The The Effect of the Talking Stick Cooperative Learning Model on Biology Learning Outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu
No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of the Talking Stick Cooperative Learning Model on Biology Learning Outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design using a nonequivalent control group design with a quantitative approach. Sampling using purposive sampling. The population in this study were students of class XI MIPA in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The sample of this study was 37 students of class XI MIPA 1 as the control class and 37 students of XI MIPA 5 as the experimental class. The results of the descriptive analysis obtained showed that the average pre-test and post-test scores for the experimental class were 61.76 <76.89. Meanwhile, the average value - average pre-test and post-test control class 58.81 <69.81. Testing the hypothesis using a paired sample t-test produces an Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) 0.000 means the value is less than 0.05 (<0.05). It can be concluded that the talking stick cooperative learning model affects learning outcome
Analysis of Marketing Strategy in Increasing Sales Volume in the Onion Cracker Industry (Case Study of UMKM XYZ)
Get PDFA marketing strategy is a plan used by business actors in marketing a product so that the product can compete in an increasingly tight business world. UMKM XYZ is one of the business actors in the cracker industry in the city of Bekasi. UMKM XZY in the last year experienced a decline in sales levels. This was due to the lack of marketing strategies in marketing their products that could increase sales volume. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy to increase sales volume at UMKM XYZ. The marketing mix is one of the factors that can affect sales volume, the elements in the Marketing Mix are product, price, place, and promotion. This study uses qualitative research methods to examine more deeply the product, price, place, and promotion strategies in increasing the sales volume of UMKM XYZ. Data collection techniques using direct interviews and observation. This study concludes that the marketing strategy that UMKM XYZ in increasing sales volume can do is to innovate products, expand the target market, and increase promotional activities using social media

This service activity provides counseling to the target of community service to be able to strengthen and implement good family communication as a means of preventing the spread of COVID-19. The result achieved from this community service activity is that the target of community service realized the importance of strengthening and implementing good family communication to take care of each other in the family from various bad things including COVID-19.Family communication is one of the most important forms of communication. Slempit Village is one of the villages in Kedamean District, Gresik Regency. One of the village potentials owned by Slempit Village is Cow\u27s Milk. Cow\u27s milk in Slempit Village is generally only distributed to distributors. However, if the cow\u27s milk is processed into other processed products, it will be able to add value to the product and also increase the selling value. The Real Work Lecture Team at University of PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya conducted counseling on making organic milk based soap to local mothers. This activity was warmly welcomed by the local residents because in addition to increasing local knowledge about processing milk into soap, it can also be used as a source of livelihood for local residents. This activity was chosen by the aim of besides exploiting local potential, it can also maximize the function of milk for the body.Potensi desa merupakan segala kekuatan yang dimiliki desa dan memiliki kemungkinan untuk dikembangkan sehingga dapat dijadikan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Desa Slempit merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Kedamean Kabupaten Gresik. Salah satu potensi desa yang dimiliki Desa Slempit adalah Susu Sapi. Susu sapi yang ada di Desa Slempit pada umumnya hanya didistribusikan ke penyalur. Akan tetapi, jika susu sapi yang dimiliki diolah menjadi produk olahan lain, maka akan dapat menambah nilai produk tersebut dan juga menambah nilai jualnya. Tim Kuliah Kerja Nyata Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya melakukan penyuluhan tentang pembuatan sabun organik berbahan dasar susu kepada ibu-ibu warga setempat. Kegiatan ini disambut hangat oleh warga setempat karena selain menambah pengetahuan warga tentang pengolahan susu menjadi sabun, juga dapat digunakan sebagai mata pencaharian warga setempat. One thing that can be done is to use a shopping bag that can be used many times, for example a tote bag or tote bag. There are lots of different types of tote bags, ranging from the plain ones to the different looks. In addition to being able to use plain tote bags, they can also be decorated to make them look nicer and can also be resold. Because of this, training and practice of decorating tote bags was carried out. The activity was carried out by providing counseling as well as practice and assistance to members of youth organizations and youth women\u27s mosques in Turirejo Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency by utilizing existing plant leaves for materials for making ecoprint tote bags. The purpose of this activity is to increase the creativity and productivity of youth members and mosque youth who are expected to become ecoprint tote bag craftsmen, as well as economic empowerment which is expected to increase income and encourage increased welfare.
The methods and stages of the activities carried out are conducting material presentations then followed by live demonstrations and practice of making ecoprint tote bags. The result of this training is that members of youth organizations and mosque youth have become more trained in making ecoprint tote bags. It is hoped that the skills acquired can encourage creativity, productivity and the economy. In this activity the author tries to contribute to guiding high school teachers in Tegal City in making a simulation-based virtual laboratory using the help of modellus software. In this activity, teachers are expected to understand how to create and develop a simulation-based virtual laboratory with the help of modellus software. Community Service Activities (PKM) are carried out online or distance learning in order to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. In general, participants rated the activity as 5% Fair, 75% Good and 20% Very GoodPerkembangan Teknologi dan informasi sangat cepat berkembang. Pembelajaran Fisika adalah Ilmu yang mengacu pada fenomena-fenomena alam. Ilmu Fisika dalam penyampaian materi dikelas dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demo, praktikum di laboratorium. Banyak guru fisika yang belum maksimal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Dalam kegiatan ini penulis mencoba berkontribusi untuk membimbing guru-guru SMA yang berada di Kota Tegal dalam pembuatan laboratorium virtual berbasis simulasi dengan menggunakan bantuan software modellus. Dalam kegiatan ini diharapkan guru memahami cara membuat dan mengembangkan laboratorium virtual berbasis simulasi dengan bantuan software modellus. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan secara daring atau pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam rangka mencegah penularan covid-19. secara umum peserta menilai keberjalanan kegiatan 5% Cukup 75% Baik dan 20% Sangat Baik

Kegiatan ini didasarkan pada alasan bahwa manajemen data sekolah merupakan salah satu main problem yang sering dijumpai oleh guru atau operator sekolah dalam mengelola data akademik maupun non-akademik di lingkungan sekolah. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara luring terbatas di Laboratorium SMK, dengan peserta para guru dan tenaga Pendidikan di lingkungan SMK. Evaluasi keberhasilan pelatihan dilihat dari nilai post-test dan pre-test yang didapatkan, membuktikan bahwa pelatihan membawa dampak positif bagi peserta khususnya dalam menambah kemampuan peserta dalam mengelola data sekolah
POTENSI WIRAUSAHA PRODUK OLAHAN DARI KOMODITAS LOKAL BERSKALA HOME INDUSTRI DI DESA BANJAR KEMUNING
Get PDFPengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat di Desa Banjar Kemuning, Kecamatan Sedati, Kabupaten Sidoarjo tentang meningkatkan potensi wirausaha melalui branding produk pada pengemasan dan pemasaran produk hasil olahan komoditas lokal. Beberapa masyarakat Desa Banjar Kemuning telah memproduksi olahan hasil komoditas lokal namun terkendala dari segi pemasaran produk yang jika ditinjau lebih jauh permasalahan dasar pada produk tersebut berawal dari kemasan produk yang kurang menarik dan label yang kurang sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Sehingga tim pengabdian berupaya untuk memberikan solusi berupa penyuluhan cara pengemasan dan pelabelan produk serta strategi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya antusiasme yang cukup tinggi dari masyarakat untuk berupaya memperbaiki kemasan dan label produknya serta berkeinginan untuk mengembangkan pemasaran produknya. Keinginan untuk memperbaiki kemasan dan label serta pemasaran produk setelah diselenggarakannya pelatihan ini menandakan bahwa pelatihan ini telah berhasil. Saran untuk mitra adalah dapat memproses pengajuan nomor PIRT maupun BPOM produk olahan agar tercatat dan terjamin keamanan pangannya
Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas dan Likuiditas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan
Get PDFNilai Perusahaan ialah perihal yang sangat berarti untuk suatu industri, nilai perusahaan bisa dijadikanpatokan selaku tolok ukur tingkatan keberhasilan suatu industri. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan buat mengenalipengaruh profitabilitas yang dihitung mengenakan ROA (return on asset), lalu solvabilitas yang dihitungmengenakan DER (debt to equity ratio), serta likuiditas yang dihitung mengenakan CR (current ratio) terhadapnilai perusahaan industri food and beverages yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014 - 2019.Metode yang dipakai ialah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menampilkan jika profitabilitas yang dihitungmengenakan ROA (return on asset) tidak mempengaruhi serta tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan,sebaliknya solvabilitas yang dihitung mengenakan DER (debt to equity ratio) mempengaruhi serta signifikanterhadap nilai perusahaan, setelah itu likuiditas yang dihitung mengenakan CR (current ratio) mempengaruhiserta signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan
