Pengaruh Perbandingan Kinerja Karyawan Tetap dengan Karyawan Kontrak terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bussan Auto Finance Cabang Perintis Kota Makassar
This research is to (1) determine performance comparisons between permanent employees and contract employees (outsourcing) and (2) to determine the significant differences between the performance of permanent employees and the performance of contract employees (outsourcing) at PT Busaan Auto Finance, Perintis Branch, Makassar City. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using exact sciences, namely through observation, questionnaires and documentation whose data analysis techniques use simple linear regression analysis which was carried out from January to February 2024. The results of the research show that there is no difference in performance between employees remain with contract employees even though permanent employees are dominated by Master's degree graduates and from the calculation results it is obtained that the significance value (sig.) is 0.158 > 0.05, which means there is no significant difference between the performance of permanent employees and contract employees
Peran Media Sosial Terhadap Perubahan Karakter Siswa Smpit Al Ihsan Gowa
Abstract:
The rapid development of technology and social media has changed people's behavior patterns, especially among teenagers. This study aims to find out the use of social media by SMPIT Al Ihsan Gowa students and its influence on their character changes. The methodology used is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that most students spent between one and six hours per day using social media, with the most accessed platforms being Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The use of social media is diverse, ranging from entertainment to educational information searches. While social media can serve as a means of learning, its excessive use can interfere with other activities, including learning and social interaction. In addition, the study also found that social media plays a significant role in shaping students' character, both positively and negatively. On the one hand, social media encourages students to be more creative and open to new information, but on the other hand, it can lead to addiction and exposure to negative content. These findings highlight the need for a better understanding of time management and the selection of the right platform to support the academic development and character of students in a positive way.

Abstrak:
Perkembangan teknologi dan media sosial yang pesat telah mengubah pola perilaku masyarakat, khususnya di kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media sosial oleh siswa SMPIT Al Ihsan Gowa serta pengaruhnya terhadap perubahan karakter mereka. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa menghabiskan waktu antara satu hingga enam jam per hari untuk menggunakan media sosial, dengan platform yang paling banyak diakses adalah Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube. Penggunaan media sosial ini beragam, mulai dari hiburan hingga pencarian informasi edukatif. Meskipun media sosial dapat berfungsi sebagai sarana pembelajaran, penggunaan yang berlebihan dapat mengganggu aktivitas lain, termasuk belajar dan interaksi sosial. Selain itu, penelitian juga menemukan bahwa media sosial berperan signifikan dalam membentuk karakter siswa, baik secara positif maupun negatif. Di satu sisi, media sosial mendorong siswa untuk lebih kreatif dan terbuka terhadap informasi baru, namun di sisi lain, dapat menyebabkan kecanduan dan paparan terhadap konten negatif. Temuan ini menyoroti perlunya pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai manajemen waktu dan pemilihan platform yang tepat untuk mendukung perkembangan akademik dan karakter siswa secara positif.

Pengelolan pasar tradisional agro dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sumillan Kabupaten Enrekang (studi analisis ekonomi islam )
Abstract:
This research aims to analyze: (1) Traditional agro market management in improving the welfare of the people of Sumillan Village, Regency (2) Islamic economic perspective on agro market management in improving the welfare of Sumilllan Village, Enrekang Regency. Type of research. Based on the characteristics of the problem studied, this research is research field (Field Research) with the type of research, namely qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. There are two sources of data in this research, namely primary data and secondary data, data collection in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation methods, and data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, categorization and synthesis. The results of this research show that the planning carried out by the market management in managing the traditional agro market in Sumillan Village, Enrekang Regency, (a) creating comfort for the community, traders, buyers and other market users. By improving market facilities, infrastructure and arrangement,(b) creating a clean, orderly and safe market environment. Then themanagement of the traditional agro market in Sumillan Village, Enrekang Regency is seen based on an Islamic economic perspective. Market management carried out by the manager of the traditional agro market in Sumlillan Village, Enrekang Regency is in line with Islamic management principles, but does not formally apply Islamic economic law.

Abstrak:
karakteristik masalah yang diteliti, penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dengan jenis penelitiannya yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini ada dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, kategorisasi dan sintesisasi.hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Rerencanaan yang dilakukan oleh pihak pengelola pasar dalam mengelola pasar tradisional agro Desa Sumillan Kabupaten Enrekang, (a) mewujudkan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat, pedagang, pembeli dan pengguna pasar lainnya. Dengan peningkatan sarana, prasarana dan penataan pasar, (b) mewujudkan lingkungan pasar yang bersih tertib dan aman. Kemudian Pengelolaan pasar tradisional agro Desa Sumillan Kabupaten enrekang dilihat berdasarkan perspektif ekonomi Islam pengelolaan pasar yang dilakukan oleh pengelola pasar tradisioal agro Desa Sumlillan Kabupaten Enrekang sudah sejalan dengan prinsip pengelolaan dalam Islam, tetapi tidak secara formal menerapkan hukum ekonomi Islam

Upaya Guru Tahfidz Menanggulangi Problematika Menghafal Al-Qur’an Peserta Didik Mata Pelajaran Tahfidz XB SMK Pesantren Tanwirus Sunnah
Abstract:
This study examines the problem of memorizing the Qur'an of students in class XB of SMK Pesantren Tanwirus Sunnah and the solutions provided by tahfidz teachers. This research is a qualitative field research. The primary data sources are 21 students. The data collected by observation, interview, and documentation. After formatting the data for easy reading, the data was evaluated and conclusions were drawn. This study found that students in class XB tahfidz at SMK Pesantren Tanwirus sunnah have difficulty memorizing the Qur'an due to lack of tajweed knowledge, different memorization abilities, and laziness. Tahfidz teachers motivate students, set memorization targets and punishments, implement murojaah programs, teach tajweed, provide uniform mushaf, and implement Arabic conversation programs every day. As for the lack of motivation to able memorize the Qur'an of students, the allocation of time needed in able memorizing the Qur'an, making extracurricular activities and inviting students to participate in tahfidz competencies are not included in the tahfidz teacher's efforts and problems at SMK Pesantren Tanwirus Sunnah..

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini meneliti masalah hafalan Al-Qur'an siswa kelas XB SMK Pesantren Tanwirus Sunnah dan solusi yang diberikan oleh guru tahfidz. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif. Sumber data primer adalah 21 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah memformat data agar mudah dibaca, data tersebut dievaluasi dan ditarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa siswa di kelas XB tahfidz di SMK Pesantren Tanwirus sunnah kesulitan menghafal Al-Qur'an karena kurangnya pengetahuan tajwid, kemampuan menghafal yang berbeda, dan kemalasan. Guru tahfidz memotivasi siswa, menetapkan target hafalan dan hukuman, menerapkan program murojaah, mengajarkan ilmu tajwid, menyediakan mushaf yang seragam, dan menerapkan program percakapan bahasa Arab setiap hari. Adapun kurangnya motivasi menghafal ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an bagi peserta didik, alokasi waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an, membuat kegiatan ekstrakulikuler dan mengajak peserta didik mengikuti kompetensi tahfidz tidak termasuk upaya guru tahfidz dan problematika di SMK Pesantren Tanwirus Sunnah.

Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Laundry Dalam Mempertahankan Loyalitas Konsumen Di Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros
Abstract :
This research aims to analyse: (1) the business development strategy of Bomaru Laundry and Raihan Jaya Laundry; (2) the characteristics of consumer loyalty towards service usage at Bomaru and Raihan Jaya Laundry. This research used qualitative methods with a social approach. Primary data sources consisted of informants, namely entrepreneurs and workers at Bomaru Laundry and Raihan Jaya Laundry. Secondary data sources were taken from various books, journals, and other scientific works as theoretical foundations. Data was collected using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation, then analysed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity testing used triangulation techniques. The research results indicate that; (1) Bomaru Laundry and Raihan Jaya Laundry, in facing intense competition in the laundry industry, use various strategies such as improving service quality, promotions, and offering competitive prices. (2) Consumer loyalty is demonstrated through repeat purchases at Bomaru Laundry and Raihan Jaya Laundry and referrals to others, being unaffected by other services, and frequent repeat transactions where loyal consumers tend to make routine repeat purchases.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : (1) Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Laundry di Bomaru Laundry dan Raihan Jaya Laundry; (2) karakteristik loyalitas konsumen terhadap penggunaan jasa di Bomaru dan Raihan Jaya Laundry.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosial. Sumber data primer terdiri atas informan yaitu pengusaha dan pekerja Bomaru Laundry dan Raihan Jaya Laundry. Sumber data sekunder diambil dari berbagai buku, jurnal serta karya ilmiah lainnya sebagai landasan teori. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif yaitu reduksi data,penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi.Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa ; (1) Bomaru Laudry dan Raihan jaya Laundry Dalam menghadapi persaingan ketat di industri laundry menggunakan berbagai strategi seperti peningkatan kualitas layanan, promosi, serta penawaran harga kompetitif. (2) Loyalitas konsumen melakukan pembelian secara berulang di Bomaru Laundry dan raihan jaya Laundry serta mereferensikan kepada orang lain, tidak terpengaruh oleh layanan lain,sering melakukan transaksi berulang yang dimana konsumen loyal cenderung melakukan pembelian berulang secara rutin.

KEPEMIMPINAN PENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH : KAJIAN LITERASI TENTANG, MODEL PENERAPAN KEPEMIMPINAN PENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH
Abstract:
Educational leadership in schools is a very important factor in improving the quality of education. Effective leadership can influence teacher motivation, productivity and performance, as well as improve student academic achievement. However, many schools still experience difficulties in developing effective educational leadership. The aim of this research is to understand more deeply about educational leadership in schools. This research uses a literature study method in the form of several leadership journals and books. The research results show that educational leadership must be responsive to developments and changes in the world of education. They must be able to integrate technology, face global challenges, and manage policy changes wisely. A leader must also be able to collaborate with teachers, staff and student parents. The implications of this research are that it can improve the quality of educational leadership in schools, increase public awareness about the importance of educational leadership, develop teachers' abilities in managing classes and teaching.

Kepemimpinan pendidikan di sekolah merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Kepemimpinan yang efektif dapat mempengaruhi motivasi, produktivitas, dan kinerja guru, serta meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa. Namun, masih banyak sekolah yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan pendidikan yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami lebih dalam mengenai kepemimpinan pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur berupa beberapa jurnal dan buku kepemimpinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan pendidikan harus responsif terhadap perkembangan dan perubahan dalam dunia pendidikan. Mereka harus mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi, menghadapi tantangan global, serta mengelola perubahan kebijakan dengan bijaksana. Seorang pemimpin juga harus mampu berkolaborasi dengan guru, staf serta wali murid. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah dapat Meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan pendidikan di sekolah, peningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya kepemimpinan pendidikan, Mengembangkan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas dan mengajar.

EFEKTIFITAS PERAN TEMAN SEBAYA DALAM MENINGKATKAN HAFALAN AL QUR’AN PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN TAHFIDZ di KELAS V SDIT AL QUR’AN DIN MAROS
Abstract:
Abstract is a brief description of the problem (background), research purposes, methods, research results, and implications. The abstract is written in English and Indonesian. Abstract typing is done with a single space (Times New Roman 10). The abstract consists of 150–200 words. Keywords are included to describe the focus areas studied and the key terms that underlie the implementation of the research. Keywords can be single words or word combinations (compound words). The number of keywords is 3–5 words. This keyword is required for computerization. Searching for research titles and abstracts is made easy with these keywords. This study aims to analyze: (1) The effectiveness of the role of peers in improving the memorization of the Qur'an of students in the subject of tahfidz in class V of SDIT Al Qur'an DIN Maros, and (2) The constraints of the role of peers in improving the memorization of the Qur'an of students in the subject of tahfidz in class V of SDIT Al Qur'an DIN Maros. This research uses a qualitative method with a pedagogical approach. Primary data sources consist of principals, teachers and students. Secondary data sources are taken from books, journals, and other scientific works. Data was collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques and then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The validity of the data was tested using the triangulation technique. The results of the study showed that (1) The role of peers in tahfidz learning proved to be effective in improving the memorization of the Qur'an of students in class V of SDIT Al Qur'an DIN Maros. (2) Obstacles to the role of peers in improving students' memorization of the Qur'an in tahfidz subjects in class V of SDIT Al Qur'an DIN Maros include low memorization skills, lack of parental support, laziness, and the presence of friend disorders. As a solution to this obstacle is to give memorization tasks at home and get used to muroja'ah activities, teachers always invite parents to participate, and motivate students about the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an and stipulate punishment agreements for those who violate discipline.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : (1) Efektifitas peran teman sebaya dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur’an peserta didik pada mata pelajaran tahfidz di kelas V SDIT Al Qur’an DIN Maros, dan (2) Kendala peran teman sebaya dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur’an peserta didik pada mata pelajaran tahfidz di kelas V SDIT Al Qur’an DIN Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan pedagogik. Sumber data primer terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru dan peserta didik. Sumber data sekunder diambil dari buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah lainnya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Peran teman sebaya dalam pembelajaran tahfidz terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur’an peserta didik di kelas V SDIT Al Qur’an DIN Maros. (2) Kendala peran teman sebaya dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur’an peserta didik pada mata pelajaran tahfidz di kelas V SDIT Al Qur’an DIN Maros meliputi kemampuan menghafal yang rendah, kurangnya dukungan orang tua, rasa malas, dan adanya gangguan teman. Sebagai solusi dari kendala tersebut adalah memberi tugas hafalan di rumah dan membiasakan kegiatan muroja’ah, guru senantiasa mengajak orang tua untuk berpartisipasi, dan memberi motivasi kepada peserta didik akan keutamaan menghafal Al Qur’an dan menetapkan kesepakatan hukuman bagi yang melanggar kedisiplinan.

Abstract:
This research aims to find out: (1) the strategy of “Ok Boss Coffee” in facing the competition of coffee shops on Morotai Island, (2) how the “Ok Boss Coffee” coffee shop faces competition in the perspective of sharia economics. This research uses qualitative research, primary data sources consist of owners and visitors in “Ok Boss Coffee” shop. Secondary data sources are taken from various journals and other scientific works as a theoretical basis. Data was collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques and then analyzed using analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The validity of the data was tested using the triangulation technique. The result of this research is the strategy of “Ok Boss Coffee” shop to face the competition of coffee shops on the Morotai island, which includes, products, places, prices, promotions, people, processes. Pengaruh Materi Pendidikan Agama Islam Terhadap Kecerdasan Spritual Peserta Didik Kelas VIII UPTD SPF SMPN 1 Marioriwawo Kabupaten Soppeng
Abstrak
This study aims to examine: (1) the Islamic Religious Education (IRE) materials in Grade VIII at UPTD SPF SMPN 1 Marioriwawo, Soppeng; (2) the spiritual intelligence of Grade VIII UPTD SPF SMPN 1 Marioriwawo, Soppeng; and (3) the impact of IRE materials on the spiritual intelligence of Grade VIII students at UPTD SPF SMPN 1 Marioriwawo, Soppeng. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with pedagogical and religious approaches. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and the principal, while secondary data were obtained from books, journals, and other scientific works. Data were gathered using questionnaires, observations, and interviews, and analyzed through data collection, condensation, and presentation techniques. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that IRE materials positively influence students’spiritual intelligence, as reflected in the improvement of understanding and internalization of Islamic teachings, character and moral development, strengthening of spirituality, and holistic growth of spiritual intelligence. However, some students were still less serious in participating in religious activities. The study recommends evaluating the IRE curriculum, increasing religious activities, providing more intensive character development, and fostering stronger cooperation between schools and parents to optimize the development of students spiritual intelligence.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Materi-Materi Pendidkan Agama Islam di Kelas VIII UPTD SPF SMPN 1 Marioriwawo, Kabupaten Soppeng; (2) Kecerdasan Spritual peserta didik Kelas VIII UPTD SPF SMPN 1 Marioriwawo, Kabupaten Soppeng (3) Dampak Materi Pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap kecerdasan Spritual peserta didik kelas VIII UPTD SPF SMPN 1 Marioriwawo, Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan pedagogik dan religious. Sumber data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan peserta didik, guru dan kepala sekolah. Sumber data sekunder diambil dari berbagai buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah lainnya sebagai landasan teori. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis pengumpulan data, kondensasi, dan penyajian data. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi PAI berpengaruh positif terhadap kecerdasan spiritual siswa, terlihat dari peningkatan pemahaman dan penghayatan ajaran Islam, pengembangan karakter dan akhlak mulia, penguatan spiritualitas, serta perkembangan holistik kecerdasan spiritual. Meskipun demikian, beberapa siswa masih kurang serius dalam kegiatan keagamaan. Penelitian merekomendasikan evaluasi kurikulum PAI, peningkatan kegiatan keagamaan, pembinaan karakter yang lebih intensif, dan kerjasama yang lebih erat antara sekolah dan orangtua untuk optimalisasi pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual siswa.

Implementasi Metode Tartil Pada Pembelajaran Al-Quran Dalam Meningkakan Kemampuan Membaca Al-Quran Siswa Kelas VII MTS Faqihul Ilmi Makassar
Abstrak
his study aims to describe the implementation of the Tartil Method in Qur’anic learning and to analyze the improvement of students’ Qur’an reading ability in Grade VII of MTs Faqihul Ilmi Makassar. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The data sources consisted of Qur’an and Hadith subject teachers and Grade VII students. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Tartil Method was carried out through several stages, namely apperception, teacher modeling of recitation, classical and individual reading practices, direct correction, and continuous evaluation. This method was proven to improve the accuracy of makhraj, the application of tajwid rules, reading fluency, and students’ self-confidence in reading the Qur’an. However, some obstacles were identified, such as differences in students’ initial abilities and limited instructional time. Overall, the Tartil Method is effective as an approach to teaching Qur’an reading at the madrasah tsanawiyah level.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Metode Tartil dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an serta menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa kelas VII MTs Faqihul Ilmi Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data terdiri atas guru mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits dan siswa kelas VII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Metode Tartil dilaksanakan melalui tahapan apersepsi, pemberian contoh bacaan, pembacaan klasikal dan individual, koreksi langsung, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan. Metode ini terbukti meningkatkan ketepatan makhraj, penerapan tajwid, kelancaran bacaan, serta kepercayaan diri siswa dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Meskipun demikian, terdapat kendala berupa perbedaan kemampuan siswa dan keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, Metode Tartil efektif digunakan sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an pada jenjang madrasah tsanawiyah.
