    Metode Pembelajaran Tafsir di Sekolah Berbasis ‘Ulum Al-Qur'an

    [TAFSEER LEARNING METHODS IN 'ULUM AL-QUR'AN BASED SCHOOL]. This paper is aimed to respond to the lack of formulation of tafsir learning methods at schools. This study shows that the learning method with the basis of Ulum al-Qur’an consists of three aspects, i.e. the foundation, learning material, and method. The foundation of tafsir learning comprises three elements; it must be based on the function of the Qur'an, gradual, and not burdensome. Then, the learning materials of tafsir can use the stories contained in the Qur'an, asbab al-nuzul (reason of revelation), and the main themes of the Qur'an. Meanwhile, the tafsir learning process uses the ijmali method. This is a library based study with data sources from books, especially ‘Ulum al-Qur'an Mabahits fi 'Ulum al-Qur'an by Manna' al-Qathan, 'Ulum al-Qur'an by Nuruddin' Itr, Kaidah Tafsir by M. Quraish Shihab, and Membumikan Ulumul Qur’an by Ahsin Sakho Muhammad as well as research results in the form of journals and others in the field of education. In the process, this study uses a descriptive-analytical method with a content analysis approach and contextual interpretation

    [URGENCY OF THE SCIENCE OF MUKHTALIF AL-HADITH IN IJTIHAD: STUDY THE LAW OF JAMA' AND QADHA PRAYER]. This study examines the hadith which explains about praying without hindrance and reciting it for the dead. This research aims to find out how the law and how to perform 'prayers without hindrance and compare it for the deceased based on the evidence of hadiths, as well as the analysis of fiqh scholars. The method used is tahlili and muqarin, which is to analyze the hadiths that contradict the explicit meaning, then compared between the hadiths with reference to the science of mukhtalif al-hadith. Figures using the tahili method include: Ibn Hajar al-'Atsqalaniy, Al-'Abbas Syihab al-Din Ahmad bin Muhammad al-Qastalani, Syams al-Din Muhammad bin Yusuf bin 'Ali al-Kirmani, Muhammad bin' Abd al-Baqi 'bin Yusuf al-Zarqani. Those who use the method of muqarin are Imam Nawawi and Badr al-Din Abu Muhammad Mahmud bin Ahmad. Differences of opinion among the scholars of fiqh (khilafiyah), because there is no explanation in qath'i both in the Qur'an and Sunnah. From here comes the ijtihad of scholars whose truth is relative (zhanniy). In the matter of the law of praying 'prayers without hindrance, and its qadha for the dead are found hadiths whose explicit meaning contradict each other. The science of mukhtalif al-hadith is a solution in ijtihad to compromise and get legal conclusions. The output of this study makes a positive contribution for Muslims to obtain legal clarity as a practical reference in practice

    [MOODLE BASED DISTANCE TRAINING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT IN BALAI DIKLAT KEAGAMAAN BANDUNG]. Developing online training system is essential to create equalization over training opportunities, enrich learning materials, and increase trainees participation in learning. The development is also a medium to create accessible learning environment. Online training requires learning management system. One of the most widely used applications is Moodle. It has the latest version that can be used to improve online training’s quality, namely Moodle version 3.7.1. This study aims to find out Moodle-based remote training system implementation at Bandung Religious Training Center in 2020. Research and Development waterfall model is applied. Application testing is by using blackbox techniques. The analysis uses SCORM and Haughey theory. The result showed that Moodle-based remote training is considered good based on black box tests. It can be seen from several aspects of websites, such as appearance and content, implementation, institutional readiness, as well as facilities and infrastructure. Moodle 3.7.1 based remote training websites are recommended for socialization and provided remote training manual instruction

    [THE COMPATIBILITY OF ISLAM AND DEMOCRACY: CHALLENGES AND OBSTACLES OF DEMOCRATIZATION IN ISLAMIC WORLD] This study aims to find out whether Islam and democracy are compatible, as well as how the challenges and obstacles of democratization in the Muslim world. This research is in the form of a pure library (library research) using descriptive qualitative methods. Data analysis of the discussion uses the inductive approach, which is to draw general conclusions from specific conclusions. In principle, not all democratic teachings are relevant to Islamic teachings. When democracy becomes a commitment for the state to be put into practice, then all aspects of life cannot be separated from a touch of democracy, including religion. In Muslim countries, especially Asia and North Africa, religious democracy does not necessarily go hand in hand with the practice of political democracy. Doctrinally, Islam and democracy are two different things, but substantively there are democratic principles that are compatible with Islamic teachings.     [FORUM GUMEULIS: EFFORTS TO IMPROVE TEACHER COMPETENCE IN WRITING SCIENTIFIC PAPERS IN TASIKMALAYA CITY]. The purpose of this study is to describe efforts to improve teacher competency in writing scientific papers through the activities of the Gumeulis forum in the City of Tasikmalaya, through training, guidance, mentoring and hands-on practice. The research method used is qualitative research with a type of case study. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and study of documentation. The results showed: (1) improvement of teacher competency in the city of Tasikmalaya in making the scientific paper more effectively carried out through teacher writing forums. (2) the development of teacher professional competence in making scientific papers through the Gumeulis forum activities shows an increase in teacher competency. (3) through the Gumeulis forum, there is mutual interaction together to learn to make Eastern Indonesia. (4), the Gumeulis Forum can create a conducive academic climate in improving teacher competency in creating scientific papers. The conclusion of the research shows that by learning together in the community will be able to improve the competence of teachers in writing scientific papers.     [THE EFFECT OF SELF-CONCEPT AND ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION ON STUDENTS ‘LEARNING OUTCOMES]. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of self-concept and achievement motivation on student learning outcomes. This research is included in quantitative research with the type of ex post facto causal research. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire to measure the variables of self-concept and achievement motivation and a multiple choice test to measure student learning outcomes. The sample in this study were students of class XI IPA at SMA Negeri 1 Kaledupa, Kaledupa District, Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. After the data was obtained, it was analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 24 application. Based on the results of the research data analysis, it was concluded that there was an effect of self-concept and achievement motivation on student learning outcomes, this was based on the significance value obtained at 0.00 < 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of self-concept and prestigious motivation on learning outcomes is 84.4%, this is obtained based on the value of R Square after data analysis

    [THE USE OF EXPERIENCED-BASED LEARNING IN LEARNING ISLAMIC CIVILIZATION HISTORY TO IMPROVERELIGIOUS AWARENESS AND STUDENTS' CRITICAL THINKING AT MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI IN BEKASIREGENCY]. The purpose of this study was to identify: The use of Experience-Based Learning (EBL) in learningSKI so as to foster students' religious awareness and critical power of MAN students in Bekasi Regency; This study uses a quantitative approach methods. The method used is a quasy experiment. The results of this study includes: 1) The use of EBL in learning SKI to foster religious awareness of students of MAN Bekasi Regency, it is known from the difference in the average questionnaire before learning in the experimental and control group meeting 1 of 3.60, after learning it was obtained 6.85; meeting 2 showed a greater mean difference of 10,075; and meeting 3 of 4.85. This means that H1 = i1 ≠ i2 is accepted so that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in cultivating religious awareness; The use of EBL in learning SKI to grow students' critical power can be seen from the results of the average difference between the pre test experimental class with treatment and the control class meeting 1 of 4.75, after treatment shows a greater difference between the post test experimental class and the control class of 10,875. Meeting 2 shows the difference in the average post test experimental class with control of 10,125, and meeting 3 is 9.25. This means that H1 = i1 ≠ i2 so that there is an average difference between the experimental class and the control class in growing the critical power of MAN students in Bekasi Regenc

    [RESEARCH ON INDEPENDENT LEARNING ACTIVITY UNIT (UKBM)-BASED LEARNING READINESS IN MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH]. Learning innovations are held to improve the process and learning outcomes, one of them is through the UKBM (Independent Learning Activity Unit). This study aims to determine the readiness of learning components in madrasah ibtidaiyah in the application of UKBM-based learning. The survey method was used to examine the readiness for implementing UKBM in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The respondents of this study were 54 State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Jombang. The research instrument was created based on the National Education Standards. Data collection was using a questionnaire with the help of “Google forms”. Data analysis was carried out in a quantitative descriptive way. The result of this study is that madrasah are ready to carry out UKBM-based learning. The components that have been prepared and ready are the competency standards of graduates, educators and teaching staff, the assessment system, management, and the learning process themselves, while some components which are needed to be improved are learning infrastructure

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan posisi dan batasan yang jelas terkait dengan masalah hubungan antara muslim dan non-Muslim dalam bersikap secara adil. Al-Qur’an menganjurkan agar mencari titik temu dan titik singgung antar pemeluk agama. Al-Qur’an juga menganjurkan agar dalam interaksi sosial, bila tidak ditemukan persamaan, hendaknya masing-masing mengakui keberadaan pihak lain dan tidak perlu saling menyalahkan, ini yang sering disebut sebagai “kalimatun sawaa”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Diskriptif Kualitatif dengan metode penomenologi melalui penulisan yang terinspirasi atas fenomena yang berkembang saat ini dikalangan pemeluk agama yang menjurus pada tindakan praktik intoleransi dan kekerasan. Mereka saling menyalahkan dan menegasikan satu sama lain. Konsep Persatuan dan kesatuan dalam relasi kehidupan umat beragama bukan dalam pengertian menyatukan segala keragaman melainkan negara yang warganya bersatu dalam keragaman. penghargaan terhadap keragaman serta memelihara semangat Unity in Diversity dalam masyarakat menjadi sebuah keniscayaan. Atas Dasar itu, Kajian ini diharapkan dapat menemukan benang merah dan akar masalah atas paradigma inklusivitas keberagamaan.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan pemahaman peserta Diklat Teknis Substantif Hak Asasi Manusia bagi Kepala Madrasah sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan di Pusdiklat Tenaga Teknis Pendidikan dan Keagamaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kausal komparatif yang datanya dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara keseluruhan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan peserta Diklat Teknis Substantif Hak Asasi Manusia bagi Kepala Madrasah setelah mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan yaitu pada mata diklat Konsep dasar Hak Asasi Manusia, Instrumen Nasional Hak Asasi Manusia, Instrumen Internasional Hak Asasi Manusia (The Internasional Bill of Human Rights), Badan-badan Hak Asasi Manusia, Pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia dan Mekanisme penanganannya, Manajemen Implementasi Program Hak Asasi Manusia, Menumbuhkan Budaya Organisasi, Kearifan Lokal, dan Kesadaran Berbangsa dan Bernegara, dan Metode Pembelajaran Efektif.
