    The research aims to explain and describe the effectiveness of technology utilization in the implementation of Islamic counseling and guidance. The research method employed is qualitative through literature review, with data collection techniques using documentary studies. Data processing involves reduction, data presentation, and inference. The research results indicate that Islamic counseling and guidance provide assistance in solving problems based on the values of Islamic teachings. The effectiveness of technology, such as cyberextension, YouTube, Instagram, radio, and websites, is demonstrated to be more effective and efficient due to their ease of creation and accessibility anytime, anywhere. The impact of using these technological platforms is the ease of accessing, creating, and learning from the provided content or information. The difference between conventional and technological Islamic counseling and guidance lies in face-to-face and non-face-to-face implementations, with success depending on the counselor or technology user, among other factors. In conclusion, the use of technology in Islamic counseling and guidance activities is more effective when conducted in a classical manner

    This research aims to determine the development and feasibility of the quality of the Make A Match Model Puzzle media in thematic learning material on recognizing symbols and Pancasila principles in class I MI Minhadlul Ulum Trimulyo. This research is Research and Development (R & D) research. The method used in this research is a method developed by Reiser & Mollenda which consists of five steps, namely 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, 5) evaluation. This research was conducted in class I at MI Minhadlul Ulum involving 17 students consisting of 9 students and 8 female students. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the puzzle media was chosen by adapting the make a match learning model to material on symbols and Pancasila principles which were designed using the Corel Draw application and printed using quality duplex paper. The validation results from media expert validators obtained a percentage of 93.3%, which is included in the very good criteria. Material expert validation obtained a percentage of 95.00%, which is included in the very good criteria. And the learning outcomes of students before applying the puzzle media obtained a percentage of 52%, then after the researchers applied the puzzle media the learning outcomes obtained a percentage of 90%, meaning that the effectiveness of using the make a match model of puzzle media was very good to apply. &nbsp

    Purpose − The purpose of this research was to determine (1) the contribution of principals academic supervision, teaching experience, and work discipline on the professional competencies of MTs teachers. 2) the contribution of school principals' academic supervision to the professional competence of MTs teachers. (3) the contribution of teaching experience to the professional competencies of MTs teachers. (4) the contribution of work discipline to the professional competence of MTs teachers. Method − This study was correlative descriptive study with quantitative approach followed. The population of this study were 220 MTs teachers in Buleleng regency. The samples of this research were taken by proportional cluster random sampling of 135 MTs teacher. Data collection used questionnaire for the school supervisor’s academic  supervision variables, teaching experience, work discipline and teacher professional competence. In this study, validity testing of the instrument was using person’s product moment correlation while the reliability test used Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis used by the researcher was multiple regression analysis.. Findings − Based on the result of the study, it has shown that: 1) There was a significant contribution between of headmaster academic supervision variables, teaching experience and work dicipline simultaneous to the professional competence of MTs teachers in Buleleng Regency. 2) There was a significant positive contribution between the principals academic supervision on the teacher’s professional competence of MTs teachers in Buleleng Regency. 3) There was a significant positive contribution between teaching experience on the teacher professional competence of MTs teachers in Buleleng Regency. 4) There was a significan positive contribution between work discipline on teacher professional competence of MTs teachers in Buleleng Regency

    Arabic without the knowledge of Ilm Nahwu cannot be understood. The Matn Alajrūmiyah and al-Jurumiyah al-Jawan are reference books for learning qawāid (Arabic grammar), commonly used in Islamic boarding school environments. All students must study Arabic grammar as a basis for their ability to read the manuscript (turāś). This research aims to explain the differences in the preparation of qawāid learning materials, especially in the Marfūat al-Asmā' chapter in the al-Jurumiyah al-Jawan book and the Matn Alajrūmiyah book so that students can detect the ease of learning Arabic using these two books. The type of research used is qualitative library research with comparative study methods. The results of the research show that both books have complete material regarding Marfūat al-Asmā' along with relevant examples. The difference lies in the additional content, where the author of the al-Jurumiyah al-Jawan book not only presents material on Arabic language rules but also inserts ancestral advice. As for the book Matn Alajrūmiyah, the author only focuses on the rules of Marfūat al-Asmā'. al-Jurumiyah al-Jawan uses the Arabic pegon script with Javanese as the language of instruction, except in examples. The Matn Alajrūmiyah uses Arabic script and Arabic as a whole. As for the style of presentation, the al-Jurumiyah al-Jawan book uses a poetry style that is relatively easy to memorize, in contrast to the Matn Alajrūmiyah, which uses a prose style

    This article aims to analyze the 6th-grade Arabic student textbook of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2020, based on the perspective of KMA RI No. 347 of 2022. The research method used is a qualitative method, specifically a literature study. Data collection is carried out using the simak-record technique, and the data analysis method used is content analysis, which is sourced from two types of data. The primary data comes from the 6th-grade Arabic student textbook published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2020, while the secondary data consists of a collection of related articles. The study's results indicate that the 6th-grade Arabic student textbook published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2020 closely aligns with the standards outlined in KMA No. 347 of 2022. This book presents the material's content in an engaging manner, and it includes appropriate test exercises for evaluation

    In contemporary society, children's neglect in treating their parents properly is increasingly observed. Filial piety, ranking just below the obligation to worship Allah SWT, is essential and extends universally beyond Muslim parents. This research aims to: 1) Analyze the interpretation of Al-Walid according to Ibn Kathīr and M. Quraish Shihab, and 2) Identify differences and similarities in their exegesis of Surah Al-Isra, verses 23-24. Using qualitative library research, primary sources include the tafsir works of Ibn Kathīr and Al-Mishbah by M. Quraish Shihab, along with related journals, articles, and books. Findings reveal: 1) The commandment to worship Allah SWT exclusively, and 2) The obligation for children to show filial piety by avoiding harsh words, even mild expressions like "ah". Children must speak gently and politely, show reverence, pray for their parents, engage in actions that please them, and avoid actions that displease them. This research highlights the importance of maintaining filial piety under all circumstances and practicing iḥsān, treating others better than they treat us. The study compares interpretations by Ibn Kathīr and M. Quraish Shihab, noting a significant distinction in the term hisanan. Ibn Kathīr sees it as a command to do good to one's parents, while Quraish Shihab attributes two meanings: 1) Bestowing favors upon others, and 2) Performing good deeds.     Sense of Community and Emotional Regulation: Interconnections Leading to Flourishing Among Single Catholics

    Modernization and individualistic culture have shifted the values and expectations of the younger generation regarding marriage, leading to delays or decisions not to marry. However, in Indonesia, many single individuals still face social pressure due to societal stigma, as well as religious and cultural values. This pressure can negatively impact the well-being or flourishing of single individuals. This study aims to examine the relationship between sense of community and emotion regulation (cognitive and expressive suppressions) with flourishing among single individuals, using a correlational quantitative method with 105 respondents (Mage = 34.90; SD = 5.84 years) from the Catholic Singles Community “J”. A purposive sampling technique was employed to select the sample. The results of multiple correlation indicated that sense of community and emotion regulation together significantly positively correlate with flourishing (R = 0.293, R2 = 0.086, p < 0.05. Nevertheless, partial correlation analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between the sense of community and flourishing (p<0.05), but a non-significant correlation between emotion regulation (both cognitive and expressive suppression) and flourishing (p>0.05). Although emotion regulation did not directly correlate with flourishing, emotion regulation (cognitive and expressive suppression) were significantly positively correlated with most aspects of sense of community. The implications of this research suggest that enhancing the sense of community plays a crucial role in achieving flourishing among members of a community. Sense of community can be further strengthened when supported by emotion regulation skills within the community context

    Determinations of Employee Engagement: Servant Leadership, Training, Self-Efficacy Effects on Employee Performance

    This research aims to examine the influence of Employee Engagement through Servant Leadership, Training, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance. This research uses quantitative methods and questionnaires distributed to employees at international cargo expedition companies. The analysis tool used was SmartPLS version 3 software. The research results revealed that servant leadership had a positive impact on employee engagement in international cargo expedition companies, while training also had a positive impact. However, self-efficacy does not have a significant effect on employee engagement or performance. Theoretical contributions suggest that employee engagement can mediate the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance, and vice versa. The findings of this research are useful for the human resource department. However, this research has the limitation of researchers only focusing on employee performance and involvement in freight forwarding companies. This study recommends further research in other organizations

    Pelaksanaan program Kosabangsa tahun 2024 di Desa Sambirata Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas, dimulai bulan September sampai bulan Desember 2024. Terdapat masalah hasil perkebunan berupa rimpang kapulaga yang dijual ke pasar lokal dengan harga yang relatif murah serta terdapat residu/sisa sisa kapulaga yang melimpah. Permasalahan mitra kelompok tani kapulaga Lankapole yaitu banyaknya residu kapulaga yang belum dimanfaatkan. Tujuan Program Kosabangsa ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengolahan residu kapulaga menjadi tepung kapulaga sebagai minuman Kesehatan. Mitra kelompok tani  belum memiliki teknologi tepat guna, belum memiliki peralatan/mesin pengolahan produk, strategi pemasaran yang belum memadai, serta ketrampilan dan kemampuan manajemen usaha kelompok yang sangat terbatas. Program Kosabangsa 2024 dilaksanakan melalui Sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktek dan penerapan teknologi, partisipasi mitra, pemberian hibah alat dan mesin teknologi tepat guna, serta keberlanjutan yang diharapkan tercapainya peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat desa

    Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V di SDN 129 Palembang tahun pelajaran 2024/ 2025, pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah melalui penggunaan media kartu angka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tidakan kelas (PTK) dengan model penelitian Kemmis MC Taggart yang terdiri dari 2 siklus terdapat tahapan seperti tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 30 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi dan wawancara terhadap peserta didik. Data yang diproleh pada penelitian akan di analisis secara dekriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil siklus I diperoleh 47% peserta didik sudah memiliki hasil belajar dalam kategori baik dan sangat baik sehingga sangat di perlukan nya di lakukan siklus II karena belum mencapai 75% peserta didik yang memiliki hasil belajar yang baik dan sangat baik. Pada siklus II diperoleh 77% peserta didik yang sudah memiliki hasil belajar dalam kategori baik dan sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil siklus I dan II dapat di simpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah melalui penggunaan media kartu angka
