Pengembangan Media Busy Book Model Addie Sebagai Pembelajaran Motorik Dan Kreativitas Pada Anak Usia Dini
Get PDFBusy Book has a function that is quite a lot proven from previous studies. However, in the current research, researchers want to know how the Busy Book learning media is able to have a positive impact on children in improving motor skills, not only fine motor skills, but also gross motor skills and abilities in the form of creativity at an early age. The use of R & D is appropriate in the preparation of this development research paper. The use of the ADDIE model is one of the guidelines in making study books in the form of "busy books", because the ADDIE model can provide product evaluations and revisions according to the stages. The data analysis technique in this study used qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the data show that the validation value of material experts is 76.3%, media experts are 94%, and design experts are 90%, while the results of the small group test assessment are 91.4% and large group (field) tests are 93.8%, and the average result of student assessment of the activities carried out on the busy book is 86. The results obtained are concluded based on the established criteria, so it can be said that the busy book ADDIE model media can be used as motor learning and creativity in early childhoo

Get PDFMasjid Tanwir adalah salah satu masjid di area publik yang setiap tahun melaksanakan perayaan Idul Qurban tepat pada tanggal 10 Dzulhijah. Secara umum pelaksanaanb qurban di Masjid Tanwir sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun seiring perkembangan semakin banyanya pengqurban dan semakin luas jangkuan distribusi qurban berdampak pada proses pelaksanaan qurban yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Permasalahan tersebut disebabkan oleh tidak tertatanya data pengqurban, data penerima daging qurban dan perencanaan distribusi. Berdasarkan hal di atas maka Pengabdi melakukan pengabdian masyarakat pada Masjid Tanwir dengan cara pendampingan proses persiapan administrasi dari awal hingga akhir pelaksanaan qurban. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa dengan penataan administrasi dengan baik berdampak pada waktu penyelesaian pembagian daging qurban yang lebih efisien

Get PDFProgram pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat orientasi kewirausahaan pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Sepanjang, Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan pendampingan, program ini berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan manajerial, strategi pemasaran, inovasi produk, dan kemampuan mengakses pasar. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan kewirausahaan peserta, yang berujung pada peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata sebesar 20% dalam enam bulan. Dampak positif lainnya termasuk peningkatan kemandirian ekonomi dan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia lokal. Kesimpulannya, penguatan orientasi kewirausahaan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha UMKM
Implementing of Kurikulum Merdeka: Challenges in Teaching English at SMPN7 Tanjungpinang
Get PDFThere have been a lot of articles discussing how the kurikulum merdeka has made significant changes in the education field, some of them addressed the challenges in the implementation. This research focused on the challenges faced by English teachers in SMPN 7 in implementing the curriculum merdeka. This qualitative descriptive research aims to describe in detail the challenges experienced during the process of implementing the curriculum merdeka. Through semi structure interviews, this research proves the challenges experienced by teachers such as the difficulty of implementing differentiated learning due to the large number of students, the lack of technological skills for the digitise learning, and the differences in student evaluation comparing to the previous curriculum. Although they tried to overcome these problems one by one, this should be a topic of concern for researchers in other articles and education observers to evaluate the curriculum. Hopefully, this research can help educators to come up with solutions to these problems

This study aims to explore the competencies required by Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers based on the standards set by Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 137 of 2014. Using direct interviews with ECE teachers at KB Al-Jihad in Bandung, the study identifies key competencies, including the ability to design play-based learning in line with Piaget\u27s cognitive theory, integrate technology, and apply child development assessments. Reflection, evaluation, and social competence to create inclusive learning environments are also essential components. These findings provide valuable guidance for understanding the role of teachers in fostering meaningful, effective learning while respecting diversity in ECE settings.Abstract

Pelatihan Pembuatan Briket Dari Limbah Gergaji Kayu Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan
Get PDFLimbah gergaji kayu yang tidak dimanfaatkan dapat berjamur dan mengganggu kesehatan. Padahal jika diolah dengan baik, limbah gergaji kayu dapat menjadi barang yang memiliki nilai guna. Penggunaan limbah kayu sebagai bahan bakar alternatif dapat diubah bentuknya menjadi briket arang (woodcharcoal) . Dengan dicampur dengan lem kanji, serbuk gergaji kayu bisa diolah menjadi briket. Briket adalah bahan bakar padat yang berasal dari sisa-sisa bahan organik yang telah mengalami proses pemampatan dengan daya tekan tertentu. Proses penbuatan briket adalah (1) pengumpulan limbah; (2) pengeringan; (3) pembakaran atau pengarangan; (4) penggilingan; (5) pencampuran dengan lem kanji atau tapioka; (6) pencetakan; dan (7) pengemasan. Briket memiliki peluang untuk usaha. Kegiatan pelatihan di desa Pangkatrejo ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan demontrasi serta bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kreativitas dalam mengolah limbah kayu menjadi briket dan meningkatkan pemahaman serta motivasi warga untuk membuka peluang usaha melalui pengolahan briket sebagai bahan bakar alternatif

No full textLack of knowledge regarding students\u27 morals towards teachers as teachers or as second parents in the school. The word "ta\u27lim" itself originates from the Arabic word and is an expression used to express education in ways including: \u27Alamah, yu\u27allimu, and ta\u27lim". Ta\u27lim is defined as teaching, and yu\u27allimu is defined as teaching. Tarbiyah means "grow, increase, and height" in linguistics. In contrast, tarbiyah in sharia refers to charitable giving carried out through various channels and techniques that do not conflict with Islamic law. Ta\u27dib can be interpreted as how to educate or the process of educating, forming a person\u27s morals and behavior according to the teachings of Islamic values correctly and well. In the learning context, teachers are expected to be able to integrate these two concepts by providing good examples, guiding students in a loving way, and helping them become individuals who have good manners and in-depth knowledge. Analisis Kesulitan Belajar dan Solusinya Terhadap Mata Pelajaran Matematika Materi Himpunan Pada Siswa
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan siswa dalam memahami konsep dan mengerjakan soal himpunan pada mata pelajaran matematika serta menawarkan solusi untuk mengatasinya. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis 17 artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan dua permasalahan utama: (1) kesulitan memahami konsep himpunan, seperti notasi, simbol, jenis, dan operasi himpunan, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman dasar dan metode pembelajaran yang kurang menarik; serta (2) kesulitan mengerjakan soal himpunan, terutama soal cerita, yang meliputi kesalahan representasi, kurangnya pemahaman soal, dan kurang teliti dalam pengerjaan. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi penggunaan metode pembelajaran interaktif, media konkret, latihan soal yang beragam, dan langkah pengerjaan yang terstruktur. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan pembelajaran yang menarik, terstruktur, dan mendalam dapat membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan belajar himpunan dan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kemampuan mereka dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika

There are many different points of view regarding early childhood moral education put forward by experts. However, this research focuses on Jean Piaget\u27s point of view regarding moral education. This research was conducted to provide information about moral education from the point of view of Jean Piaget. This study uses the literature study research method where the data comes from analyzing theories consisting of 5 books, 8 journals, and 1 other source related to the material discussed in this study. The data analysis technique used in this study was reading, seeking information, then taking notes on matters related to research. The result of this research is that educators need to study the theory of moral education put forward by Jean Piaget so that educators can assist in developing the moral development of early childhood.
