركيز على تعديل استراتيجيات التدريس بما يتناسب مع القدرات الفكرية للطلاب. تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق نظرية البنائية ذو صلة كبيرة، لأنه يشجع الطلاب على بناء معارفهم من خلال التجارب والتفاعلات مع بيئتهم. في الختام، يساهم تطبيق نظرية البنائية بشكل كبير في تعلم اللغة العربية، مع التأكيد على أهمية تعديل استراتيجيات التدريس بما يتناسب مع مراحل التطور المعرفي للطلاب.

Abstracts: The constructivist theory proposed by Piaget views cognitive development as a process of discovery carried out by individuals independently, where learners are expected to build their own knowledge through experience and interaction with the environment. This process is influenced by the maturation of the nervous system, which becomes increasingly complex as age increases, leading to the enhancement of an individual's intellectual abilities. Learning must be adapted to the stages of cognitive development, including in Arabic language learning as a second language. This study aims to describe the application of constructivist theory in Arabic language learning, focusing on adjusting teaching strategies according to students' intellectual abilities. The results of the study indicate that the application of constructivist theory is highly relevant, as it encourages students to construct their knowledge through experiences and interactions with their surroundings. In conclusion, the implementation of constructivist theory makes a significant contribution to Arabic language learning, emphasizing the importance of adjusting teaching strategies according to students' cognitive development stages.

Abstrak: Teori konstruktivisme yang dikemukakan oleh Piaget memandang perkembangan kognitif sebagai proses penemuan yang dilakukan oleh individu secara mandiri, di mana pelajar diharapkan dapat membangun pengetahuan mereka sendiri melalui pengalaman dan interaksi dengan lingkungan. Proses ini dipengaruhi oleh kematangan sistem saraf yang semakin kompleks seiring bertambahnya usia, yang berdampak pada peningkatan kemampuan intelektual individu. Pembelajaran harus disesuaikan dengan tahapan perkembangan kognitif, termasuk dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa kedua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan teori konstruktivisme dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab dengan fokus pada penyesuaian strategi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kemampuan intelektual siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teori konstruktivisme sangat relevan, karena dapat mendorong siswa untuk membangun pengetahuan mereka melalui pengalaman dan interaksi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Kesimpulannya, penerapan teori konstruktivisme memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab, dengan menekankan pentingnya penyesuaian strategi pengajaran sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan kognitif siswa.
