PENERAPAN METODE THINK, PAIR, AND SHARE DENGAN MEDIA MIND MAPPING UNTUK MENURUNKAN PROKRASTINASI AKADEMIK SISWA KELAS XI-8 SMAN 2 KEDIRI
This study aims to reduce academic procrastination of class XI-8 students of SMAN 2 Kediri through classical guidance services using think, pair, and share method with mind mapping media. This study uses the guidance and counseling action research method with a population of 38 students conducted in two cycles with one pretest and two post-tests. The results showed a decrease in academic procrastination with an average score of 79% in the pretest to 74% in post-test 1, and 67% in post-test 2. So it can be concluded that the think, pair, and share method with mind mapping media has been proven to reduce academic procrastination of class XI-8 students of SMAN 2 Kediri
MENINGKATKAN PERENCANAAN KARIER MELALUI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TEKNIK PROBLEM SOLVING KELAS XI-F7 SMA N 1 BAE KUDUS
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services using the problem-solving technique in improving career planning among 11th-grade students of class XI-F7 at SMA N 1 Bae Kudus. The research employed a guidance and counseling action research method conducted over two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The participants were eight students identified as having low levels of career planning based on the initial assessment. The findings showed a significant improvement in students’ career planning attitudes. In the pre-cycle, the average score was in the "very poor" category (33%), increasing to "poor" (53%) in the first cycle, and reaching the "good" category (62%) in the second cycle. These results indicate that group guidance using the problem-solving technique effectively helps students understand their potential, gain knowledge about career opportunities, and develop more structured career plans. The study recommends the application of similar guidance services in school counseling programs to support students’ career development
Upaya Meningkatkan Kreativitas Siswa Melalui Penerapan Teknik Graffito Dalam Pembelajaran Seni Rupa Di Sekolah Dasar
This research aims to develop the creativity of elementary school students in drawing by applying graffito techniques in visual arts learning through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. The focus of this research is on the students\u27 creativity in drawing, and the background of this study is the low creativity of students caused by ineffective teaching methods. The method used is classroom action research that goes through four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection with the Kemmis and Taggart model. The subjects of the study consist of 18 students in the fourth grade at Pajagalan Public Elementary School. The creativity assessment uses performance assessment instruments, and data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study show an increase in student creativity, where the percentage of students with improved creativity has increased. where pre-cycle 65 cycle 1 71, and in cycle 83 after two cycles of implementation. This finding proves that the graffito technique is effective in helping student creativity and contributes to the development of a more innovative and engaging visual arts learning method. The results of this research can serve as a guide for teachers in designing learning activities that support the development of students\u27 creativity in elementary schools.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas siswa sekolah dasar dalam menggambar dengan menerapkan teknik graffito dalam pembelajaran seni rupa melalui model pembelajaran model pembelajaran PjBL (Project Based Learning). Dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk kreativitas siswa dalam menggambar, latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kreativitas siswa yang disebabkan oleh metode pengajaran yang kurang efektif. yang disebabkan oleh metode pengajaran yang kurang efektif. Metode yang digunakan merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang melalui empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 18 siswa kelas empat SD Negeri Pajagalan. Penilaian kreativitas menggunakan instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kreativitas siswa, di mana persentase rata-rata siswa dengan kreativitas siswa meningkat dimana pra siklus 65 siklus 1 71, dan pada siklus 83 setelah dua siklus pelaksanaan. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa teknik graffito efektif dalam membantu kreativitas siswa serta berkontribusi dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran seni rupa yang lebih inovatif dan menarik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi pedoman bagi guru dalam merancang kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendukung pengembangan kreativitas siswa di sekolah dasar
Implementasi Kinerja dan Pelayanan pada Bus Trans Jatim Koridor I (Sidoarjo-Surabaya-Gresik)
The Provincial Government of East Java, in collaboration with Perum Damri, has launched the Trans Jatim Bus Corridor I, which runs from Porong Terminal to Bunder Terminal, as part of a public transportation development initiative utilizing the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) concept. The Trans Jatim Bus aims to provide excellent service by involving private entities as operators and serves as an innovative solution for community mobility. This study aims to evaluate the performance and service quality of public transportation, as well as the outcomes of implementing the 2016 BRT Standard on the Trans Jatim Bus Corridor I. Data collection methods include observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The analysis method used is a mixed-method approach: operational performance is analyzed quantitatively, while service performance is assessed using qualitative descriptive analysis with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) technique. The implementation of Trans Jatim Bus Corridor I is evaluated through qualitative descriptive analysis with scoring techniques. The operational performance results show an average load factor of 83.54%, a headway of 7 minutes during peak hours and 8 minutes during normal hours, and a passenger count of 463 people per bus per day. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) results indicate that the top service priorities for Trans Jatim Bus Corridor I are that drivers consistently prioritize safety and traffic flow and always use the left lane except when overtaking or changing direction. The implementation of the 2016 BRT Standard on Trans Jatim Bus Corridor I is considered good, with a service percentage of 80%. This achievement is attributed to the fulfillment of 8 out of the 9 variables of the 2016 BRT Standard.Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur berkolaborasi dengan Perum Damri dalam pengembangan transportasi publik dengan konsep Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), meluncurkan Bus Trans Jatim Koridor I dengan rute Terminal Porong ke Terminal Bunder. Bus Trans Jatim memiliki tujuan dalam memberikan pelayanan prima dengan melibatkan pihak swasta sebagai pengelola dan menjadi solusi inovatif dalam mobilitas masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja dan pelayanan transportasi publik serta hasil implementasi BRT Standard 2016 pada Bus Trans Jatim Koridor I. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuisioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode campuran (mixed method), dalam kinerja operasional menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, sedangkan kinerja pelayanan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik Importance Perfomance Analysis (IPA) dan dalam implementasi Bus Trans Jatim Koridor I menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis skoring. Hasil penelitian kinerja operasional load factor rata-rata 83,54%, headway pada kondisi jam puncak sebesar 7 menit dan kondisi jam normal sebesar 8 menit, jumlah penumpang sebesar 463 orang per bus per hari. Hasil Importance Perfomance Analysis (IPA) menunjukan prioritas utama pelayanan Bus Trans Jatim Koridor I yaitu pengemudi selalu mengutamakan keselamatan dan kelancaran lalu lintas dan pengemudi selalu menggunakan lajur jalan paling kiri kecuali ketika mendahului atau merubah arah. Implementasi BRT Standard 2016 pada Bus Trans Jatim Koridor I tergolong baik dengan persentase layanan 80%. Pencapaian ini disebabkan karena sudah memenuhi, hal ini disebabkan karena telah terpenuhi 8 variabel dari 9 variabel BRT Standard 201
Effect of 3D Printing Parameters on Dimensional Accuracy Using the Taguchi and Response Surface Methodology (RSM)
Advances in technology in the manufacturing industry have driven the use of 3D printing as a fast and efficient prototyping solution. This study aims to optimize the process parameters of FDM 3D printing using PLA+ material with ASTM D-638-04 type specimens. The process parameters tested include printing speed, nozzle temperature, layer thickness, infill rate, and bed temperature, each at three levels. Optimization was performed using the Taguchi method and Response Surface Methodology (RSM), with a focus on dimensional accuracy (length, width, and thickness) as the primary response. The optimal parameters obtained from the Taguchi method are printing speed of 45 mm/s, nozzle temperature of 240°C, layer thickness of 0.30 mm, infill rate of 100%, and bed temperature of 55°C. Meanwhile, the RSM method yielded the following optimal parameters printing speed of 50 mm/s, nozzle temperature of 240°C, layer thickness of 0.30 mm, infill rate of 100%, and bed temperature of 60.65°
TEACHING FACTORY SEBAGAI STRATEGI MENINGKATKAN KESIAPAN WIRAUSAHA SISWA SMK di SURABAYA
Model pembelajaran Teaching Factory memberi pengalaman langsung kepada siswa dalam lingkungan industri serta memperluas wawasan mereka di bidang kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Teaching Factory terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK di Surabaya dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melibatkan 29 responden yang dipilih melalui rumus Slovin. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket yang telah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk memastikan ketepatan dan konsistensinya. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana, yang menghasilkan temuan bahwa Teaching Factory memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa. Dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,005) dan koefisien regresi 0,620, terlihat adanya hubungan positif antara kedua variabel, yang mengindikasikan bahwa semakin optimal implementasi Teaching Factory, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia usaha. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran strategis Teaching Factory dalam menumbuhkan karakter wirausaha di lingkungan pendidikan kejuruan dan mendukung siswa menjadi lulusan yang mandiri dan kompetitif
Designing Digital Gamification Literacy For EFL teachers
This research aims to design digital gamification literacy for English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers, particularly in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia. In the current digital era, gamification has emerged as an innovative approach to enhance student motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. However, many teachers still face obstacles in adopting this strategy, such as a lack of understanding, training, and limited access to technology. This study employs an explanatory mixed-method approach, involving 20 lecturers from the English Education study program in a quantitative survey and 3 of them in qualitative interviews. The research results show that although the majority of respondents are accustomed to using digital technology, only a small fraction actively apply gamification in their teaching. The main obstacles identified include time constraints, lack of training, and gaps in technology access. On the other hand, the participants showed a high interest in gamification training and recognized its positive potential in enhancing student-centered learning. This study recommends the development of practice communities, experiential training, and the provision of structured digital resources as strategic steps to strengthen digital gamification literacy among EFL teachers
MULTIKOLINIER PADA ANALISIS TINGKAT KEJERNIHAN AIR MINUM MENGGUNAKAN METODE BACKWARD, REGRESI KOMPONEN UTAMA DAN REGRESI RIDGE
Telah dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis tingkat kejemihan air minum di Instalasi Penjernihan Air Minum Ngagel III Surabaya menggunakan analisis regresi Tinier berganda metode Backward, regresi komponen utama dan analisis regresi Ridge untuk mengatasi kasus multikolinier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada metode Backward tidak menghasilkan model regresi yang baik, karena kasus multikoliniernya masih tetap ada. Sedangkan untuk metode Regresi Ridge juga menghasilkan model regresi yang kurang baik, karena hanya ada satu variabel yang signifikan (X6), analisis dengan metode regresi komponen utama (RKU) lebih cocok digunakan untuk analisis tingkat kejemihan air di Instalasi Penjernihan Air Minum Ngagel III Surabaya, karena telah diperoleh model regresi meskipun mempunyai nilai R2 terkecil (43,6%) dan nilai s2 terbesar (0,074305), tetapi metode RKU dapat mengatasi kasus multikolinier
ANALISIS TEKS PADA NOVEL SESUK KARYA TERE LIYE: KAJIAN ANALISIS WACANA KRITIS TEUN A. VAN DIJK
This research aims to describe Teun A. Van Dijk\u27s critical discourse analysis in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye. This research examines critical discourse analysis theory in terms of text. This text analysis is divided into three elements, namely, macro structure (thematic), superstructure (schematic), and micro structure. The research approach used in the research is descriptive qualitative. This research method uses the critical discourse analysis method by explaining the text analysis in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this research is information about the analysis of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences contained in the novel. The data source of this research is the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye. The results of the research in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye are text analysis divided into several elements, namely macro structure, superstructure, and micro structure. The macro structure of the author discusses the theme of the independence of a young girl. Superstructure has several stages, namely the introduction, content, closing, and conclusion stages. One of the contents shows the nature of maturity in a child who is still young but able to do homework from morning to night. The microstructure uses semantics, syntax, stylistics, and rhetoric. Semantic elements are divided into setting, details, purpose, and presupposition. Syntax is divided into several parts, namely pronouns, coherence, and sentence form. The stylistics used is personification. Rhetoric is divided into graphics, metaphors, and expressions
PERAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DALAM MEMODERASI PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Finding out how much of an impact Dividend Policy has on reducing or amplifying the effects of Profitability and Leverage on Company Value is the primary motivation for this study. Quantitative descriptive research is what this study is all about. The sample is comprised of 30 firms chosen using purposive selection methods. The entire population consists of 84 food and beverage subsector companies listed on the BEI for the 2021–2022 timeframe. Financial report documentation is used as a data collecting approach. Multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), the t-test, and the F-test are all part of the data analysis approach. It may be inferred that Dividend Policy moderates the simultaneous impact of Profitability and Leverage on Company Value, as the F test results show a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test research show that Profitability influences Company Value with a significant value of 0.007 < 0.05, Leverage influences Company Value with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, Dividend Policy has a substantial impact on two variables: profitability and leverage. While dividend policy cannot mitigate the effect of profitability on company value (p = 0.145, > 0.05), it may limit the influence of leverage on company value (p = 0.026, < 0.05). Investors and would-be investors may use this research\u27s findings as a basis for their decision-making process
