No full textParenting patterns are the methods that are applied to children, how parents\u27 attitudes in educating children from birth to adulthood and the parenting patterns given by parents to children greatly influence the child\u27s personality and behavior. This research is motivated by the problem of parenting patterns of working parents regarding discipline character. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of working parents\u27 parenting styles on the discipline character of early childhood at Hazqina PAUD. The method used in this research is the Pre Experimental Design research method with a One Group Pre-test-Post-Test research design. The sample used was 17 respondents. The results of the research show differences in the parenting patterns of working parents on children\u27s disciplinary character. The results of data analysis from the regression equation are Y=16.681+0.715X. From the results, the value obtained is sig = 0.000/2 < 0.05, which means H₀ is rejected. Sebelumnya perusahaan perlu melakukan Initial Public Offering(IPO) pada pasar perdana untuk menjual sahamnya pertama kali. Resiko perusahaan ketika melakukan IPOyaitu terjadinya Underpricing. Underpricing diharapkan dapat nenguntungkan bagi investor, namun dihindari olehemiten (perusahaan). Terdapat beberapa faktor yang bisa mensugesti underpricing yaitu faktor keuangan sertanon keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui khususnya faktor keuangan yang mempengaruhiterjadinya underpricing, maka dari itu variabel penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah Return On Equity (ROE), NetProfit Margin (NPM), tingkat laverage dan underpricing. Peneliti memilih perusahaan Food and Beverage yangterdaftar di BEI menggunakan jumlah populasi sebesar 30 perusahaan serta sampel sebesar 13 perusahaanyang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif yang memakaimetode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan hanya satu variabel independenyang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap underpricing yaitu rasio NPM. Pengaruh NPM terhadap undepricingnegatif. Artinya NPM tinggi memberikan sinyal bagi emiten dan underwriter untuk menentukan harga IPO yangtinggi, maka dimungkinkan fenomena underpricing menurun atau tidak terjad
PERBEDAAN HASIL JADI TEKNIK BEADING EMBROIDERY PADA BUSANA OUTER BERBAHAN BROKAT DAN ORGANZA
Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk memahami hasil akhir pengaplikasian teknik beading embroidery pada busana outer bahan brokat, 2) untuk mengetahui hasil jadi pengaplikasian teknik beading embroidery pada busana outer bahan organza, 3) untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan daya minat mahasiswa terhadap hasil jadi teknik beading embroidery pada busana outer berbahan brokat dengan busana outer berbahan organza. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melaksanakan uji T menggunakan SPSS. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 40 mahasiswa program studi Tata Busana angkatan 2020 dan 2021 di Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji T. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 1) hasil jadi pengaplikasian teknik beading embroidery pada busana outer berbahan brokat menghasilkan busana outer yang mewah dan elegan. 2) hasil jadi pengaplikasian teknik beading embroidery pada busana outer berbahan organza menghasilkan busana outer yang modern dan ringan. 3) busana outer berbahan brokat sedikit lebih tinggi dari busana outer berbahan organza. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berfungsi sebagai media pembelajaran bagi program studi Tata Busana dan mahasiswa Tata Busana, khususnya untuk mata kuliah fashion aksesoris

Get PDFPenelitian ini mengkaji aspek etnomatematika dalam proses pembuatan kue lapis, dengan menggunakan metode etnografi melalui wawancara dan pengamatan langsung. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi penerapan konsep matematika, seperti perbandingan untuk menentukan takaran bahan (misalnya, rasio antara tepung beras dan santan), pengukuran untuk menentukan ukuran cetakan serta volume adonan pada setiap lapisan, dan aritmetika untuk menghitung waktu memasak pada setiap lapisan dan keseluruhan proses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendekatan berbasis budaya agar dapat membantu siswa memahami dan mengaplikasikan konsep matematika melalui permasalahan kontekstual. Bahan ajar yang dihasilkan dirancang untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran matematika yang relevan dan menarik bagi siswa, sekaligus melestarikan kearifan lokal masyarakat
PERSEPSI KONSUMEN TERHADAP KUALITAS PENTOL BAKSO SAPI MENGGUNAKAN METODE CRITICAL TO QUALITY (CTQ)
Get PDFCritical to Quality (CTQ) dalam konteks produksi pentol bakso sapi mengacu pada faktor terbaik yang mengukur unsur kualitas tinggi dan sesuai dengan ekspektasi pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 34 konsumen sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai Critical to Quality (CTQ) terdapat 7 CTQ, yaitu; D1 (Kenyal), D2 (Pecah), D3 (Berurat), D4 (Warna), D5 (Gurih), D6 (Bergumpal) dan D7 (Aroma Amis). CTQ paling dominan pengaruhnya yaitu Persepsi konsumen terhadap D3 (Berurat) dapat dilihat bahwa nilai T-statistic bernilai sebesar 1,975 (>1,960). Persepsi konsumen terhadap D4 (Warna) dapat dilihat bahwa nilai T-statistic bernilai sebesar 1,996 (> 1,960). Dan Persepsi konsumen terhadap D5 (Gurih) dapat dilihat bahwa nilai Tstatistic bernilai sebesar 2,383 (> 1,960) sehingga dapat disimpulkan ketiga faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesukaan konsumen terhadap pentol bakso sapi. Rekomendasi perbaikan kualitas berdasarkan hasil diagram pareto menyebutkan kecacatan tertinggi dengan CTQ mendekati 80%, maka perbaikan ditetapkan pada pentol pecah, aroma amis, kurang kenyal dan warna tidak merata
Analisis Produktivitas Produksi Knuckle Steering Departemen Machining Menggunakan Metode Objective Matrix
Get PDFA company must be able to maximize the productivity of all its activities. One of them is productivity in the knuckle steering item production line, where the number of orders always increases every month. Therefore, companies need to measure productivity which in turn can create more effective and efficient company activities. The method used is Objective Matrix (OMAX). The results of this study are that the lowest productivity is in September with a productivity value of 23.6 and the highest productivity is in month 4 with a value of 517.2. The lowest ratio is found in ratio 1, namely the level of production achievement against machine hour capacity. The productivity value is only 28 of the 132 total total productivity values. This happens because of various factors, namely unprofessional operators, minimal experience operators, lack of machine maintenance so that it often breaks, long production processes, and many defective materials from the Foundry dept. Efforts that can be made to improve this ratio include optimizing the supervisory function on employee performance, maintaining production machines so that they have productive conditions in producing products, and increasing employee motivation.Sebuah perusahaan harus dapat memaksimalkan produktivitas semua kegiatannya. Salah satunya yaitu produktivitas di line produksi item knuckle steering yang jumlah pesanan selalu meningkat pada tiap bulannya. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu melakukan pengukuran produktivitas yang pada akhirnya dapat menciptakan kegiatan perusahaan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah Objective Matrix (OMAX). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu produktivitas yang paling rendah berada pada bulan September dengan nilai produktivitasnya yaitu 23,6 dan produktivitas tertinggi berada pada bulan 4 dengan nilai 517,2. Rasio yang paling rendah terdapat pada rasio 1 yaitu tingkat pencapaian produksi terhadap kapasitas jam mesin. Nilai produktivitasnya hanya 28 dari 132 total nilai produktivitas keseluruhan. Hal ini terjadi karena berbagai faktor yaitu operator kurang profesional, operator minim pengalaman, kurangnya perawatan mesin sehingga sering rusak, proses produksi yang lama, dan banyak material cacat dari dept Foundry seperti drop, kropos, geser, dan gemuk. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki rasio ini antara lain mengoptimalkan fungsi pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pemeliharaan mesin-mesin produksi agar memiliki kondisi yang produktif dalam menghasilkan produk, dan peningkatan motivasi karyawa

The food industry sub-sector, at 38.38%, breaking the USD 21.35 billion mark, supported the GDP of the non-oil and gas processing industry in the second quarter of 2022. The largest investment was in the food sector, including the bakery, flour, and palm oil industries. PT. XYZ is the largest company in Indonesia in the field of milling wheat into flour. This company experienced a problem in the screening area, namely rwb silos with a lot of husks in a month there were 20 incidents so it reached 80%. To overcome these problems, the QCC method approach is used. From the results of the analysis using the QCC method, it was found that the failure rate of raw wheat bin silos with lots of husks decreased from 20 in April to 0 in June by applying the standardization that had been obtained

The implementation method is a). planning, b). implementation and c). evaluation. Based on the results of the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that training in assistive technology design for students with special needs in learning has a good impact on teachers. The success of increasing participant knowledge is indicated by the average value of the pre-test results of 59.55 increasing to 83.25 in the average value of the post-test.

Get PDFThis research is quantitative research with the aim of examining the factors (profitability, audit opinion, company size and reputation of the public accounting firm) that influence the accuracy of financial reports of companies listed on the IDX. This sample was taken from food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method of 23 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies in 2016 - 2021. The type of research data is secondary data obtained from annual reports of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies in 2016-2021. Data collection is carried out with documentation. In this research, the data source is secondary data collection. The analytical methods used in this research include descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing.
The results of this research show that audit opinion has a significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while profitability, company size and the reputation of the public accounting firm do not have a significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting. Simultaneous test results of profitability, audit opinion, company size, and reputation of the public accounting firm have a significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting
