    Eksistensi Media Pesantren Sebagai Dasar Kebenaran Era Post-Truth

    Islamic boarding schools are one of the pillars of the existence of education in Indonesia which is based on Islamic values. Advances in science are not always accompanied by an awareness of high human values. Societies in developed countries tend to be materialistic, individualistic and looser in implementing religious moral values. The current era is an era where every individual feels that developing information is very important. The facts and veracity of information are starting to be questioned because the way information is produced, disseminated and consumed has changed drastically. This phenomenon is known as post-truth, where the current conditions can be described as a social shift involving mainstream media and opinion makers. This shift cannot be separated from the influence of the strengthening digital world where humans are connected to each other in a network called the internet. Therefore, this article discusses how the existence of Islamic boarding school media integrates knowledge and disseminates it through the media as a form of effort to make the general public aware of the importance of credibility and scientific validity in the post-truth era. To see this phenomenon, this research uses qualitative research using a phenomenological approach and also interviews as supporting data. The object of this research is the An-Nawawi Purworejo Islamic Boarding School media. The research results will show that the existence of Islamic boarding school media is the basis for truth in the post-truth era carried out by the An-Nawawi Purworejo Islamic Boarding School media through content on YouTube, Instragram, Facebook, website dan Radio

    Analysis of Cryptocurrency Law in Economic and Sharia Perspectives

    Cryptocurrency is one of the electronic assets of the digital money system which is of an unconcrete nature because its ownership is not protected by authorities because it does not have a physical form like conventional currencies, but rather is an access to data as an extreme media of publication. The legal existence of cryptocurrencies is still under discussion as to whether or not they are used as a medium for transactions or investments that have not been officially authorized in terms of legality. These virtual currencies provide ease in the service of economic activity thus driving change in the payment system in the era of digitalization. However, the benefits for the consumer are a matter of debate for some in dealing with the phenomenon resulting from such rapid technological developments. The study aims to analyze the laws of cryptocurrencies based on the characteristics of money, the legal perspective, the economic and Sharia perspectives. This examination is a qualitative study using a method of comparative analysis based on liberalism. The results of this study show that cryptocurrencies can be accepted as currencies but do not meet the currency's characteristics because these transactions are illegal and have not been legalized by law.     Bibliometric Analysis of School Religious Activities in Developing Students' Morality in Indonesia

    This study aims to map, describe, and analyze scientific articles on school religious activities in fostering the morals of students in Indonesia. The research was conducted in December 2023 through a Google Scholar database search with the title of religious activities. Specifically, the maximum number of results was 500 articles as a sample, and the publication ranged from 2016 to 2023. Metadata retrieval using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application version 8.12. The PoP data was then analyzed descriptively based on the year of publication, publication source, researcher productivity, and journal rank. To get an accurate map of research development, PoP data is exported to the PoPCites file format, which will then be mapped simply using Excel and Result as RIS. Researchers map POPCites data, which are then entered into the previously created table, and RIS data is analyzed using the VOSViewer (VV) application version 1.6.20. The results showed that the publication of research regarding school religious activities from 2016-2023 experienced an exponential increase, and the largest source of publication through e-journals was 255 articles. The researchers who produced publications were four people, namely Aini Nur Azizah, Muhammad Hanief, Fita Mustafida, and Imam Syafi'i, with each publication of 2 articles. The VV visualization application shows that the research development map of school religious activities consists of 5 clusters. Cluster 1 has seven topics, cluster 2 has four topics, cluster 3 has three topics, cluster 4 has two topics, and Cluster 5 has one topic with the most research covering the topics of religious activities, activities, religion, and through religious activities

    Berpikir kritis telah menjadi salah satu parameter keberhasilan pembelajaran di sekolah saat ini. Sebagai salah satu indikator kemahiran abad 21, maka segala pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di sekolah harus mengupayakan agar siswa mempunyai kemampuan Berpikir Kritis. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas 3 hal penting dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1) Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis HOTS dikonsep secara mandiri oleh guru PAI dengan menitikberatkan pada keterampilan analisis, evaluasi, pengambilan keputusan dan sebelum digunakan, modul yang disusun harus sudah diverifikasi dan divalidasi oleh Tim Agama dan Waka. Kurikulum, 2) Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis HOTS dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL), 3) Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis HOTS dievaluasi menggunakan soal-soal Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis HOTS untuk mengukur Berpikir Kritis siswa Kemampuan, Bentuk peningkatan Berpikir Kritis siswa berupa diperolehnya nilai evaluasi yang tinggi dan tercermin dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas

    Implikasi Aliran Utama Filsafat Pendidikan Islam Terhadap Metodologi Pembelajaran

    There are three main schools in Islamic educational philosophy in this research. First, the conservative sect, with the main figure being al-Ghazali. This school tends to use various learning methods, including hasanah models or uswatun, habituation, good relationships, self-introspection, and stories or qishoh. Second, the religious-rational flow, with the main figure being the Ikhwan al-Shafa. This school tends to prioritize group learning methods. Third, the pragmatic school, with the main figure being Ibn Khaldun. This school prioritizes a learning method known as learning by doing or direct practice. The aim of this research is to analyze the main schools of Islamic educational philosophy and identify their implications for learning methodology. This research uses descriptive methods to study and analyze certain phenomena. It is a qualitative research method that focuses on understanding the concept or phenomenon being discussed. The data used is relevant literature, such as journals and books related to Islamic education. The data collection method is literature study, and the data verification technique is the content analysis method. The results of this research show that each school of Islamic educational philosophy has a unique approach to learning methodology. The conservative school places more emphasis on traditional methods, the religious-rational school tends more towards group discussions, and the pragmatic school encourages learning through direct practice. Thus, Islamic education can be adapted to various learning methods according to the values ​​and goals of each philosophical school

    Pengembangan Potensi Santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Tegalsambi Jepara

    Currently, Islamic boarding schools are used as one of the non-formal educational institutions to increase the potential of students to be able to compete in the era of globalization, such as the Nurul Huda Tegalsambi Jepara Islamic boarding school. The purpose of this article is to find out about the development of students carried out by the Nurul Huda Tegalsambi Jepara Islamic boarding school, the potential that is formed through activities at the Nurul Huda Tegalsambi Jepara Islamic boarding school and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for realizing the development of the potential of students at the Nurul Huda Tegalsambi Jepara Islamic boarding school. This research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach which aims to understand an event or occurrence experienced by the research subject. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis used is reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research show that the development of the potential of students at the Nurul Huda Tegalsambi Jepara Islamic boarding school is through several activities that differentiate it from the Nurul Huda Islamic boarding school, such as khitobah, recitation of Muslim mothers and teaching at Diniyah madrasas, then the potential is formed from the development of the students' potential and supporting factors for development. Potential includes the wishes of Islamic boarding school caregivers, consistency, adequate facilities and infrastructure, support from the community and religious leaders. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include students lacking discipline and responsibility, lack of awareness and sincerity within students

    Analisis Komparatif Hukum Nasional–Hukum Islam Pada Pengangkatan Anak Dalam Putusan No. 438/PDT.P/2023/PA.JU

    This research highlights academic problems in the form of child adoption which must comply with Indonesian law, including in Decision no. 438/PDT.P/2023/PA.JU. The aim of the research is to assess the suitability of the decision with the Civil Code and KHI. The research method used is qualitative research, a type of library study. Primary data was obtained from Decision No. 438/PDT.P/2023/PA.JU, Civil Code and Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) regarding child adoption, while secondary data comes from various supporting literature, including books and journals and the results of scientific research. All data obtained was analyzed causally comparative and causal descriptive in order to achieve research objectives. The research results show that decision no. 438/PDT.P/2023/PA.JU complies with the provisions of KHI, Civil Code, and PP No. 54 of 2007 concerning adoption of children. This is because the decision takes into account the best interests of the child, involves the consent of the biological parents, recommendations from social services and strict verification by the court so that the adoption of the child by the applicant complies with regulations, ensuring that the child's rights are protected and their welfare is guaranteed

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis efektivitas penanaman nilai-nilai karakter berbasis Full Day School dalam membentuk kepribadian dan sikap positif pada siswa. Full Day School adalah sebuah pendekatan pendidikan di mana siswa menghabiskan waktu yang lebih lama di sekolah, termasuk untuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan pengembangan karakter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan studi kasus di beberapa sekolah yang menerapkan sistem Full Day School. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penilaian nilai-nilai karakter seperti integritas, kerjasama, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kejujuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Full Day School dapat menjadi platform yang efektif untuk penanaman nilai-nilai karakter pada siswa. Dalam konteks ini, waktu yang lebih lama di sekolah memungkinkan pengembangan karakter yang lebih terstruktur dan terarah. Siswa memiliki kesempatan lebih banyak untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan sosial dan pembelajaran yang menekankan nilai-nilai karakter.     Dampak Kebijakan Administrasi Pendidikan Terhadap Karakter Siswa: Perspektif Dan Temuan Psikologi Pendidikan

    This research aims to explore the impact of educational administration policies on student character formation, by adopting an educational psychology perspective. The main focus of this study is to understand how educational policies influence the character development of students at various levels of education. This research uses a mixed approach, combining quantitative methods through a survey of 300 teachers and educational administrators and qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with 20 students and 10 policy makers. The data collected was analyzed to identify the relationship between educational administration policies and student character. Research findings show that educational administration policies that emphasize character values ​​such as integrity, responsibility and cooperation have a significant positive impact on student character development. Policies involving teacher training in aspects of character formation as well as well-structured school programs, such as value-based extracurricular activities, have proven effective in supporting student character formation. The research results underscore the importance of integrating educational psychology principles in educational administration policies to facilitate holistic character development. Policies that focus on a values-based approach and involving students in activities that support character can strengthen positive character formation

    This research is aimed at: (1) describing and analyzing the form of actualization of child-friendly educational values ​​in forming the character of students at the Al Madinah Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Kebumen; (2) describe and analyze the challenges faced in forming the character of students at the Al Madinah Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Kebumen; and (3) describe and analyze the impact of actualizing the value of child-friendly education in character formation at the Al Madinah Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Kebumen. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data display and verification stages. The results of the research show that the actualization of child-friendly educational values ​​to shape the character of students at SD IT Al Madinah makes them have the ability to behave or behave religiously. This religious attitude makes students able to care for others, be polite and courteous, friendly, helpful, obedient to rules, orderly, honest, responsible, disciplined, fair, love cleanliness and non-discriminatory so that they can become friendly people. This ability arises through the actualization of child-friendly educational values ​​carried out through learning activities, habituation, developing talents and interests as well as extracurricular activities, conditioning, and providing gifts and punishments for students
