No full textPengaruh promosi, kualitas pelayanan, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian yakni variabel X dari jurnal ini. Keputusan pembelian Waroeng Steak & Shake Jakarta menjadi pusat penelitian ini. Sebanyak 159 orang disurvei menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk penelitian ini. Kami juga mengevaluasi alat untuk mengevaluasi reliabilitas dan validitasnya. Data diolah menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dalam program komputer SPSS tipe 26. Uji t menghasilkan ≈0,044 < 0,05 untuk X1, 0,000 < 0,05 untuk X2, dan 0,000 < 0,05 untuk X3, untuk setiap variabel. Peran Marketing Public Relations dalam Mempromosikan Produk di Marketplace Shopee pada Akun Mje Online Shop
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the rapid development of the times, where sellers must adapt to the digital advancements of the internet in the online-based sales process. One of the platforms used to sell products online is the shopee marketplace. The purpose of this research is to understand the role of marketing public relations in establishing effective communication to promote products on the shopee marketplace through the MJE Online Shop account. This study employs a qualitative approach with the content analysis method, and data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and interviews with three informants. The research findings, verified using the 4P and AIDA theories, indicate that the role of marketing public relations in price-strikethrough discount promotions shows a strong positive correlation between marketing public relations and promotion. Promotions attract consumers due to more economical prices and the convenience of purchasing their needs at affordable costs. These findings suggest that the role of marketing public relations can serve as a strategic tool for sellers on the Shopee marketplace to enhance their competitiveness and increase product sales

No full textGiven the large potential of fish resources available in the country's waters, there is interest and desire from various parties to develop and participate in ways that are not in accordance with the code of ethics. The practice of fishing without accountability for the interests of certain individuals or groups can be contrary to government regulations, especially those set by the Indonesian Government. This study aims to determine the categories of actions that are included in the crime of Illegal Fishing and law enforcement against illegal fishing as reviewed from the perspective of criminal law. The research method uses a normative legal method, which applies normative case mapping involving the results of legal actions, as well as an analysis of government regulations that apply a qualitative approach. The results of the study revealed that law enforcement against illegal fishing practices in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) will be carried out in accordance with the principles of international law as stipulated in Article 73(1) of the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) which was later ratified by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 1985 concerning Ratification of the United Nations Agreement on the Law of the Sea United Nations Convention On The Law Of The Sea (UNCLOS). Communicating through hadrah art is interacting with mad'u or listeners, by chanting sholawat. This research is a field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation then the collected data were analyzed using inductive thinking methods. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that in 1) Communicating through hadrah art there is a spiritual value including the love of students for the prophet Muhammad Saw, 2) The message of da'wah varies in each poem that is delivered. 3) Bersholawat as a form of realization of obedience to Allah's commands, as well as to obtain intercession from the Prophet Muhammad, 4) Supporting factors, namely: the equipment has been facilitated by the madrasah and the cohesiveness of the players. 5) the inhibiting factors are equipment damage, lack of hadrah trainers and unfavorable weather or rain
LSTM-Based PM2.5 Prediction Enhanced by Polynomial Features: Case Study in South Tangerang
Get PDFThe significant impact of air pollution, particularly PM2.5, has driven mitigation efforts to reduce health and environmental risks through more accurate prediction systems. In this study, a Deep Learning approach using the LSTM method with the addition of Polynomial transformation features is proposed to predict PM2.5 concentrations. Historical PM2.5 data from South Tangerang City, Banten, was used to train and test the model. The results show that LSTM with polynomial features effectively captures temporal and non-linear patterns in the data, producing accurate and consistent predictions for both training and testing data compared to conventional machine learning methods such as XGBoost and SVR. Polynomial feature transformation significantly improved model performance, as evidenced by the reduction in prediction errors and increased accuracy compared to LSTM without polynomial features. The model also demonstrates adaptability to sudden fluctuations in air quality data. Although the prediction results closely align with actual values, slight discrepancies may arise due to external factors or model limitations. Therefore, the LSTM approach with polynomial feature transformation is an effective and promising method for PM2.5 prediction

No full textMadrasah Diniyah Manba' ul 'Ulum was founded in 2008 in Sekuwung hamlet and is one of the educational institutions that studies religious sciences which aims to provide students with experience, knowledge, prayer skills and good attitudes in participating in Islamic religious and social education. This is considered important because reciting the Koran or reading the Al-Qur'an is knowledge for students that has become part of their studies and reciting the Al-Qur'an is a form of worship that has great rewards. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with observation and interview data collection techniques with ustad and ustazah about how the habit of reciting the Al-Qur'an increases the enthusiasm of students to recite the Koran. The obstacle in the Koran recitation process is that they are not yet fluent in pronouncing the hijaiyah letters and also the students' knowledge of the contents of the Al-Qur'an. This decline occurred due to the negative impact of technology, especially on smartphones, which greatly influenced students' interest in reciting the Koran and students' lack of knowledge in understanding the Al-Qur'an. The results of this research state that the habit of reciting the Al-Qur'an can increase students' interest in reciting the Koran with evidence that reciting the Al-Qur'an has a good impact on students, improves the ability to read the Al-Qur'an, especially the makhorijul letters and recitation, and can Cultivate students with good morals. 
Pendampingan Guru Ngaji melalui Pembekalan Metode Tadrijiyan dalam Menghafal Al Quran di TPQ Masjid Darussalam Desa Prajegan Sukorejo Ponorogo
No full textThe Tadrijiyan method, rooted in gradual and repetitive learning, is recognized as an effective approach for Quran memorization. However, challenges remain in implementing this method at TPQ Masjid Darussalam in Prajegan Village, Sukorejo District. This study aims to develop and implement a training program for Quran teachers using the Tadrijiyan method to enhance their teaching effectiveness. The research employed Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving stages of problem identification, action planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, followed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that the Tadrijiyan method significantly improved teachers' ability to guide Quran memorization, resulting in increased student motivation and better memorization outcomes. Teachers reported greater confidence in applying structured and systematic teaching techniques. The study concludes that the Tadrijiyan method effectively supports Quranic education at TPQ Masjid Darussalam and recommends its broader application in similar educational settings. Future studies should explore its implementation in diverse contexts and consider developing more comprehensive teaching modules.
 
Pendampingan Pemahaman Langkah Pembelajaran Bagi Siswa Kelas XII Pada Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak Di MA Al-Islam Joresan
No full textThis article discusses the critical role of effective guidance provided by educators in the success of Akidah Akhlak learning. Teachers act as facilitators who not only deliver theoretical material but also motivate and guide students in applying moral values in their daily lives. Observations of the learning process in the 12th grade of MA Al-Islam Joresan Ponorogo revealed the use of a gradual approach, class discussions, personal reflections, and active learning methods. These steps aim to deepen students’ understanding of Akidah Akhlak and help them implement these values in real-life situations effectively. However, the study also highlights persistent challenges, such as the negative influence of the social environment and the lack of self-motivation among students. Addressing these issues requires a personal approach that considers individual student needs and strengthens collaboration between teachers, parents, and the community. Such collaborative efforts are essential to creating a supportive environment and ensuring the long-term success of Akidah Akhlak learning, both in academic and character development aspects

No full textThe success of education depends not only on the quality of learning, but alsoon how conflicts that occur in the school environment can be managed properly.Conflicts between teachers, students, and parents often arise due to differencesin perceptions, expectations, or unmet needs. This article examines the role ofschool principals in addressing these conflicts with an effective leadershipapproach. Principals, as leaders in the educational community, are expected tohave the ability to create open communication and support collaborationbetween the various parties involved. Through an inclusive, adaptive, andproblem-solving-based leadership style, principals can identify sources ofconflict, defuse tensions, and create a harmonious environment. The approachesapplied include mediation, fostering interpersonal relationships, anddeveloping fair and transparent policies. The findings of this article suggest thateffective leadership of principals in dealing with conflict can improve thequality of interaction between teachers, students, and parents, which in turnsupports the creation of a more conducive and productive educational climate
