    Pengaruh Celebrity Endorser dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Iphone

    This study is titled "The Influence of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for iPhones among FEB UMJ Students." The research aims to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorsers and Brand Image on the purchase decisions for iPhones among FEB UMJ students. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consists of FEB UMJ students who use iPhones. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total sample size of 80 respondents determined using the Slovin formula for FEB UMJ students who use iPhones. Data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS 3.0 software. Data collection techniques involved distributing questionnaires via Google Forms to FEB UMJ students who use iPhones. The results of the study show that the Celebrity Endorser variable has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions, with a significance result of 0.002 in the hypothesis test. Similarly, the Brand Image variable also has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions, with a significance value of 0.004 in the hypothesis test. Based on the R Square results, it is evident that Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image influence iPhone Purchase Decisions by 51%

    Visual, Auditory, and Tactile Learning Style in SMP Advent Unklab

    This research aims and focuses on finding out the most dominant leaning styles (visual, auditory and tactile learning styles) at Unklab Adventist Middle School (SMP). This research involved 33 respondents from class VIII B SMP Advent Unklab. The total respondent sampling method was used in this research using a questionnaire as the instrument distributed to the respondents. The questionnaire used in this research, which was adapted from the University of Texas Learning Center (2006), was to find out what learning styles was the most dominant learning styles at SMP Advent Unklab. The results showed that the most dominant learning style is visual learning style (M= 3.57) although it is only slightly different from tactile (M= 3.53), and the last one was auditory (M= 3.47)

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at LPR Course. This research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data collected from customers or students of the LPR Course as the sample. The data were gathered using a saturation sampling technique, involving 20 respondents. The study employs simple regression analysis to examine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction at LPR Course

    This research aims to describe the practice of bilateral inheritance among religious figures in Satreyan Village, Kanigoro Blitar District, then compare it with Hazairin's theory of bilateral inheritance to find out whether there are similarities in the legal explanation. This research is empirical juridical research using a comparative approach. The research results show that although both have the same spirit in efforts to accommodate equal inheritance rights for women and men, there are differences in legal reasoning. Bilateral inheritance among Satreyan religious figures was agreed upon in the heirs forum as an effort to sad dzariah without ignoring faraid.     Implementation of the Right to Visiting Service for Inmates in Class I Correctional Institution Surabaya

    The inmate visit service is very effective in contributing to reducing the crime rate and improving public safety. As a forum for coaching, protecting and guiding inmates, correctional institutions hold a great responsibility to fulfill the goals of corrections. One of them is the fulfillment of the right to visit prisoners. The purpose of this study is to find out the legal provisions and how to implement the inmate visit service in the Class I Surabaya Correctional Institution. The method used in this study is through a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was taken through interviews with visiting officers, inmates and related parties, as well as by direct observation at the Surabaya Class I Correctional Institution. In addition, analysis of documents and related literature is also used to support the findings of the research. The results of the study show that the fulfillment of the right to visit services for inmates still faces various challenges. Factors such as relatively complicated administrative requirements policies, lack of adequate facilities, as well as lack of resources. This study also found several recommendations to improve the fulfillment of the right to visit services for inmates. Measures such as the formulation of clear and firm policies, the improvement of adequate visiting facilities, and the increase of understanding and awareness of visiting officers and other related parties regarding the importance of fulfilling the rights of prisoners are needed

    The issue of mental health has been increasingly discussed in recent years, the increase in suicide and murder cases among students is strongly suspected to be due to mental health disorders in the perpetrators. Students are a group that is vulnerable to mental health disorders due to various factors. Research on mental health issues was conducted on 24 students of the communication science study program using an in-depth interview method. The results of the study showed that most students are aware of the importance of maintaining mental health, and they believe that the closest environment such as family and friends, as well as the use of social media have an influence on a person's mental health condition. Implementing a healthy lifestyle and an attitude of self-love are also believed to be the best way to avoid mental health disorders

    The young generation growing up in this area often has limited access to quality education, especially religious education. This phenomenon is a serious problem in various regions including North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to analyze the crisis of Islamic education in the young generation that occurred in Tanjung Beringin Plantation Village. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the analysis used is interactive data analysis with stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data sources used in this study were obtained from primary data sources through interviews and secondary data obtained from books and journals related to the discussion. The results of the study showed that several results were found, including: Lack of educators, The importance of government support, The unavailability of non-formal Islamic educational institutions, Lack of parental roles. The solution that can be given to overcome some of the above is to provide non-formal Islamic religious education institutions that are complete with various facilities and teachers who have abilities in the field of religion

    Rekonseptualisasi Kesejahteraan Anak dalam Konteks Kebijakan Sosial: Antara Pendekatan Kesejahteraan, Hak Anak, dan Partisipasi: Reconceptualizing Child Welfare in the Context of Social Policy: Between Welfare, Children's Rights, and Participation Approaches

    The approach to child welfare has shifted from an assistance-based model to a rights-based approach and active participation in social policy. This study aims to analyze the ideal child welfare model that integrates the fulfillment of basic rights, legal and social protection, and children's participation in public policy. The research method used is a literature study that analyzes various academic literature, national and international policies, and reports of global organizations such as UNICEF and WHO in the period 2020-2024. The results showed that countries that implemented a child rights-based welfare model experienced significant improvements in access to education, health, and children's participation in policies. However, in Indonesia, challenges remain, such as the stunting rate, which still reached 21.6% in 2022, and the low participation rate of children in social policies, which was only 30% in 2023. The conclusion of this study confirms that the implementation of a more inclusive and sustainable child welfare model requires strengthening rights-based policies, increasing the role of society in child protection, and utilizing technology to increase children's participation in social policies

    Enhancing Critical Thinking Skills through Expository Text Media

    The low level of students' critical thinking skills negatively impacts the Literacy Development Index. Critical thinking is a solution for developing literacy skills; in other words, if students possess strong critical thinking abilities, the Literacy Index will improve. This study aims to analyze the effect of intensive reading activities using expository texts on students' critical thinking skills. This research employs a quantitative approach with a true experimental design, specifically a pretest-posttest control group design. Data collection methods include observation and tests, analyzed using SPSS version 27. The research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2, Bogor Regency, with a sample size of 47 students. The analysis conducted includes: 1) descriptive analysis, which describes research variables through percentages, and 2) t-test to statistically compare the two groups. The results indicate that the experimental group achieved a higher percentage of critical thinking skills than the control group. The post-test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher, demonstrating a positive impact and significant improvement in students' critical thinking skills facilitated by intensive reading techniques using expository texts. This study concludes that learning activities utilizing intensive reading techniques effectively enhance students' critical thinking skills. Consequently, improving students' critical thinking skills will contribute to advancements in the Literacy Development Index

    The Use of AI in Elementary School Learning: A Systematic Literature Review

    This study systematically reviews the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in elementary education, focusing on the role of AI in enhancing teaching effectiveness, personalized learning, and student engagement. The research synthesizes various studies from the past decade to identify key AI technologies, the challenges faced, and the requirements for successful adoption in primary schools. The findings reveal that AI technologies, such as biosensors, voice recognition systems, and AI-powered platforms, significantly contribute to creating adaptive learning environments and providing real-time feedback, thus supporting personalized and experiential learning. However, the study also highlights challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, teacher competence, and ethical concerns regarding data privacy and algorithmic bias. Addressing these challenges requires investment in infrastructure, ongoing teacher training, and clear ethical guidelines to ensure equitable access to AI-driven learning. The study concludes that while AI holds great potential to transform primary education, its successful implementation depends on overcoming these barriers and fostering a culture of innovation within schools. The results offer practical recommendations for educators, policymakers, and technology developers to optimize AI use in primary schools, ensuring that it becomes an inclusive tool for enhancing educational outcomes
