No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of customer satisfaction in moderating the influence of service quality and customer experience on customer loyalty. This study uses a survey method with a questionnaire as its instrument. The respondents of this study were 160 respondents who used e-commerce in the Jabodetabek area. The sampling process used a nonprobability sampling technique using a quantitative approach that was associative using primary data. The method used was the PLS-SEM method with WARP-PLS 7.0 as its software. These results indicate that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction moderates the relationship between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty significantly, although with a small moderation contribution, thus the customer satisfaction variable can be said to be a Quasi Moderation. And Customer satisfaction is unable to moderate Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty but is significant when used as a direct variable, so from this the customer satisfaction variable can be called Pure Moderation

No full textOccupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a crucial aspect of the geothermal energy industry to ensure worker safety and prevent occupational diseases. This study examines the implementation of legal protection for OSH at PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) Unit Dieng, focusing on the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, compliance with labor regulations, and workplace risk management. PT Geo Dipa Energi enforces various safety measures, including HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) mandatory procedures, OSH training programs, and social security coverage through BPJS Employment and BPJS Health. The findings indicate that the company’s OSH management aligns with national regulations and international standards such as ISO 45001. However, several challenges persist, including a lack of discipline in using personal protective equipment (PPE), potential exposure to toxic gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), high noise levels from machinery, and inadequate ventilation. These factors pose significant risks to workers’ health and productivity. To address these challenges, PT Geo Dipa Energi has implemented the Hazard Observation (OrBa) program, which encourages employees to actively identify and report workplace hazards. This initiative aims to foster a stronger safety culture and enhance proactive risk management. By continuously improving its OSH strategies, PT Geo Dipa Energi is committed to ensuring a safer, healthier, and more compliant work environment, ultimately minimizing workplace hazards and improving operational sustainability

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the tenant relations communication strategy implemented by Epiwalk Mall in maintaining and improving good relations with tenants. Effective communication plays an important role in building trust, increasing satisfaction, and loyalty of tenants towards mall managers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis. The communication techniques applied include face-to-face communication, use of digital media, surveys, and a responsive and proactive personal approach. This strategy allows managers to understand tenant needs, handle complaints quickly, and create mutually beneficial relationships. The results of the study indicate that the combination of these communication techniques not only increases tenant satisfaction but also strengthens Epiwalk Mall's image as a professional and caring business partner. The collaborative and empathetic approach applied in interactions with tenants creates a comfortable and productive work environment. This study provides theoretical contributions to the field of tenant relations communication and offers practical recommendations for mall managers in improving relations with tenants for business sustainability

No full textThis study aims to analyze the role of public relations in utilizing the @kankeranakindonesia Instagram account to maintain the reputation of the Indonesian Child Cancer Foundation using descriptive qualitative research methods and public relations theory. The results showed that the role of public relations in managing the Instagram account is very important to maintain the foundation's reputation, as well as ensuring transparency and accountability in its activities. Public relations is directly involved in managing the uploaded content, as well as interacting with the public through comment sections and direct messages (DM). In addition, PR also plays a role in handling issues that arise on the platform so as not to negatively impact the foundation's reputation. Nonetheless, this study found that there are barriers to implementation, especially related to misunderstandings in the delivery of information between internal parties within the foundation

Get PDFThis research analyzes the implementation of Collaborative Governance in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas Regency. Collaborative Governance involves various stakeholders, including government, the private sector, and civil society, to create comprehensive and sustainable solutions. Data from the Banyumas Regency Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises shows a significant increase in the number of MSMEs from 2017 to 2021, with micro MSMEs dominating in Kedungbanteng District. This research highlights the important role of the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Dinnakerkop) and Bank Indonesia in supporting MSMEs. Bank Indonesia supports access to financing and digitalization, while Dinnakerkop provides training and strengthens the capacity of MSMEs. Collaboration with the private sector, such as ASPIKMAS, is also important. The successful example from Banyuwangi Regency shows that Collaborative Governance can increase the competitiveness of MSMEs through innovation and wider market access. Effectiveness of Jigsaw Type Learning Model on Mathematics Learning Outcomes
Get PDFThis study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the Jigsaw learning model in improving mathematics learning outcomes among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Kuanyar. The study involved 21 students as subjects, employing a quantitative approach with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. Data collection was conducted using learning outcome tests in each learning cycle. The results indicate that the use of the Jigsaw model significantly positively impacts students' learning outcomes. Data analysis using this method shows a mean value of -29.523, with a standard deviation of 9.47428 and a standard error mean of 2.06746. Furthermore, the obtained t-value is -14.280, with a two-tailed significance of 0.000. Since the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), this indicates a significant effect of the learning model on students' learning outcomes. The Jigsaw learning model plays a crucial role in enhancing students' attention and interest during the learning process. This model encourages students to be more confident, responsible, and actively engaged in problem-solving within their groups, making it effective in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Kuanyar
Optimizing the Special Job Placement Unit for the Effective Absorption of Vocational High School Graduates
Get PDFThis study evaluates the effectiveness of the Special Work Placement Unit (SJPU) in Vocational High Schools (VHS) in channeling graduates into the world of work. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach and bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer, this study identified trends and gaps in previous research. With the PICO (Problem, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) step, the main questions asked include the effectiveness of SJPU in distributing graduates and their supporting and inhibiting factors. The results of the study show that SJPU plays an important role in tracer studies, job training, and partnerships with the business/industry world. However, the limitations of management personnel, ineffective communication of alumni, and the incompatibility of graduate competencies with industry needs are still the main challenges. Therefore, the optimization of SJPU needs to be carried out through increased cooperation with industry, the use of digital technology in employment information, and the alignment of the curriculum with the needs of the job market. This strategic recommendation is expected to help vocational education stakeholders in increasing the absorption of VHS graduates and strengthening the role of SJPU as a link between the world of education and the world of work

The type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Research at Dharma Dwipa Temple, Sodong, Ponorogo. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Milles and Huberman model. Test the validity of the data with triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of the study found that the offering tradition was carried out in various celebration events. Behavior towards the offering tradition describes the cultural life of the Javanese people, which is inseparable from ritual symbols. The reconstruction that occurs in the offering tradition refers to the concept of incorporating several innovations without changing their original nature and characteristics. Changes that occur in the offering tradition lead to three principles, namely: 1) understanding the values of the offering tradition, 2) adjusting the elements (means) of offerings, and 3) integrating into Buddhist rituals.
