Pengaruh biaya produksi dan biaya pemasaran terhadap laba bersih
Purposes - The purpose of this study is to examine effect of production costs and marketing costs on net income.
Methods - The method used in this study was conducted using descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach are 60 data’s of 10 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2016. Linear regression is also used as a technique for analyzing research data.
Findings - The results of this study indicate that partially the cost of production costs and marketing costs have a significant effect on net income. Simultaneously the variables of production costs and marketing costs have a significant positive effect on net income in companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (bei) in 2011 to 2016.

Pengaruh citra merek dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis citra merek terhadap kepercayaan; pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; dan pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan.Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif khususnya penelitian korelasional. Data dikumpulkan dari 55 pelanggan sebagi sample penelitian, pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling khusunya accidental sampling,. Dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) Pertama, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan, kedua , citra merek berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pengaruh kualitas produk dan keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan restoran
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian; pengaruh kualitas produk; terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; pengaruh keputusan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui keputusan pembelian.
Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif khususnya penelitian korelasional, data dikumpulkan dari 50 pelanggan sebagai sampel penelitian, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling khususnya accidental sampling, dan teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis)
Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kedua, kualitas produk juga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Ketiga, keputusan pembelian berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Keempat, kualitas produk berpengarug terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi keputusan pembelian

Pengaruh debt to equity ratio dan total asset turn over terhadap price to book value dengan return on asset sebagai variabel intervening
Purposes - This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turn Over on Value of Book Value with Return On Assets as an intervening variable on Property & Real Estate companies mentioned on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Methods - This study uses associative approach approach. The population used in this study are 48 Property & Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the samples taken were 10 companies using purposive sampling. To obtain the data needed in this study, the author uses documentation techniques from the data published by the company on the official website of IDX www.idx.co.id. As well as annual reports owned by the company. Data analysis techniques in this study are using path analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, multiple test (Sobel test), F test and coefficient of determination.
Findings - The results of this study indicate partially that the Debt to equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. Total Asset Turn Over has no significant effect and positive direction on return on Asset. Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant influence and positive direction on Price to Book Value. Total Asset Turn Over has no effect on Price to Book Value. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turn Over to Price to Book Value. Return On Asset cannot mediate the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio on Price to Book Value. and Return On Asset cannot mediate the effect of Total Turnover Assets on Price to Book Value on Property & Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Purposes - This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turn Over on Value of Book Value with Return On Assets as an intervening variable on Property & Real Estate companies mentioned on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Pengaruh current ratio, return on equity terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Purposes - This study aims to determine and analyse the influence of the current ratio and return on equity on the stock price of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Methods - This study has used an associative paradigm. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by verifying companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially manufacturing companies in 2012-2016. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2012 to 2016, namely 11 companies. There were 9 samples taken in this study in manufacturing companies, especially the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, data analysis models and techniques use multiple linear regression approaches.
Findings - Based on the study analysis, results show that the current ratio had a positive and significant effect on stock prices; return on equity had a positive and significant effect on stock prices; and current ratio and return on equity together and significantly effect on the stock price.

Purposes - The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial performance, debt policy and firm size to the value of the company partially and simultaneously on manufacturing companies listed dibursa securities indonesia. and also to examine institutional ownership can strengthen or weaken the relationship between financial performance, debt policy and firm size with firm value either simultaneously or partially.
Methods - This study uses an associative approach with the location of research conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 -2016.Populasi this study 122 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.sampel this study amounted to 13 companies selected by purposive sampling
Findings - The conclusion of the results of this study indicates that the variable financial performance and debt policy have a significant positive effect on the value of the company, while for variable size firm bepengaruh negative not significant to the value of the company. Pengaruh nilai pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; dan pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan.Pendekatan penenlitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Purposes : The purpose of the creation of this comic is to create new innovations and business opportunities and improve community awareness of local wisdom in North Sumatra.
Methods : The methods implemented in this activity include data collection, product creation and marketing.
Findings : Comics legend of North Sumatra is a result of the innovation from the comics generally serving as a means to preserve the local wisdom. Now the local wisdom is about the story of the people or the legends located in North Sumatra. The end result of the product is in the form of comic books and also digital application.

Purposes - The background of the problem of this research is that there are still few people who know batik batak motifs, increasing market competition due to the many products of imported batik cloth motifs in the local market. Therefore Batik Business Abadmopetak students must take the right marketing strategy to sell batik products. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the marketing strategy of batik products on Batik Abadmopetak Student Business.
Methods - This study uses a qualitative research approach with the aim to obtain results that will be applied as a solution to the problems encountered. The method applied is through the process of presentation, analysis, and interpretation of research results collected through observation, interviews, and data from the source library.
Findings - Research analysis of marketing strategy Batik Business Abadmopetak students this conclusion that marketing strategy applied is in accordance with product marketing strategy. The strategy applied is: product, pricing, place selection, and promotion.
