    Purpose − The aim of the study was to determine the contribution of educator competencies to academic service quality, to know the contribution of pedagogic competence to academic service quality, to know the personality competency contribution to service quality, to know the contribution of professional competence to academic service quality, and to contribute social competence to academic service quality in MAN Kulon Progo Regency. Method − This type of research is quantitative research. The variables of this study are pedagogical, personality, social, professional, and academic service quality competencies. The population in this study were 134 teachers. The sample of this study was 100 respondents, taken proportionally random sampling with an error rate of 5%. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis uses multiple linear regression. Findings − Conclusion of the study: teacher competence contributes positively to academic service quality, meaning that the higher the competency of the teacher, the higher the quality of academic services. Pedagogic competence contributes positively to the quality of academic services, meaning that the higher the pedagogical competence, the higher the quality of academic services. Personality competencies contribute positively to academic service quality, meaning that the higher the personality competency, the higher the quality of academic services. Professional competence contributes positively to academic service quality, meaning that the higher the professional competence, the higher the quality of service for the academy. Social competence contributes positively to academic service quality, meaning that the higher the social competence, the higher the quality of academic services

    Purpose – This paper examined contribution of principal managerial competence perception, achievement motivation, and working environment simultaneously to the work performance of the teachers of State Junior High School os sub district 3 in Sapuran Wonosobo both simultaneously and partially. Method − This research was a quantitative research. The population of the research were all the Goverment servant teachers as much as 279 people with samples were 124 people. The data were taken by using questionare. The analysis was done by using multiple linear regression by simultaneous and partial technique Findings − The result showed that ; (1) There is a positive and significance contribution simultaneously between the principal managerial competence perception, achievement motivation, and working environment to the work teachers performance of Junior High School. (2) There is positive and significance contribution to the work performance of the teachers of junior high school.; (3) There is a positive and significance contribution of the achievement motivation to the work performance of the teachers of Junior High School.; (4) There is a positive and significance contribution of the working environment to the work performance of the teachers of Junior Hing School

    This study aims to describe students' perceptions of google classroom as a media discussion of Islamic State University (UIN) of Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative through an online questionnaire of students of UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. The instrument were via questionnaire and interview. There were 66 responses to the survey. A Google form-based questionnaire about students' opinions about Google Classroom was employed as the data gathering method in this study. as a media discussion of UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Thirty students were selected as the respondents of this research. The data were analyzed by using Microsoft Excel for quantitative data. The result showed that students’ perception of google classroom as a media discussion 20% of respondents said it was good.  Meanwhile 8% said it was enough, and 2% said it was very good. We can prove this result by looking at the questionnaire and the results of the interviews that have been conducted.  online learning using google classroom as a media discussion which is currently widely used by students because they feel good at using google classroom as a media discussion

    The classical mufasirs’ interpretation of QS. an-Nisā’ [4]: 34 often leads to gender bias. An understanding that tends to be literal-scripturalistic-normative implies a view that the superiority of men over women is considered an Islamic decree. This article aims to examine the extent to which the verse is understood based on the views of two figures, namely Sahiron Syamsuddin and Asghar Ali Engineer. Based on library research, and through a textual analysis approach to the interpretation of the two figures above, this research shows that QS. an-Nisā’ [4]: 34 is not simply seen as a normative verse as understood by classical mufasirs and some modern mufasirs, but also as a verse that describes the real conditions of the Arab family system at the time of the Prophet which is being morally organised by the Qur’an. So, in addition to being normative, the verse must also be understood as a historical-cultural verse. Thus, the authority of family leadership is no longer understood as a private space belonging to men alone, but is determined by the prevailing system culture. In a matriarchal family system, a wife can be a leader, as well as in a collective system, as long as the leadership provides justice and benefits for the family

    The thesis is task end students whose nature must be a condition for graduation. During the work thesis, students experience various obstacles that disturb their psychological well-being. Support social is one of the factors that contribute to Psychological Well-Being. When stressed with academic demands in the form of a thesis, students try to look for support social from the environment family, or friends. Research This uses the approach of descriptive correlational. The population and Sample are Riau University FKIP students. The retrieval technique sample with the Snowball Sampling Technique obtained a sample of 96 samples. The instrument used was the Social Support and Self-Adaptation questionnaire with the results of the instrument validity test with SPSS showing that all the statement items got a value of r-count > r-table, so they were declared valid, and the reliability test with the Cronbach's Alpha test got a value greater than 0.06, so that both The questionnaire was declared reliable.The results of the study found that there is a significant relationship​ between social support social Psychological Well-Being of students who are doing a thesis

    A Guideline for Sociodrama Techniques with TRINGA Values to Prevent Microaggressions among Junior High School Students

    This study employs a research and development (R&D) method, specifically using the ADDIE model. The stages in this research include: (1) the analyze stage; (2) the design stage; (3) the development stage; (4) the implementation stage; and (5) the evaluation stage. The purpose of this research is to develop a socio-drama technique guide containing TRINGA (Ngerti, Ngeroso, & Ngelakoni)  values and to test the effectiveness of this socio-drama technique in preventing microaggression behaviors among junior high school students. The instrument used to measure the level of microaggressions behavior is the microaggressions questionnaire, which consists of 49 valid statement items. Based on the validation results from guidance and counseling experts, instructional media experts, cultural experts, and prospective user testing, the guide has met the acceptability criteria and is highly suitable for use. Based on small group test results analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 was obtained, indicating that group guidance using the socio-drama technique with TRINGA values is effective in preventing microaggression behaviors among junior high school students. Meanwhile, the Mann-Whitney test results showed a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a difference between the experimental and control groups. It can be concluded that the sociodrama technique incorporating TRINGA values is more effective in preventing microaggressions among junior high school students than discussion and problem-solving techniques. Future researchers are advised to incorporate other cultural values relevant to the region of the research subjects

    Kelompok Usaha penajoh aceh merupakan usaha katering rumahan yang memiliki produk khas unggulan muloh teupeh. Muloh Teupeh merupakan ikan bandeng, yang dikeluarkan durinya, kemudian dagingnya dibumbui rempah dan dimasukkan kembali kekulit ikan dengan kondisi utuh seperti semula, kemudia dipanggang.. Sebelumnya kelompok usaha ini tidak memiliki produk unggulan, semenjak ada produk unggulan, penjualan meningkat. Meningkatknya penjualan, ternyata berimplikasi pada peningkatan limbah yang dihasilkan. Baik limbah organik maupun anorganik. Limbah tersebut tidak terkelola secara cermat dan rapi berdasarkan jenis limbah. Salah satu limbah yang dominan adalah limbah organik, yaitu batok kelapa. Oleh karena isu tersebut pelatiahan pengelolaan sampah dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Adapun solusi yang ditawarakan adalah mengelola sampah dengan standar, hingga pemanfatan limbah itu sendiri untuk kepentingan ekonomi. Hasil dari pelatihan adalah kelompok usaha telah memiliki pemahamaan bagaimana memisahkan sampah organik dan anorganik. Kelompok usaha sudah memahami bagaimana perlakukan terhadap sampah. Setelah dilaksanakan pelatihan, kelompok telah memperlakukan sampah secara benar sebagai bentuk perubahan perilaku. Sampah organik ditanam untuk dijadikan kompos, sementara sisa sisa ampas kelapa dikeringikan untuk pakan termak. Untuk tempurung kelapa dikarungkan dengan rapi utnuk diolah menajdi asap cair. Perlakuan yang sama juga dilakukan untuk sampah anorganik. Sampah anorgnik seperti plastik dan kaleng, akan dipisahkan untuk di cacah kecil-kecil dimana kemudian diambil oleh pengepul

    UMKM pedesaan yang memiliki produk berbasis kearifan lokal berpotensi dapat berkembang seiring dengan era ekonomi digital yang sudah memasuki era society 5.0. Namun terlepas dari aspek permodalan, pelaku UMKM kadang kala masih kurang fokus dalam mengembangkan usaha, knowledge management (KM) untuk meningkatkan operasional yang efektif masih rendah sehingga mempengaruhi rendahnya praktik pemasaran yang sesuai dengan tren saat ini dan berdampak pada penjualan yang dihasilkan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini terdiri dari lima tahapan, dimana dua tahapan diantaranya telah dilakukan pada fase awal kegiatan, satu tahapan sebagai pra-kegiatan utama yang mengiringi proses pelaksanaan dan memasktikan terpilihnya model pelaskanaan kegiatan, sementara dua tahapan lainnya adalah tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi pada bagian akhir, dengan melibatkan mitra sasaran yaitu UMKM Umy Lemon Sukabumi. Hasil dan evaluasi kegiatan, feedback dari capaian pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan: [1] pelaku UMKM Umy Lemon mampu menganalisis dan mengkombinasikan ketiga indikator pembentuk KM yaitu kemampuan penciptaan pengetahuan, pengelolaan dan memperkaya pengetahuan, berbagi dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan untuk kemudian diimplementasikan dan dikembangkan dalam operasional usaha yang lebih efektif dan menguntungkan; [2] meningkatkan pemahaman sistem pecatatan yang menekankan disiplin administrasi, kemampuan dalam menentukan harga jual yang sesuai berbasis biaya, memahami sistem pencatatan penjualan dan pelaporannya; [3] mampu melakukan inovasi produk; dan [4] tumbuhnya perilaku adaptif dan kemampuan untuk memperluas jangkauan usaha melalui praktik transformasi dan digitalisasi usaha, yakni dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran dan penjualan online pada digital platform di media sosial

    Pengembangan profesionalitas merupakan proses karir panjang di mana guru menyempurnakan mengajar mereka untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa. Seorang guru wajib melakukan upaya pengembangan diri secara berkelanjutan dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab profesinya. Salah satu kegiatan pengembangan diri yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru adalah melaksanakan penelitian. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut guru harus mempunyai kemampuan meneliti, khususnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Salah satu yang menjadi permasalahan mitra, dalam hal ini adalah bagi guru di lingkungan Lembaga Pendidikan Ma’arif PCNU Kota Metro Lampung antara lain adalah pemahaman dan pengetahuan guru terhadap PTK masih kurang. Disamping itu guru yang melaksanakan PTK masih sedikit, serta penyelenggaraan pelatihan atau workshop terkait dengan PTK belum begitu optimal dilakukan oleh pihak mitra. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru berkaitan dengan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang memiliki tiga pilar utama, yaitu metodologi penelitian, aksi dimensi, dan dimensi partisipasi. PAR diimplementasikan dengan referensi metodologi tertentu, harus bertujuan untuk mendorong transformative tindakan, dan harus melibatkan kelompok mitra yang menjadi fokus pengebadian. sebagai pelaksanaan PAR itu sendiri. Hasil pengabdian ini nantinya adalah guru mampu menulis menyusun  laporan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Kemudian Implikasi pengabdian ini adalah sebagai acuan oleh praktisi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menulis PTK

    Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT)-Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) adalah jenis Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang dibuat untuk memberikan mahasiswa pengalaman belajar dengan berinteraksi secara langsung dengan masyarakat di luar kampus. Salah satu unsur penyelenggaran TriDharma Perguruan Tinggi adalah melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah sosialisasi sebagai upaya pencegahan perundungan di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Masalah perundungan dapat terjadi dimanapun dan kapanpun, salah satunya di lembaga pendidikan. Dampak perundungan mengakibatkan permasalahn fisik maupun psikis. Sosialisasi ini merupakan salah satu tindakan preventif yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalisir perilaku perundungan tidak terjadi di sekolah. Setelah sosialisasi diberikan siswa memahami definisi, jenis-jenis, dampak dan upaya mengatasi jika mengalami atau melihat perundungan di sekolah
