Il montre que celles-ci sont désormais fortement valorisées par les politiques publiques au nom de la santé, de la durabilité et de la souveraineté alimentaire, dans une logique de circularité des discours entre institutions, filières et industries. Malgré une image globalement positive (aliment sain, durable, peu coûteux), leur consommation reste faible. Les études présentées révèlent un décalage entre connaissances déclarées et pratiques effectives, lié à des freins culturels, cognitifs et attitudinaux. Les méthodes indirectes et implicites mettent en évidence des attitudes implicitement plus négatives envers les légumineuses que envers les céréales, expliquant en partie leur faible intégration dans les repas. Le chapitre souligne ainsi l’intérêt d’une approche pluridisciplinaire pour mieux comprendre et accompagner le changement de comportements alimentaires

    International audienceSolutions to the Davey–Stewartson equations (DS) in terms of the determinants of order 2N depending on 4N real parameters are constructed. The Darboux transformation is used to construct solutions of order N to this equation. We obtain a representation of the solutions to the equations (DS) in terms of two Wronskians. We obtain what we call a double Wronskian representation of the solutions to the (DS) equations. With this method, some particular explicit solutions for the first orders are constructed

    Pattern recovery by SLOPE

    International audienceSLOPE is a popular method for dimensionality reduction in high-dimensional regression. Its estimated coefficients can be zero, yielding sparsity, or equal in absolute value, yielding clustering. As a result, SLOPE can eliminate irrelevant predictors and identify groups of predictors that have the same influence on the response. The concept of the SLOPE pattern allows us to formalize and study its sparsity and clustering properties. In particular, the SLOPE pattern of a coefficient vector captures the signs of its components (positive, negative, or zero), the clusters (groups of coefficients with the same absolute value), and the ranking of those clusters. This is the first paper to thoroughly investigate the consistency of the SLOPE pattern. We establish necessary and sufficient conditions for SLOPE pattern recovery, which in turn enable the derivation of an irrepresentability condition for SLOPE given a fixed design matrix X. These results lay the groundwork for a comprehensive asymptotic analysis of SLOPE pattern consistency

    Reading multiplicity in unfoldings from epsilon-neighborhoods of orbits

    International audienceWe consider generic analytic 1-parameter unfoldings of saddle-node germs of analytic vector fields on the real line, their time-one maps and the Lebesgue measure of ε\varepsilon-neighborhoods of the orbits of these time-one maps. The box dimension of an orbit gives the asymptotics of the principal term of this Lebesgue measure and it is known that it is discontinuous at bifurcation parameters. To recover continuous dependence of the asymptotics on the parameter, here we expand asymptotically the Lebesgue measure of ε\varepsilon-neighborhoods of orbits of time-one maps in a Chebyshev system, uniformly with respect to the bifurcation parameter. We use Ecalle-Roussarie-type compensators. We show how the number of fixed points of the time-one map born in the universal analytic unfolding of the parabolic point corresponds to the number of terms vanishing in this uniform expansion of the Lebesgue measure of ε\varepsilon-neighborhoods of orbits.     Influence of micro-structure on the corrosion behaviour of glass-bead blasted AA6061-B4C MMC in H3BO3 solution

    International audienceThe micro-structure, residual stresses, and micro-distortions generated near the surface in the AA6061-B4C metal matrix composite by glass-bead blasting are investigated and compared with those of the bulk. In contrast to the bulk, the sublayer is under compression and contains an extremely low density of B4C and a high density of dislocations. Corrosion behaviour was studied in H3BO3 after immersion at the OCP and after accelerated tests. In the sublayer, initial rapid oxidation (formation of a homogeneous oxide film) is followed by slow oxidation (average corrosion rate: 2 µm/year); the oxidation front moves parallel to the surface. In the bulk, oxidation takes place along preferential paths defined by the distribution of B4C. The driving force is the galvanic coupling between B4C and the matrix. Once corrosion proceeds, corrosion products (oxidation of the sublayer) become weakly adherent, peeling off locally. The bulk is then directly exposed to the solution, promoting corrosion
