No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi tentang keteladanan sosok Kiai Amin Sepuh dalam pembinaan akhlak santri di Pondok Pesantren, Peran Kiyai Amin Sepuh pada pertempuran 10 November, dan Konsentrasi Kiai Amin Sepuh di Pesantren Babakan Ciwaringin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang akan menelusuri lebih dalam tentang Kiai Amin Sepuh. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sosok Kiyai Amin sepuh memberikan keteladanan yang baik pada sosial kemasyarakatan dengan melalui berbagai metode dan pendekatan yang beliau gunakan,Kiai Amin Sepuh merupakan seorang ulama yang legendaris dari Cirebon, selain dikenal sebagai ulama, beliau juga pendekar yang menguasai berbagai ilmu bela diri dan kanuragan, beliau juga seorang pakar kitab kuning sekaligus sebagai pendekar perang bahkan berjuang bagi kemerdekaan RI (Republik Indonesia). Hal itu terbukti dalam peristiwa 10 November 1945 yang diperingati sebagai Hari Pahlawan dan menghantarkan Surabaya sebagai Kota Pahlawan. setelah selesai revolusi kemerdekaan beliu lebih banyak memfokuskan pengabdianya pada pondok pesantren sehingga bisa bermanfaat

No full textPurpose − Religious figures have an important and noble role in social life. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Kyai Muhammad Sukemi as a religious figure in religious education in Yosodadi and the obstacles he faces.
Method − This research is a qualitative study with data collection in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained in the field is explained descriptively, in depth and thoroughly with Structural Functionalism Theory-Talcott Parsons as the analysis knife.
Findings − The results showed that there was a big role of Kyai Muhammad Sukemi in religious education in the community in Yosodadi, Metro city. Kyai Muhammad Sukemi is a charismatic figure, highly trusted and a role model by the community. In addition, it was found that the social role of Kyai Muhammad Sukemi was carried out by mingling with the community, establishing a relationship between the kyai and the community well, the role of Kyai Muhammad Sukemi in religious education was not only in NU activities, he also held regular studies attended by congregants both weekly and monthly, sholawatan, children's recitation and other social services. Therefore, his involvement has a positive impact on the community
An Analysis of English Learning Readiness on Seventh Grade Students in New Normal Situation
Get PDFThis study analyzes the learning readiness of seventh grade students and the factors that encourage learning readiness. The subject of this study was seventh grade students at SMP (Junior High School) Plus Nurul Islam, a total of 22 students, who had completed the questionnaire offline. The methods used is a qualitative case study. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that encourage students' readiness to learn English and students' readiness to learn English. The survey found that 54.55% of 7th grade students' English learning readiness is still low, 27.27% of intermediate level students and 18.18% of high level students. This is because the factors that encourage their learning readiness are not sufficiently met. There are two factors that encourage English learning readiness, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors that come from within the students themselves, while external factors are factors that come from the environment around the students. Such as family, motivating teachers, schools, supporting technology, and many more. This research has important implications for understanding students' readiness to learn English which is the key to a successful learning process
Developing Picture Story Book for Reading Comprehension Activity at Junior High School
No full textThe deficient student reading interest and the lack of learning media in the school lead to a common understanding of students' reading on learning materials. This research aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of picture book media. This research uses research and development with Borg and Gall model. The model consists of ten steps namely preliminary research, planning, develop preliminary form of product, operational ptroduct revision, operational ptroduct revision, operational field testing, Preliminary field testing, Main field testing, Main product revision, Final product revision, and Dissemination. The results showed that the feasibility of material in picture storybooks was rated feasible (81.81%), while media eligibility in picture storybooks was rated highly feasible (91.67%). Based on the average difference through the t-test showed that sig (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, it was concluded that the average value between pretest and posttest had significant changes
Exploring Obstacles Experienced by Learners with High-Functioning Autism in Pursuing Careers in Sports
No full textThis study investigated the obstacles faced by learners with high-functioning autism in pursuing careers in sports, at a special school in Johannesburg, South Africa. It explored strategies that these learners can use to overcome obstacles they may experience in pursuing careers in sports. The study used a qualitative methodology informed by an interpretive paradigm and intrinsic case study design. The study involved eighteen participants, namely six teachers, six parents and six learners. Data were collected through focus group interviews, semi-structured interviews, art-based career collages and document analysis. The data were analyzed through thematic analysis. The findings show that these learners face numerous obstacles in pursuing sports careers due to a lack of resources, inadequate facilities, lack of parental involvement, discrimination, inadequate training of teachers, lack of sporting activities, and lack of appropriate school structures. The learners face personal obstacles, including verbal, writing, social, interactional, and behavioral deficiencies. The findings indicate a need to provide these learners with adequate and relevant resources and facilities at home, school, and elsewhere to tackle these obstacles
Determinants Factors Turnover Intention of Employees In Trading and Furniture Manufacture Company
Get PDFIn the workplace, workers are crucial to the accomplishment of organizational objectives. As a result, it is critical for businesses to comprehend the variables that may affect employee retention. Employee turnover intention is one element that should be taken very seriously since it can negatively affect the success of the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between work engagement, salary satisfaction, training satisfaction, and performance appraisal satisfaction and turnover intention. Quantitative approaches are employed in this study. All of the participants in this study are employees. Through the use of non-probability approaches, particularly judgment sampling, the sample was chosen. There were one hundred samples used in this study. Researchers employed primary data collected through in-depth interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to every employee. The data in this study was analyzed using the SmartPLS 4th edition software. The data analysis results indicate that work engagement is positively influenced by training satisfaction. There is a positive correlation between work engagement and performance appraisal satisfaction. Work engagement is also positively affected by pay satisfaction. Employee turnover intentions are negatively affected by work involvement. Additionally, job engagement positively impacts turnover intentions, acting as a mediator between training satisfaction and work engagement. Work participation serves as a mediator between employee turnover intentions and wage satisfaction, as well as performance appraisal satisfaction, both of which have a positive and significant impact on turnover intention
Practicality of Counseling Guidance Module Religious Based to Improve Academic Integrity
No full textThe religiosity-based guidance and counseling module is an effort to overcome low academic integrity among students. In providing services, counselors are very dependent on textbooks available at school, and they have minimal other teaching materials. The research aims to determine the use of a religiosity-based counseling guidance module that is valid, practical, and effective. This study is quantitative research using the experimental research design. Product trials were carried out by 112 students of bengkulu city Public Junior High School, selected using the cluster random sampling technique. The data collection instruments are validation, practicality, and effectiveness instruments in the form of student response questionnaires. The research results showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-and post-test results in both the experimental group and control group trials. Where the average student score increased after using the religiosity-based counseling guidance module. Therefore, the results of this research can be said to be effective in presenting the results, namely 61.4 on the criteria of being quite effective, so that the module developed can improve students' academic integrity
Trial of a Family Resilience Instrument with the Rasch Model for Families in the Special Region of Yogyakarta
No full textThis study aims to develop an instrument/scale to measure family resilience. A sample of 265 families in the Special Region of Yogyakarta was established using the random sampling technique, with the criteria of families in the Yogyakarta area served by the Office of Religious Affair (KUA), and those who have the Pusaka Sakinah program (Sakinah Family Service Center). The data analysis used Aiken's V content validity coefficient and construct validity used Rasch model analysis. The results of Aiken's V coefficients by three experts show a value range of 0.802. This means that the items in the instrument have a high coefficient for measuring family resilience. In addition, the results of the Rasch model analysis show that the item person has a reliability of 0.97 and the item separation has a reliability of 6.03, which means that the measuring instrument has a good function because it has a range of varying degrees of difficulty. Meanwhile, the subject has a reliability of 0.91 and a person separation has a reliability of 3.17. This shows that the character of the subject varies according to the profile of the respondents who come from various educational backgrounds. All items are valid and reliable for measuring the right construct

Dibutuhkan mekanisme keuangan yang memiliki kemudahan prosedur dan kecepatan pelayanan, supaya masyarakat dapat mengakses dan memenuhi kebutuhan pendanaannya. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode presentasi dan diskusi kelompok yang dipandu oleh mahasiswa. Sasarannya adalah masyarakat di dusun Mriyan Kapanewon Kretek, Bantul, DI. Yogyakarta. Program pengabdian tersebut merupakan satu rangkaian dengan kegiatan KKN Reguler Mahasiswa Universitas Ahmad Dahlan tahun 2024. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pinjaman online dan keuangan Syariah. Pinjaman online konvensional dengan berbagai kemudahan dan fasilitas yang ditawarkan, dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan, tetapi disisi lain dapat merugikan masyarakat. Rekomendasi dari pengabdian ini adalah pentingnya menggunakan pinjaman online syariah atau Koperasi Syariah, BMT, dan BPRS sebagai alternatif keuangan

No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan materi ajar "Fun Thinkers Book" pada tema tematik tema 7 tentang benda, hewan, dan tanaman di sekitar lingkungan kelas I MI Wajar Ma'arif Sribhawono. Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Brog And Gall yang terdiri dari tujuh langkah, yaitu 1) identifikasi potensi dan masalah, 2) pengumpulan data, 3) perancangan produk, 4) validasi perancangan, 5) revisi perancangan, 6) uji coba produk, dan 7) revisi produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MI Wajar Ma'arif Sribhawono dengan melibatkan 30 peserta didik kelas I. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket validasi dari ahli media, ahli materi, dan respon peserta didik. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil pengembangan produk adalah materi ajar "Fun Thinkers Book" pada tema tematik tema 7 tentang benda, hewan, dan tanaman di sekitar lingkungan dengan sub tema 1 tentang benda hidup dan benda tidak hidup. Validasi dari ahli materi dan ahli media mendapatkan skor 100% dengan kategori "sangat layak". Hasil tanggapan dari siswa berdasarkan uji coba lapangan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 90% yang termasuk kategori "sangat layak". Berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran "Fun Thinkers Book" pada materi tematik tema 7 benda, hewan, dan tanaman di sekitar lingkungan sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk meningkatkan aspek kognitif siswa kelas I
