No full textTempeh is a diverse product, from side dishes to snacks. Tempeh can be found throughout Indonesia and abroad. However, marketing of tempeh products is still dominated by traditional sales. To increase tempe sales, an effective digital marketing strategy via online media is needed. The purpose of this research is to identify digital marketing opportunities and challenges in Tempe as well as strategies that can be implemented by micro, small and medium businesses in Tempe to increase sales through digital media. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Based on the results of the literature review, digital marketing opportunities in Tempe include the increasing number of internet and social media users, changes in consumer preferences for online shopping, and diversification of digital platforms. However, the challenges that exist include limited understanding of digital marketing among MSME stakeholders, minimal budget and minimal resources. quality human resources in the field of digital marketing, although there are significant opportunities in digital marketing in Tempe, such as the increase in the number of internet and social media users and changes in consumer preferences, challenges faced by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) such as limited understanding of marketing digital, budget, and quality human resources must be addressed. Therefore, to maximize the digital marketing potential of Tempe, it is necessary to increase knowledge and skills in the field of digital marketing, as well as efficient budget management and human resource development. By overcoming these challenges, tempe MSMEs can take advantage of digital opportunities to increase sales and reach a wider market

No full textThis study aims to assist basketry craftsmen in Prajegan Village, Sukorejo, Ponorogo, in utilizing Facebook as a marketing tool to increase their product sales. Using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, the research identifies local strengths and assets as the foundation for developing a digital marketing strategy. Intensive training and mentoring were provided to enhance the craftsmen's digital skills, particularly in managing Facebook as a promotional platform. The results indicate that this mentoring successfully improved the craftsmen's ability to use Facebook effectively, leading to a significant increase in their product sales. The implementation of this method demonstrates that an asset-based approach and tailored training can empower communities and support the sustainability of small businesses

No full textThe Hajj pilgrimage is the fifth pillar of Islam, but only some have the opportunity to perform it due to time and cost constraints. However, as Muslims, we must know the pillars and procedures. This community service aims to determine the Hajj manasik training in improving students' understanding of Islamic teachings at SDN 1 Prajegan. The method used in this community service is PAR (Participation Action Research), which involves the community and conducting in-depth interviews with eight students and two religious teachers. The results of this community service show that the Hajj manasik provides profound benefits for students, makes students understand more about the Hajj simulation, and is very effective in helping students understand abstract religious concepts, such as the pillars of Islam and prayer procedures. Students find remembering and practicing Islamic teachings easier after participating in the Hajj manasik activities. Through the assistance of the Hajj Manasik training, students' understanding of Islamic teachings in elementary schools can be improved.

Despite having quality products, challenges in marketing and distribution often hinder the growth of this business. This study aims to determine the use of technology in improving "Barokah Jaya" Krupuk Stik MSMEs in Kedungbanteng Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. In addition, this study aims to examine the use of technology in improving the performance of "Barokah Jaya" Krupuk Stik MSMEs, especially in the aspects of marketing, production, and operational management. The method used in this study is ABCD (Asset Bassed Community Driven-Development) which empowers the use of technology to improve the marketing of an MSME. The result of this research is to improve the quality of "Barokah Jaya" Krupuk Stik MSMEs, especially in terms of marketing through Instagram social media accounts managed by Mr. Hendro as the owner of "Barokah Jaya" Krupuk Stik MSMEs. In addition, the results of this study show that the adoption of technology not only increases the competitiveness of Krupuk Stik Barokah Jaya in the local market, but also opens up opportunities for expansion into the national market

No full textThe problem of learning in madrasah diniyah is a problem that hinders religious teaching and learning activities. Maharotul kalam is a skill that is applied with speech and also has a relationship with language. From the title, I took 2 problem formulations, namely how the learning process of maharatul kalam and what are the factors that hinder learning. From the formulation of the problem, there are several objectives, namely to know, explore, and learn how the learning process is and what are the factors that hinder learning at the madrasah Diniyah Manba'ul Ulum. This research is using a qualitative method. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and documents. The data analysis technique uses data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The results of the study show that Maharah Kalam Problems in Learning the Quran need to improve learning so that students and women can absorb the material and read the Quran smoothly and well according to what they want, besides that there are 2 factors, namely non-linguistic problems and linguistic problems. This is evident from the results of interviews and direct observation on objects

No full textThe aim of this assistance is to optimize the learning process for elementary school age students in Dukuh Tengah, Nambangrejo Sukorejo village. The method in this research uses the ABCD method approach to plan supporting activities. The ABCD approach has 5 key stages, namely Discovery; This stage involves identifying the assets owned by the Dukuh Tengah community. Dream (Dream); At the Dream stage, the community together formulates visions and dreams related to improving children's education. Design (Designing); The Design stage involves planning a tutoring program based on the assets and dreams that have been identified. Define (Determine); In the Define stage, the program that has been designed is tested through conducting experiments. and Destiny (Doing); Implementing plans that have been prepared and carrying out ongoing evaluations to ensure the success of the program. The process uses a descriptive qualitative method by describing the results with related theories. The target of this tutoring assistance is elementary school age students from grades 2 to grade 6 in the central hamlet of Nambangrejo village. The results obtained after this assistance are an increase in students' interest in learning, an increase in understanding of the subject matter, the creation of a conducive learning environment, an increase in parental involvement

The method of implementation is to coordinate with the head of Sukorejo village to obtain an overview of the profile and geographical conditions and demographics of the village, then conduct a survey of each hamlet to determine the state and digital capabilities of the community members, the next stage is to create an email account for the community and the technical stage of socialization is to carry out digital literacy. Through digital literacy activities, it can open insight and knowledge for the residents of Sukorejo village, Sukorejo district to build digital literacy and use digital technology approopriately. The public can take advantage of digital means for the promotion and marketing of brands or propducts through digital media and digital media can reach a wider and cost- efficient market

This research describes the habituation of religious activities in forming religious characters. The service method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Because character education is a behavioral education formed through habitual action or habits and exemplary, habituation must be done to form the character. With the Khotaman Al-Qur'an activity, it is hoped that it will be able to provide understanding to youth and the community in Bekiring Village, Pulung District, to continue reading the Koran and be able to strengthen faith. The program is to make khotamil Qur'an activities a medium of da'wah which aims to deepen religious knowledge and also to strengthen the IPNU IPPNU membership forum in Bekiring village, Pulung sub-district.

Teacher involvement is a key element in creating an effective learning environment. In addition to teachers, student involvement is also very important in making decisions related to school policies.The method used in this article is a literature study, which is a data collection approach by reviewing and understanding theories from various literature sources relevant to the research topic. Data collection is done by searching for and constructing information from various sources, such as books, journals, and previous research.The role of the principal in making and taking decisions, with responsibility for results that align with the issues at hand, and the involvement of teachers in decision-making, has a significant impact on improving teacher quality, such as mastery of subject matter and teaching techniques, as well as from the aspects of morale, work ethics, and motivation in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Additionally, involving students in decision-making allows them to think critically and analytically. This participatory leadership is very important for the principal in the decision-making process because it involves teachers and students, thereby forming a shared goal that creates a conducive and comfortable learning environment
