Press Release: 020/2022The African Union Executive Council Decision 1143(XL) of the 40th Ordinary Session
of the Executive Council, 02-03 February 2022, requested the ECOSOCC Secretariat
in collaboration with the relevant departments of the African Union Commission to
launch the call for applications of the 4th Permanent General Assembly of ECOSOCC
during the second quarter of 2022 and ensure strict compliance with eligibility criteria
of ECOSOCC membership as provided for in the Statutes of the Organ. In furtherance
of the aforementioned Executive Council Decision, the ECOSOCC Secretariat
solicited applications from African Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) for membership
into the ECOSOCC General Assembl

Ordonnance (Réouverture Des Débats)Il ressort de la procédure dans le cadre de la présente affaire, telle qu’elle a été résumée précédemment, que les deux parties n’ont pas déposé leurs plaidoiries dans les délais accordés. Étant donné que les nouvelles plaidoiries impliquent de nouveaux arguments et de nouvelles demandes sur lesquels la Cour sera rappelée à se prononcer, l’intérêt de la justice exige que l’attention des deux parties soit attirée sur la procédure applicable en vertu de la règle 46(3) lue conjointement avec la règle 44(2) du Règlement.
Au regard de ce qui précède, il convient de procéder dans l’intérêt de la justice à la réouverture des débats afin de mettre en œuvre la procédure prescrite par la règle 46(3) du Règlement à savoir accorder aux deux parties un délai de quarante-cinq (45) jours pour répondre aux nouvelles observations soumises par chacune des deux partie
