Knowing that is initially face-to-face is transferred to an online learning model called E-Learning. This research aims to determine how PAI teachers' learning strategies in E-learning learning during pandemics like today. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The source of the data obtained by the researchers was an interview with Islamic religious education teacher SMK Karsa Mulya Palangkaraya. The result of this study is that learning through the E-learning model in SMK karsa mulya palangkaraya has its constraints for students, from the lack of activeness and discipline of students in using existing learning media
Development Of Islamic Religious Education Books With Contextual Teaching And Learning
Get PDFThe Contextual Teaching and Learning model is motivated by the low absorption capacity of students in understanding learning; it can be seen from student learning outcomes that are still not optimal, student interest is lacking in motivation, and the learning process is still using teacher-centered. This study aims to improve student learning processes in PAI subjects by compiling textbooks carried out by teachers. The method used is the development method (R and D) at SMP Negeri 1 Banyuputih, . This study shows a significant difference from the previous teaching and learning process seen after the implementation of textbook products with the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. The ability of students to absorb learning is more effective, and students are more active in participating in teaching and learning activities. Students get convenience in understanding the learning material. This learning system can increase students' motivation and learning outcomes, especially in growing students' insight, skills, and attitudes, both in mastering theoretical and pragmatic learning materials

Get PDFHaving a passion for learning is an important role in education, apart from being an encouragement for students to achieve optimal understanding, learning motivation also plays a role as a determinant of learning outcomes and student achievement. Therefore, a measuring tool is needed in the form of a learning motivation questionnaire, this will be done in testing the validity and reliability of the Al-Quran Hadith subjects. This study aims to describe the methods and steps of testing the validity of the questionnaire instrument, the reliability correlation test coefficient and the reliability test. The method used is a qualitative approach, by collecting data, calculating and analyzing data. The results of this study (1) find out how to measure reliability with internal consistency, the split half method, using the moment product formula Spearman Brown (2) find the level of validity of the questionnaire instrument which is declared good, namely 0.682, showing the coefficient of reliability correlation exceeds the product moment value of 0.725 and the reliability test was stated to be reliable with a high level of 0.841 (3) that the evaluation instrument, scoring administration instrument and answers from students were factors that influenced validity

The practice of muamalah with a profit-sharing cooperation model that has been running for decades has bright prospects due to the high market demand from year to year, which makes plant nursery activities grow rapidly. From that, various collaborations in plant nursery activities emerged, one of which was in the form of profit sharing. This study intends to describe the practice of profit-sharing cooperation between plant nursery farmers and landowners used to develop a nursery business. In addition, to find out how the contract that occurs in the profit-sharing cooperation in the perspective of Islamic law. This type of research is a field research (field research) with an analytical descriptive approach. The theory used to dissect this problem is profit sharing in the syirkah system with the conclusion that the practice of sharing the results of the plant seed business in Sendangsari Village is in accordance with Islamic law and has reflected the value of justice, because even though the manager's costs appear to be greater than the cash capital, the land owner will but the value of the land value contributed to the business is very expensive so it is worth it if the land value is considered one-third of the total accumulated assets
Parents’ Motivation in Entering Their Children to Islamic Boarding School
Get PDFThis study aims to determine parents' motivation in sending their children to Islamic boarding schools, the constraints of parents in sending their children to Islamic boarding schools, and the efforts of parents to send their children to Islamic boarding schools. This type of research is classified into field research (field research). Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative with inductive and deductive thinking methods. The findings show that parents' motivation to send their children to the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school is that in addition to getting general lessons, Islamic boarding schools are the leading choice in educating their students. Whether it's about religious knowledge, such as understanding the classical Islamic books, the Koran, and practical worship and calligraphy, Islamic boarding schools are also places to develop children's character to be better, ethical, and civilized. So the researchers patterned motivation into intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Parents' Obstacles in sending their children to Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School include children not following parental rules, economic factors, community environmental factors, and parental education factors. Building Positive Mental Resilience for Santri
Get PDFThis study aims to discover what and how to develop positive mental resilience at Madrasah Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang, West Sumatra. Even though all the santri are female, they are still equipped with endurance, mentality, self-strength, and struggle tips. Madrasah Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang continues to provide mental-based programs. Hence, the santri can later stand on their feet and become messengers of goodness and virtue for the wider community. This research is naturalistic qualitative research and uses an ethnomethodological approach. The research subjects were selected and randomized using a purposive sampling technique with a snowball model. The results showed that female students’ resilience at Madrasah Diniyyah Padang Panjang, West Sumatra, has essentially been based on a solid foundation by Rahmah El Yunusiyyah. A reliable mental education forerunner is then sown to the next generation yearly. The mental character remains strong and thrives. Several factors leading to this resilience were presented, grounded, and propagated in Madrasah Diniyyah Padang Panjang, West Sumatra; first, preserving the ancestral heritage; second, the factors of mental regeneration of women; third, the characteristics for degrading women by irresponsible persons. The programs for female students were: A Good Leader Program, Super Santri Camp Program, Dream Realization Program, Santri Pledge Program, and Character Survey Program, Room Shifting Program

This study uses a type of library research (library research). Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation studies and triangulation. The data analysis technique was carried out by content analysis using a qualitative study with a conceptual realm. Get PDFKepemimpinan di era modern sangat menyimpang dengan kepemimpinan yang diterapkan dimasa nabi Muhammad saw. Banyak contoh kasus tercela yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin pendidikan. Kepemimpinan erat kaitannya dengan dua hal yaitu adanya pengaruh dari seorang pemimpin terhadap anggotannya dan perubahan untuk mencapai tujuan. Kepemimpinan pendidikan mengacu pada adanya pengaruh dan perubahan yang dilakukan disebuah lembaga pendidikan dengan mendidik dan melatih untuk mencapai tujuan dan menjadi manusia seutuhnya. Kepemimpinan pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh nabi Muhammad adalah hal -hal yang tercermin dari perilaku dan ucapannya, yaitu karakter shidiq, amanah, tabligh, dan fathonah. Pertama, shidiq yang berarti benar, jujur, dimana rasulullah dalam berperilaku selaku pemimpin selalu mengedepankan jujur dan tidak pernah berbohong. Kedua, karakter amanah, yang berarti benar -benar menyampaikan sesuatu, rosulullah termasuk pemimpin yang menyampaikan risalah secara tanggung jawab dan dapat dipercaya. Ketiga, karakter tabligh, yang mana nabi Muhammad adalah sosok pemimpin yang selalu menyampaikan risalah secara sempurna dan tidak ada yang disembunyikan sesuai dengan amanah yang diberikan. Keempat, karakter fathonah, rosulullah adalah seorang pemimpin yang cerdas. Kecerdasan beliau tercermin dalam mengatasi segala permasalahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Peneliti berharap hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi seorang pemimpin dalam bidang pendidikan agar semua penyimpangan dan kasus tercela tersebut tidak terulang lagi di ranah kepemimpinan pendidikan
Comparison Of The Effectiveness Of Akidah Akhlak Learning With The Geschool Platform And Google Classroom
Get PDFThis study intends to describe the online learning process during the Covid-19 period at Madrasan Aliyah Negeri (MAN) "X" Sleman. This study also intends to compare the effectiveness of learning using the Google Meet platform with the Geschool platform. The research subjects included two moral creed teachers who used Google Meet with the Geschool platform. Data obtained by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that MAN "X" Sleman made several innovations in learning to increase the effectiveness of learning. Implementation of learning innovations by providing effective learning training, which includes training on the use of learning platforms, making videos and conducting several workshops. Learning innovation is a combination of top-bottom and bottom-up models. The curriculum applied in learning is a curriculum in emergency conditions by prioritizing essential materials. The results also show that student learning using the Geschool platform is more effective than using the Google classroom platform, both in terms of student learning activities, task completion, and final results
