Pendampingan Karang Taruna Desa Sahang melalui Budaya Nyinom dalam Membentuk Karakter Gotong Royong
The nyinom (sinoman) tradition is a social heritage of Javanese society rooted in the values of mutual cooperation, solidarity, and selfless service. In Sahang Village, this tradition is not merely a social practice within communal celebrations but also functions as a character education mechanism based on local wisdom. Through the involvement of young people in nyinom activities, values of identity, morality, and competitiveness are naturally cultivated within community life. The urgency of this tradition becomes increasingly relevant when confronted with the challenges of globalization and the pervasive influence of digital culture, which often weaken social interaction and solidarity among citizens. From an interdisciplinary perspective, nyinom can be understood as a bridge between the past and the future: it safeguards the continuity of noble values while serving as an instrument for shaping the character of youth within the Karang Taruna organization. Drawing on recent academic literature (2015–2023), this paper argues that nyinom is not merely a cultural tradition but also a moral bulwark capable of addressing the character crisis among younger generations. Therefore, the revitalization of nyinom becomes a crucial agenda in the development of character education grounded in local wisdom in the digital era

UMKM CERDAS HUKUM SYARIAH (Edukasi Pelaku Usaha Mikro Pasar Tradisional di Desa Ngrogung Kecamatan Ngebel Tahun 2025)
This study aims to analyze the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in East Java in sustaining and supporting the regional economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. MSMEs are considered a vital sector in strengthening the national economy due to their significant contribution to job creation, gross domestic product (GDP), and economic resilience at the community level during crises. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method using secondary data obtained from previous studies, official publications, online news, and reports from relevant institutions such as Bank of Indonesia, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs. The analysis focuses on examining the development of MSMEs in East Java during the pandemic, the challenges they faced, and the adaptation strategies undertaken by business actors. The findings reveal that although the Covid-19 pandemic caused serious impacts such as declining demand, distribution disruptions, and financing constraints, MSMEs in East Java continued to make a substantial contribution to the regional economy. Data from the East Java Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs recorded that MSMEs contributed 57.52% to East Java’s GRDP, with an increase of approximately 414,000 new MSME units each year. Moreover, MSMEs in specific sectors, such as food and online trade, demonstrated relative resilience by adapting through digitalization and the use of e-commerce platforms. These findings indicate that MSMEs not only serve as an economic buffer during crises but also act as a driving force for economic recovery in the post-pandemic period
Perlindungan Anak dari Grooming Seksual Dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam Dan Hukum Positif: Kajian Yuridis-Normatif Komparatif
Child sexual grooming has become an alarming form of violence in the digital era, as offenders exploit online media to approach, manipulate, and exploit children. This article aims to analyze child sexual grooming from the perspectives of positive law and Islamic law. The study employs a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach, conducted through library research with descriptive-analytical and comparative analysis. The findings reveal that Indonesian positive law, particularly the Child Protection Law and the Sexual Violence Crime Law, criminalizes grooming, yet legal gaps remain, especially in addressing digital-based crimes. In Islamic law, grooming is classified as jarīmah and jināyah because it violates the principles of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, which emphasize the protection of religion, life, intellect, honor, and property. The comparative analysis demonstrates that integrating Islamic legal values with positive law could strengthen child protection mechanisms and provide a more comprehensive normative foundation. Therefore, enhancing regulations through the synergy of both legal systems is crucial in preventing and addressing cases of child sexual grooming
