Misogyy As Violence In Gender Perspective
Misogyny is the behavior of someone hating women, both from men and fellow women. This behavior often places and views women as the cause of blame in a problem, even for something that is not really a problem. Misogyny causes a person tends to hate, look down on, blame, label and discriminate against women. This behavior is often associated with male privilege, patriarchal customs, and gender discrimination. In practice, this behavior will place men in a superior position, while women in an inferior position. In certain cases, misogynism can even increase the risk of physical, psychological and sexual harassment of women. There are two problems discussed in this study: 1) misogyny in the perspective of gender-based violence and 2) the relationship between misogyny and violence against women. This research is normative juridical research supported by empirical data on gender-based violence against women. Primary and secondary legal materials were collected through literature study. The research approach used is the statutory regulation, the legal concept, and the legal argumentation approach. Analysis of the collected data was carried out qualitatively

Dissemination of Appropriate Technology Importance and Legal Basis of BUMDES in the Pandemic Era
This action took place in Potorono Village. The biggest issue that the residents of Potorono face are the large population, although there are still many people who do not work. Essentially, the potential for employment prospects in Potorono Village for the local community is rather considerable, but it is not appealing enough to work for the local people. Meanwhile, the Covid 19 pandemic, which began in March 2020, has caused many village community companies to halt and fail to flourish correctly. Furthermore, Potorono Village residents\u27 knowledge of the value of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) has not been optimal for the development of village residents\u27 companies. Furthermore, the village community has not properly harnessed the natural potential and its supporting job sectors to boost welfare. This service\u27s efforts are in the form of dissemination and support with the proper technology, as well as comprehending BUMDES\u27s duty as a legal body. Furthermore, the utilization of waste processing into finished commodities that can be sold is communicated to the community in order to strengthen the village economy. The Potorono community\u27s approach technique is built on active and interactive involvement, as well as dissemination and support with the deployment of relevant technologies to the community. As a result of this service, the community will understand the benefits of having BUMDES as a legal body in their area, as well as how to use technology to assist rural communities in growing their local economies
Measuring the Water Surface Speed of the Cikidang River as a Supporting Facility for the Development of Ecotourism Areas
Pangandaran Regency is famous for its natural beauty, especially the beauty of its beaches. In this district there are many famous beaches. Besides the beach, there are also rivers that offer beautiful views. However, not many tourists have made the rivers in Pangandaran as tourist destinations, especially the Cikidang River. Cikidang River has the potential to be used as ecotourism. In building an ecotourism area on the banks of a river, it is necessary to carry out an in-depth analysis of the damage that might occur due to erosion. One of the factors that can increase erosion is the speed of water on the surface. Therefore, in this paper, measurement of river surface velocity is carried out in a simple way and analyzed using the velocity formula. From the results of this measurement, a recommendation was made to direct all parties involved in measuring the surface velocity of the Cikidang River as a means of supporting the development of ecotourism areas
Etnomathematic Analysis: Implementation Of The Ecentric Digraph In Determining The Ka\u27ba As Center Of The Earth
The Rajaban tradition is a tradition of religious rituals as an expression of gratitude and moments to commemorate historical events, one of which is the change in the direction of Qibla from Baitul Maqdis to the Kaaba in Mecca. Based on these problems, in this article, it is shown by using the study of Graph Theory, namely the eccentric digraph to determine the center of the earth\u27s region. Data processing is done by making the Kaaba and the seven continents on the earth\u27s surface as a point on graph G and the side connecting the points is the distance (in km) with physical boundaries between them being considered non-existent. The results of the discussion show that the Kaaba in Mecca is the center of the earth\u27s area with ec(v1) = 12,039 = rad(G)
Analysis of Difficulties of Junior High School Students in Solving Closed and Open Mathematical Problems
This study aims to describe the difficulties of junior high school students in solving closed and open mathematical problems and to describe the causes of junior high school students experiencing these difficulties. As many as 25 students of class VIII-D from one of the State Junior High Schools in Bandung Regency were used as research samples. Data was collected by using test techniques, interviews, and document studies. The stages of data analysis carried out are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that students had difficulty in converting the problem into a mathematical model, determining the required decision variables, calculating multiplication and division operations, and determining more than one answer in solving open problems. The difficulties experienced by these students are caused by the following: students feel that the problem given is something new, students are less careful in understanding the problems given, students still do not master the material, students are less careful in performing arithmetic operations, and students not accustomed to solving problems in the form of problem solving and open questions
