No full textThe craft industry in Indonesia, including leather bag production, plays a crucial role in local economic development and cultural preservation. Nambangrejo Village in Sukorejo District is one example of a leather bag craft center that has grown and developed over generations. The tradition of leather bag making in this village began with the skill of creating simple leather goods for daily needs, and over time evolved into more complex and economically valuable leather bag production. This study aims to explore the potential, challenges, and development strategies of the leather bag industry based on local wisdom in Nambangrejo Village. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and field observations, this research found that the leather bag industry in this village faces challenges such as globalization, market competition, and changing consumer preferences. Although production is still limited to a small scale, its development potential is significant if supported by appropriate strategies, such as training, network collaboration, and product innovation. Additionally, there are three key roles that can support the development of local wisdom in the leather bag industry: the roles of the government, academics, and the craftsmen themselves. With a comprehensive approach, this industry has the potential to become a strong local economic force that can compete in a broader market while maintaining its cultural idenity

No full textThis research aims to overcome the decline in congregational participation and revive the role of mosques as centers of religious and social activities. The art of hadron combines praise to Allah and prayers to the Prophet Muhammad SAW with the accompaniment of traditional musical instruments. This research uses qualitative data collection techniques; the author uses observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. The research results show that efforts to prosper the Ki Ageng Mirah Mosque through hadroh art involving KPM INSURI Ponorogo students have had a positive impact. The number of congregants attending to worship and participate in hadroh arts activities has increased significantly, with the high enthusiasm of the younger generation seen from the large number of young people active in hadroh groups and practicing regularly. Hadroh art activities not only liven up the mosque's atmosphere but also strengthen community social ties, generating a sense of belonging and love for the mosque. Now, the mosque functions as a place of worship, study space, and center for creativity and friendship, making it an effective magnet for the prosperity of the mosque
Peningkatan Literasi Digital Marketing dan Penerapan Digital Marketing di Desa Nambangrejo Dukuh Tengah
No full textThe community of Nambangrejo Village, particularly in Dukuh Tengah, faces challenges in accessing and understanding digital technology and e-commerce platforms. Limited telecommunications equipment and a lack of technological knowledge hinder their ability to shop online and manage digital transactions. Additionally, a preference for direct transactions over digital methods poses a barrier. This study aims to enhance the digital literacy of the Nambangrejo community by organizing digital marketing training. Specific objectives include understanding digital marketing strategies, mastering digital marketing tools and platforms, improving analytical skills, encouraging creativity, and ensuring adaptation to current trends. The training was conducted twice on July 27 and July 29, 2024, at Balaidesa Nambangrejo. The participants, selected through a community meeting, were local youth. The training featured an expert speaker, Imam Mustaqim, S.Pd., and was attended by the Field Supervising Lecturer (DPL) and the Village Secretary. The methodology included theoretical instruction, case studies, and practical exercises. Data collected include documentation of the training, photographs of activities, and participant feedback. Evaluation was conducted to measure the participants' improvement in understanding and skills related to digital marketing. The training successfully enhanced participants' understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms. Participants showed progress in analytical skills and digital marketing budget management. However, further efforts are needed to ensure sustained adaptation to technological advancements and current trends. This initiative is expected to assist the community in leveraging technology for local business development and improving access to digital market

This research aims to discover Karang Taruna's role in their participation in developing Prajegan Village as a Tourist Village, especially through social media. The research method uses the ABCD approach through interviews and field observations of the Prajegan Village Heads, Karang Taruna, and the Prajegan Village Community research subjects. The result of this research is to develop creativity and overcome the boredom of Karang Taruna members through graphic design training using mobile media. From this activity, Karang Taruna's creativity in social media will increase so that the role in supporting the development of the Prajegan Tourist Village becomes better

No full textThis research aims to analyze strategies for implementing spiritual intelligence in education as an effort to improve noble morals as well as being a role model for other educational institutions. This research was conducted at the Tunas Pratama Community Learning Activity Center, Blitar City with a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The research results show that the strategy for implementing spiritual quotient education at MAN 2 Blitar includes three stages, namely 1) strategic analysis using the environment and determining the formulation of mission, goals and policies; 2) implementation of spiritual education quotient with various programs managed by the religious team; 3) evaluation and control using direct and practical techniques

No full textThis research aims to determine the influence of minimum investment capital, investment understanding, and investment motivation on interest in investing in the capital market (case study of students at Amikom University, Yogyakarta). The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all active students at Amikom Yogyakarta University. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. The total sample was 155 respondents. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. Data was collected through questionnaires. The partial research results of minimum investment capital and investment motivation have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in investing in the capital market. Meanwhile, understanding has an insignificant positive effect on students' interest in investing in the capital market. Simultaneously, minimum investment capital, investment understanding, and investment motivation have a significant effect on students' investment interest in investing in the capital market

No full textAdolescence is a period marked by significant emotional, social, and physical transformations that affect a teenager’s identity, social interactions, and understanding of the world. During this time, adolescents often face identity confusion, anxiety, depression, and challenges in establishing healthy relationships with peers and parents. Thus, a sensitive and comprehensive approach is necessary to help them navigate these challenges. One such approach is the empathetic approach, introduced by Carl Rogers (1951) within the framework of humanistic therapy. Empathy, according to Rogers, involves understanding another person's feelings without judgment, and in the context of adolescents, it entails listening attentively, respecting their experiences, and providing a non-judgmental space for identity exploration. Research has shown that this empathetic approach can significantly benefit adolescents by enhancing their psychological well-being, improving their ability to manage stress, and fostering healthy interpersonal relationships. This article discusses the importance of empathy in supporting adolescents through various psychological issues, such as identity confusion, emotional fluctuations, peer pressure, bullying, and academic stress. The article also explores relevant theories, including Carl Rogers' Client-Centered Theory, Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence, Paul Ekman’s Emotion Expression Theory, and Urie Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Systems Theory. Furthermore, strategies for implementing an empathetic approach, such as active listening, providing emotional expression space, and avoiding judgment, are discussed. Ultimately, this article aims to provide insights and recommendations for parents, educators, and professionals to effectively support the emotional well-being of adolescents by integrating empathy into their interactions

No full textThis study aims to identify and analyze moderate Islamic marketing strategies that are effective in attracting and maintaining the loyalty of young millennials in the digital era. This study uses a quantitative method based on positivism to analyze the influence of YouTube influencers on the purchase intention of Samsung A Series HP in South Tangerang. With multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests using SPSS, this study measures the relationship between the role of influencers and social media on purchasing decisions. The results are expected to provide insight for companies in designing more effective digital marketing strategies through the YouTube platform. The findings of this study are expected to provide insight for companies in designing more effective digital marketing strategies that are in accordance with the trends of young consumer behavior. This study concludes that the role of influencers and YouTube social media has a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of Samsung A Series HP in South Tangerang. Partially, influencers who are effective in explaining products can increase consumer purchasing interest, as well as social media that provides good information. In addition, simultaneously, the combination of the role of influencers and social media contributes significantly to encouraging consumer purchasing decisions for the product

No full textThe implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in the Independent Curriculum is an effort to build student character by providing students with opportunities to gain knowledge through direct experience. This study aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) Independent Curriculum in improving the environmentally caring character of students at MINU Waru 1. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) can improve students' environmentally conscious character with the existence of recycling project activities and teacher strategies that are implemented can bring about changes in students' mindsets towards items that can pollute the environment, and increase students' awareness of the environment around them. The conclusion in this study, the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) provides students with the opportunity to gain knowledge through direct experience so that it can improve students' environmentally conscious character
