Get PDFThis study was conducted based on the phenomena that often occur in the implementation of digital archival management such as in the stages of archive creation, use of archive storage, archive maintenance and archive reduction that have not been carried out optimally. One of the supporting factors for success in achieving the goals of educational institutions is order in the field of archiving. The implementation of good digital archival management also has a function to facilitate administrative staff in managing school administration. This study uses a qualitative research method that aims to provide a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts in the field. To obtain and collect the data needed in this study, the author uses several methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation, with data sources obtained from the principal, administration department and teachers of SMP Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung. For data sources, the author uses primary data sources and secondary data sources, then for data analysis, data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions are carried out. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained are that at SMP Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung. has implemented digital archiving management quite well, starting from the archive creation stage to the reduction of archives. However, there are several things that need to be considered such as mixed archives because they still use the same building, an archive storage system that still uses a stacked origin system which makes it difficult to find archives again if needed and an archive maintenance system that has not been carried out routinely and the lack of administrative staff that has caused a lack of manpower to separate archives that have been mixed for a long time, therefore it is hoped that the school will pay more attention to the archiving section, especially in the archive life cycle
Pengaruh Brand Ambassador Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Di Tokopedia
Get PDFThe rapid development of digitalization has led to changes in how consumers shop, especially on e-commerce platforms. Tokopedia, as one of the largest online marketplaces in Indonesia, implements various marketing methods, including the use of brand ambassadors to attract attention and influence buyers' decisions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of brand ambassadors, in this case the South Korean boy band BTS, on consumers' shopping decisions on Tokopedia. This study employs a quantitative approach and uses a survey method. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale, analyzed through validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, and simple linear regression. The results indicate that brand ambassadors have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. These findings support the AIDA theory, which indicates that brand ambassadors can attract attention, increase interest, trigger desire, and encourage purchasing actions. Therefore, selecting brand ambassadors that align with demographic characteristics, such as BTS for a younger audience, is considered effective for strengthening marketing communication strategies in the e-commerce sector
Representasi Nilai Budaya Jawa Dalam Film Pendek “TUMBAS” (Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes)
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the representation of Javanese cultural values in the short film Tumbas by Riza Pahlevi using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The film was chosen as the object of study because it explicitly showcases the conflict between children and parents regarding the use of the Javanese language in daily life. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through visual observation of scenes, dialogues, costumes, and settings presented throughout the 9-minute-42-second film. The findings reveal that Tumbas represents Javanese cultural values such as unggah-ungguh (etiquette), the importance of speaking local languages, and the authoritative role of parents in educating children. The denotative meaning appears in daily activities, such as children fulfilling tasks like shopping. The connotative meaning is portrayed through the emotional expressions of fear and tension when children are scolded for linguistic mistakes. The film also reflects a myth that proper use of the Javanese language is a measure of politeness and moral behavior in society. The color symbolism of clothing such as Saka’s red shirt indicating courage and inner conflict, or Mbah Warno’s purple attire suggesting authority and symbolic violence is also analyzed. The conclusion is that Tumbas delivers a moral message about the importance of preserving local languages while also critiquing rigid and intimidating methods of cultural transmission. The cultural values in the film are conveyed through a complex system of signs, reflecting the tension between preservation and adaptation in Javanese cultural identity among younger generations

This research aims to explore how Gen Z utilises and constructs their personal social media to build an Expertise Profile. Gen Z uses social media, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn, simultaneously to digitally showcase their skills, achievements, and experiences. This study explores the process of virtual identity formation among Gen Z through observation and in-depth interviews with informants who actively use both platforms to meet their career needs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, and the data obtained were analysed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that consistency in self-presentation and the application of cross-platform linking strategies are key to building a strong, professional image
The Communication Strategy of Ustadz Abdil Muhadir Ritonga in Spreading Islamic Da'wah Content on TikTok
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the da’wah communication strategies employed by Ustadz Abdil Muhadir Ritonga through the social media platform TikTok in disseminating Islamic da’wah content. As a digital medium popular among younger generations, TikTok offers both significant opportunities and challenges for da’wah, particularly due to its short video duration and the dominance of entertainment-oriented content. A qualitative approach was applied using a case study method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation.The findings reveal that Ustadz Abdil Muhadir Ritonga employs three da’wah communication strategies: sentimental (emotional), rational (intellectual), and sensory (practical). His distinctive style of da’wah is characterized by the use of humor, Islamic poetry, and a delivery that is heartfelt and easily understood by diverse audiences. These strategies have proven effective in capturing audience attention and fostering positive interaction on social media. This study underscores the importance of adapting da’wah strategies to technological developments and audience characteristics in the digital era
The Relationship Wound Grade and Neuropathy Status With Anxiety in Diabetic Foot Wound Patients

Microvascular complications in diabetes mellitus patients often occur in the eyes (diabetic retinopathy) and diabetic neuropathy which will cause numbness in the extremities, while macrovascular complications can occur in coronary artery blood vessels in the heart, disorders of large blood vessels in the feet which will increase the risk of necrosis in the extremities Objective. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the relationship between Wound Grade and Neuropathy Status to the level of anxiety in patients with diabetic foot wounds Method. This type of research is descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional approach. Cross-sectional research with a sample size of 30, the sampling technique used by researchers was purposive sampling, the instruments in this study were observation sheets and Anxiety Inventory (S-AI) Form y Results. The results of the study obtained that there was no relationship between wound grade and anxiety levels in patients with diabetic foot wounds p-value 0.691> 0.05 and there was no relationship between neuropathy status and anxiety levels in patients with diabetic foot wounds p-value 0.248> 0.05 Conclusion. There was no correlation between wound grade and neuropathy status and anxiety levels in patients with diabetic foot ulcer

Get PDFThis article discusses the concept of morality in the film Ar-Rihlah by Kobun Shizuno, using literary reception theory and content analysis. The film presents moral values that are often understood only through textual or denotative meanings, while the film must be understood through a more profound analytical approach. The purpose of this research is to identify the moral values contained in Ar-Rihlah. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The results show that the film contains proactive and courageous moral values, faith, trust, submission, and supplication to God, responsibility and leadership, arrogance and opposition, care and protection, exemplary behavior and the desire to become better, loyalty, solidarity, unity, as well as hatred and arrogance towards the people of Mecca. Ar-Rihlah conveys deep moral messages, both positive and negative. The film not only entertains but also encourages the audience to think and improve themselves to become better

Pembentukan Karakter Disiplin melalui Kegiatan Kepramukaan di SDN Sahang
Get PDFIn elementary schools, the development of students’ discipline is a problem that affects learning outcomes and behavior. One extracurricular program, the Scouting program, aims to instill discipline through structured assignments, leadership instruction, and teamwork. The purpose of this community service was to determine how Scouting activities at Sahang Elementary School contribute to the development of student discipline and to identify factors that support or hinder this process. The research method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR). This method was chosen based on the principle of actively involving all stakeholders, including children and teachers at Sahang Elementary School, in every stage of the activity, from planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. Data analysis included the reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions from primary and secondary data. As the results of the study showed, regular student involvement in Scouting activities significantly improved student discipline, including punctuality, responsibility, and the ability to comply with rules. Supporting factors included continuous guidance from teachers and Scout leaders, while obstacles included varying levels of parental support and limited facilities. Overall, schools, parents, and the surrounding community can collaborate with Scouting to instill discipline.

Get PDFThis community service program aims to educate and improve parents' understanding of the importance of providing healthy and balanced meals in their children's lunchboxes. This program uses the ABCD method. The findings show that the provision of nutritionally healthy and balanced meals in children's lunchboxes still does not fully meet their nutritional needs. These meals do not follow balanced nutritional guidelines properly. Most lunchboxes are dominated by double protein, and very few include additional vegetables or fruits. The implementation of the Nutrition Day Program initiated by the school was developed through a parenting seminar with the theme of applying a healthy and nutritionally balanced diet through children's lunchboxes, which had a positive and significant impact on forming healthy eating habits. In addition, it was also useful for educating and increasing parents' knowledge and awareness of the importance of applying a balanced diet, especially through children's lunchboxes
