No full textPenanaman karakter pada generasi muda sangat penting untuk di lakukan karena banyaknya pengaruh negatif dari masuknya budaya luar yang menyebabkan degradasi moral pada generasi muda. Baik di sadari atau tidak dampak dari globalisasi ini sangat berpengaruh besar bagi pertumbuhan serta perkembangan karakter pada generasi muda saat ini. Adapun peran pencak silat dalam penanaman karakter pada generasi muda adalah dalam penerapannya pencak silat tidak hanya bergerak di dalam ilmu bela diri saja melainkan dalam ilmu kerohanian, sepiritual serta penanaman karakter yang baik dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai keagamaan. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yakni penelitian yang secara intensif bertujuan mempelajari tentang latar belakang serta situasi saat ini serta interaksi sosial suatu individu ,kelompok, lembaga, dan masyarakat.[1] Adapun metode yang di gunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dan pembahasan ini yaitu diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada generasi muda sehingga mampu mengolah segala materi baik dari aspek fisik maupun mental dalam kehidupan sosial bermasyarakat sehingga dapat menjaga generasi muda dari berbagai ancaman pergaulan bebas. Mengajarkan nilai-nilai budi pekerti, akhlakul karimah, silaturahmi, toleransi, mempunyai pola pikir yang kuat, mandiri dan tanggung jawab, kasih sayang terhadap mahluk ciptaan Allah Swt

No full textPembelajaran PAI di SMPN 2 Kalirejo telah menerapkan model pembelajaran PBL. Pembelajaran yang hanya sebatas teori tanpa mengaitkannya dengan pemecahan masalah yang terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dapat menyebabkan peserta didik jenuh dan pasif. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana PBL diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran PAI di SMPN 2 Kalirejo serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru pendidikan Agama Islam dalam penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan model PBL membaginya dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap pendahuluan, inti dan akhir yang sesuai dengan sintaks model problem based learning. Untuk faktor yang mendukung yaitu sumber buku yang memadai, peserta didik yang antusias dalam pembelajaran dan relevansi materi dengan kehidupan. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya dalam pembelajaran PBL yaitu jam pelajaran yang kurang, karakteristik peserta didik yang berbeda-beda dan sarana yang belum memadai
Problematika Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Pada Mata Pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MIS GUPPI 11 Talang Rimbo
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MIS GUPPI 11 Talang Rimbo and the factors influencing its application. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum is well-structured, utilizing various teaching methods and supported by teacher training. Internal factors such as school facilities, infrastructure, and teacher competence play significant roles, while obstacles like limited teaching resources, inadequate training, and resistance to change need to be addressed. The study concludes that strong support from the school, government, and community is essential to improve facilities, provide continuous teacher training, and conduct proper evaluations. Recommendations include enhancing facilities, continuous training, administrative support, and ongoing evaluation to improve the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum
Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru MA Ma’arif NU Se-Kabupaten Purworejo
No full textPurpose − The research objectives include: (1) Knowing the influence of principals' leadership, compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction of teachers at MA Maarif NU in Purworejo District; (2) Knowing the influence of the principal's leadership on the job satisfaction of MA Maarif NU teachers in Purworejo Regency; (3) Knowing the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of teachers at MA Maarif NU in Purworejo District; and (4) Knowing the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction of teachers at MA Maarif NU in Purworejo Regency.
Method − This type of research was quantitative research. The variables in this study were principal leadership, compensation, work motivation and teacher job satisfaction. The population of this study were all teachers who taught at MA Maarif NU in the Purworejo Regency area, which amounted to 122 people. This research was census research, so that the entire study population was teachers who teach at MA Maarif NU in the area of Purworejo Regency, amounting to 122 people. The total number of teachers was relatively small, making it easier for researchers to distribute questionnaires to all existing teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis.
Findings − Based on the results of data analysis, conclusions were obtained: (1) Principal leadership, compensation and work motivation have a very significant positive effect on the job satisfaction of MA Maarif NU teachers in Purworejo Regency with amounted 42,4%. Positive and very significant means that the better the headmaster's leadership, compensation and work motivation, the teacher's job satisfaction will also be good, on the contrary if the headmaster's leadership gets worse, compensation and work motivation, then the teacher's job satisfaction will also be bad. (2) Principal leadership has a very significant positive effect on the job satisfaction of MA Maarif NU teachers in Purworejo District with amounted 17,0%. (3) Compensation has a very significant positive effect on the job satisfaction of MA Maarif NU teachers in Purworejo Regency with amounted 12,5%. (4) Work motivation has a very significant positive effect on the job satisfaction of MA Maarif NU teachers in Purworejo Regency with amounted 12,9%
Exploring employee performance determinants at Pulang Pisau District Education Office: Work environment, discipline, and experience
No full textPurpose− The primary objective of this research is to investigate and elucidate the combined influence of work climate, work discipline, and work experience on employee performance, as well as the individual impacts of work climate, work discipline, and work experience on employee performance.
Method− This study employed a quantitative research approach, specifically utilizing a multiple linear regression model. The research population consisted of 57 employees from the Pulang Pisau District Education Office, and the sampling method employed was total sampling. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires, and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire measurements were assessed. Hypothesis testing was performed using multiple regression analysis techniques.
Findings− The findings of the research demonstrate that work climate, work discipline, and work experience collectively and individually exert a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Pulang Pisau District Education Office. Specifically, the analysis revealed: (1) a significant positive relationship between work climate, work discipline, and work experience collectively and employee performance, (2) a significant positive association between work climate and employee performance, (3) a notable positive influence of work discipline on employee performance, and (4) a significant positive impact of work experience on employee performance at the Pulang Pisau District Education Office
Pengaruh Pendidikan Seksualitas Komprehensif dalam Meningkatkan Kontrol Diri Seksual Pada Remaja Perempuan
No full textThis study aims to examine the effect of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) on the improvement of sexual self-control among female adolescents in Kupang Tengah District, Indonesia. The participants in this study were 40 female adolescents aged 15-18 years, who had a boyfriend and had never engaged in sexual intercourse. The research used an experimental design with random assignment. Sexual self-control was measured using the Perceived Sexual Control (PSC) scale, which has a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.869. The results of the independent t-test showed a two-tailed significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), with a t-value of 4.693 > t-table = 2.024. The average sexual self-control in the experimental group (M = 56.70) was higher than that of the control group (M = 54.20), indicating that CSE significantly influences the improvement of sexual self-control among adolescents

Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 siklus dalam rangka menganalisis Multimedia Interaktif berbasis website enharced course sangat efektif dan signifikan dalam Implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) Pada SMA Negeri 3 Pamekasan – Jawa Timur. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) memilih SMA Negeri 3 Pamekasan sebagai lokasi penelitian Jl. Pintu Gerbang 37; Kelurahan Bugih; Kecamatan Kota Pamekasan 69316 Kabupaten Pamekasan – Jawa Timur Indonesia. Hasil diskursus hasil temuan Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) menujukkan bahwa, Siklus I diperoleh dengan total Skor 48 atau 65 % (Cukup Efektif); sedangkan Siklus II diperoleh dengan total Skor 68 atau 91 % (Sangat Efektif), yang dalam hal ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa, pengujian kembali pada siklus II diketahui terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan sebesar 30 %, sehingga Refleksi (reflecting) tahap akhir siklus II penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) berbunyi, Multimedia Interaktif berbasis website enharced course sangat efektif dan signifikan dalam Implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) Pada SMA Negeri 3 Pamekasan - Jawa Timur

A Comprehensive Investigation into First-Year University Student Adjustment
Get PDFThe transition from high school to university represents a significant period of change in the lives of first-year students. This adjustment often involves challenges in academic, social, and personal domains, with students needing to adapt to new learning environments, peer dynamics, and, in some cases, independence from family. The aim of this research is to examine differences in first year students' adjustment based on gender, culture, and domicile and living with parents or in a boarding house. The methodology employed in this study utilizes a descriptive comparative approach, which involves the integration of Two Way ANOVA with the Rasch Ranking Model. This integration is achieved by converting the raw data into logarithmic data. The study obtained politomy data using a self-adjustment scale instrument, which was disseminated online. The data were analyzed using the Rasch model. The findings show there are significant differences between the adjustment of male and female students, as well as between the Batak tribe and other tribes. Adjustment is influenced by interactions between gender and ethnicity, as well as between ethnicity and place of residence. However, no major differences in adjustment were observed with respect to specific residences or housing types
