Pengembangan Pribadi Konselor, Tantangan dan Peluang di Era Digital
Pengembangan pribadi konselor di era digital telah menjadi topik yang sangat relevan, terutama dalam konteks perubahan teknologi yang cepat dan tuntutan baru yang dihadapi oleh para profesional di bidang ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi konselor dalam mengembangkan diri mereka di era digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai aspek yang mempengaruhi pengembangan pribadi konselor, termasuk penggunaan teknologi dalam praktik konseling, tantangan etis dan privasi, serta kesenjangan digital yang mempengaruhi aksesibilitas layanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif dengan konselor yang berpraktik di berbagai konteks digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi telah memainkan peran yang semakin penting dalam praktik konseling, memungkinkan konselor untuk memberikan layanan yang lebih fleksibel dan luas melalui platform digital. Namun, tantangan terkait dengan privasi data dan etika digital menjadi perhatian utama yang perlu ditangani dengan serius. Selain itu, kesenjangan digital masih menjadi hambatan signifikan dalam memastikan akses yang merata terhadap layanan konseling, terutama di daerah dengan infrastruktur teknologi yang terbatas. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi dan kualitas pribadi konselor, seperti literasi digital dan sensitivitas budaya, sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas layanan di era digital. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan bahwa konselor perlu terus meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan etika mereka, serta mengembangkan strategi inovatif untuk mengatasi kesenjangan digital dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas layanan. Era digital juga membuka peluang bagi konselor untuk memperluas jaringan profesional dan meningkatkan kompetensi mereka melalui sumber daya pendidikan yang lebih luas dan mudah diakses. Dengan demikian, pengembangan pribadi konselor di era digital harus dilakukan secara komprehensif, mencakup berbagai aspek yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas layanan dan kesejahteraan pribadi merek
Happy Sport: Sosialisasi Pentingnya Olahraga Sejak Dini Pada Siswa SDN 055980 Aman Damai
Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan pengajaran kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya olahraga sejak dini, khususnya kepada Siswa SDN 055980 Aman Damai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Yaitu metode penelitian yang bersifat kolaboratif dan transformatif. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan sosialisasi ini para Siswa yang kurang aktif bermain atau lebih terbiasa berdiam diri dirumah dapat lebih aktif dan bersosialisasi dengan anak-anak lainnya dan diharapkan juga agar pertumbuhan anak dapat lebih baik karena Siswa sejak dini telah berolah raga yaitu dengan bermain, berlari, dan meloncat yang membuat tubuh anak lebih aktif dan pertumbuhan tubuh anak juga akan lebih baik yang menjadikan tubuh anak menjadi lebih kuat dalam menempu masa depannya yang akan datang dan masa depan yang cerah akan menyambut generasi mendatang dengan kesiapan fisik dan mental yang kuat
Peran Hukum Lingkungan dalam Penegakan Kebijakan Pengelolaan Air Bersih
Pengendalian pencemaran air menjadi salah satu upaya adanya perlindungan dan juga pengelolaan lingkungan hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran hukum lingkungan dalam penegakan pengelolaan air bersih. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan bahan dan materi yaitu penelitian hukum normatif. Penelitian hukum normatif adalah suatu penelitian kepustakaan atau studi dokumen, dimana penelitian dilakukan atau ditujukan pada peraturan-peraturan tertulis atau dapat disebut juga dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Peran hukum lingkungan dalam pengelolaan air bersih merupakan topik yang penting dan kompleks seperti pemerintah dalam pengelolaan air bersih dalam lingkungan adalah dengan adanya Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA) yang merupakan salah satu sarana prasarana yang berperan sangat penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih dilingkungan
Pengaruh pengangguran dan gini ratio terhadap IPM di kabupaten deli serdang dengan ecm tahun 2003-2023
This study analyzes the impact of unemployment and the Gini ratio on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Deli Serdang Regency from 2003 to 2023 using the Error Correction Model (ECM). The data used were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). Classical assumption tests show no multicollinearity with VIF values below 10 and normality test results above 0.05. Long-term estimation results indicate that the Gini ratio has a probability value of 0.01 (< 0.05) and unemployment has a probability value of 0.04 (< 0.05). Additionally, in the short term, the probability for the unemployment variable also shows significant results below 0.05. These findings suggest that both unemployment and income inequality significantly impact HDI in the long and short term in Deli Serdang Regency
Strengthening the Professionalism of Pre-Service Elementary School Teachers in the Preparation of Learning Tools on the Independent Curriculum
The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and understanding of prospective elementary school teachers in preparing learning tools based on the Independent Curriculum and to determine the participants' response to the training activities carried out. The method used is training and hands-on practice. With the stages of activity consisting of the preparation stage, activity implementation stage, and activity evaluation. The instruments used were a preliminary study questionnaire and a training participant response questionnaire. Training activities were carried out at the Shanti Bhuana Institute, Bengkayang Regency with a total of 70 prospective elementary school teachers. The results of the training showed that 67.2% of participants felt very helpful and 32.8% answered helpful, indicating that this training was declared useful for prospective elementary school teachers and motivated prospective teachers to develop their own learning tools so as to improve the quality of education in Bengkayang Regency
Learning Management In Increasing Students' Learning Motivation At Ma Karya Bakti Sukasari Kertasari Bandung District
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya peserta didik yang motivasi belajarnya kurang karena disebabkan beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu faktor lingkungan, kurangnya motivasi belajar dalam diri peserta didik, peserta didik tidak menyukai mata pelajaran tertentu, dan pengaruh perkembangan teknologi yang tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik yang menyebabkan peserta didik malas dalam belajar dan prestasi belajar menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen pembelajaran, motivasi belajar, dan peserta didik. Deskripsi hasil penelitian disajikan dalam uraian kata-kata. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik di MA Karya Bakti telah melakukan manajemen pembelajaran secara umum dibuktikan dengan membuat perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Adapun kendala yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan, salah satunya ada saja guru yang tidak membuat RPP terbaru tetapi menggunakan yang sebelumnya, juga berkaitan kendala benda dan sarana prasarana yang masih kurang
The Analysis of Student’s Interest in Reading English Text Books at SMP Negeri 27 Manokwari
The objective of this scholarly investigation is to discern the extent of eighth-grade students' engrossment with English textbooks at SMPN 27 Manokwari. The researchers employed a sophisticated research design by implementing a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The quantitative approach facilitated the systematic tabulation of data into numerical formats, while the qualitative methodology served to articulate and expound upon data devoid of numerical parameters. The participants in this erudite exploration comprised 20 eighth-grade students enrolled at SMPN 27 Manokwari, with the data collection tools encompassing meticulously crafted questionnaires and insightful interviews. Through meticulous data analysis, the research findings unveiled a noteworthy elevation in the students' ardor for perusing English textbooks, categorizing their interest as notably elevated. The diligent endeavors undertaken by the students in assimilating the contents of English textbooks encompassed practices such as preliminary readings before scheduled lessons, dedicated perusal within the precincts of the library, in-depth examination within the confines of their homes, and the proactive measure of seeking elucidation from the instructor when faced with incomprehensible subject matter. This intricate exploration not only gauged the students' proclivity for English textbook engagement but also illuminated the multifaceted strategies employed by them to fortify their understanding of the material at hand
Student’s Perception on Using Instagram in Learning English
This study investigated the Students’ Perceptions on using instagram in learning english”. A qualitative research design was used in this study. The participants are 15 students from English education at Muhammadiyah University of Enrekang. The instruments used to collect the data were questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 30 statements. Google Form was used to obtain the data and the result was used to analyze the data. As a result of the study, the researcher concluded that the benefits of online reading in instagram have had a substantial effect on the knowledge of students’, and the students have strongly focused on the educational evaluation they read during learning. The data reported the highest percentage is 47% of the students agreed that instagram media supported their activity in reading during learning. However the lowest percentage is 7% of the students disagreed that instagram media supported their activity in reading during learning. It shows that students' perceptions are considered positive because most of the students agree that learning on instagram helped them to improve their reading comprehensions skill
Implementation of Peer Counselors in Strengthening Mental Health at PIK-R Sei Nagalawan Village
Adolescent mental health is a major concern in an effort to improve the welfare of the younger generation. Through the PIK-R program established by BKKBN, adolescents gain knowledge and life skills in order to live a healthy and prosperous life. This study aims to implement peer counselors as a strategy to strengthen adolescent mental health in PIK-R Sei Nagalawan Village. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with case study techniques. Research data were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of peer counselors in PIK-R Sei Nagalawan Village had a positive impact on improving adolescent mental health in Sei Nagalawan Village. Where Nagalawan village teenagers already have good skills in solving problems, support each other in their groups, are more confident in expressing their ideas, are able to discuss and accept other people's opinions, and there is an improvement in their life skills. Thus, peer counselor services are an effective step in strengthening adolescent mental health, and improving the overall well-being of the younger generation
Effectiveness of IoT Integrated Problem Based Learning Model on Students Creative Thinking Skills Abilities
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Internet of Things (IoT) integrated problem-based learning model on students' creative thinking abilities. This type of research is a meta-analysis research by evaluating the effect of the size of IoT-based problem-based learning models on students' creative thinking skills. Data search keywords are problem-based learning models; IoT-based problem-based learning model; and Students' creative thinking skills. Data collection techniques are through direct observation of journal databases and documentation. The eligibility criterion is that research comes from journals indexed by SINTA, Scopus and Web of Science; Research must be published in 2020-2024; Research obtained through mendeley database, google scholar, Researchgate; ERIC, and ScienceDirect, research related to the effectiveness of IoT-based problem-based learning models on students' creative thinking skills and research has complete data to calculate the value of effect size. Data analysis is a quantitative analysis by calculating the effect size value with the Microsoft Excel 2020 application. The results of the study concluded from 12 journals analyzed the application of the Internet of Things (IoT)-based problem-based learning model had a significant influence on students' creative thinking ability with an average value of effect size of 0.942 This finding provides important information for teachers, the application of the problem-based learning model exerts a high category of influence to improve creative thinking skills in the learning process
