Indonesia\u27s Regulation Model as A Harmonization of Arrangements And Implementation Of Heirs\u27 Approval On Asset Grants
Provisions on grants are regulated in Article 1666 of the Civil Code (BW), that grants are gifts by someone to another person free of charge and cannot be withdrawn, for movable goods (in front of a notary) and immovable goods (with a deed of Land Deed Official – "PPAT") when the grantor is still alive. The provisions of the grant as referred to (1) The grantor must be an adult (Article 1677 of the Indonesian Civil Code); (2) A grant must be made with a notarial deed originally kept by a notary (Article 1682 of the Indonesian Civil Code); (3) A grant binds the donor or issues a consequence starting from the grant with firm words received by the grantee (Article 1683 of the Indonesian Civil Code). But on the other hand, there is a provision that grants must pay attention to the approval of the heirs and do not violate their absolute rights, as stated in Article 913 Indonesian Civil Code. If the process has been carried out and does not violate the absolute rights of the heirs, then the object of the grant is legally transferred to the recipient of the grant. However, the practice is often considered to violate the rights of heirs, so most notaries and PPATs ask for a letter or statement of their approval. This condition shows that the arrangement of grants and the distribution of inheritance does not reflect the legal ideals of legal certainty, benefit, and justice. So based on these conditions, it is necessary to have a regulatory model that can be used as a reference in the formulation of arrangements for granting and guaranteeing inheritance distribution according to the Legitieme Portie. The regulatory model referred to in this paper is in the form of formulating a regulatory pattern that provides a comprehensive picture of the harmonization of grant arrangements and guarantees for inheritance distribution according to the Legitieme Portie which can guarantee the implementation of inheritance according to the Legitieme Portie that does not limit property owners in implementing grants on property. To describe the regulatory model, the research method used is a normative juridical method based on a statutory and conceptual approach. With the aim of being able to comprehensively present a form of a continuous pattern of arrangements that will form a protection system to ensure the implementation

A Study on the Efficacy of Different Botanicals Against Potato Tuber Moth (Phthorimaea Operculella) in Stored Potatoes
The Potato Tuber Moth (Phthorimaea operculella) is a destructive pest that poses a significant threat to stored potato crops, leading to substantial economic losses worldwide. The use of chemical insecticides to control this pest has drawbacks such as environmental pollution and potential harm to human health. As a result, it is critical to investigate alternate control strategies, such as botanical extracts. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of different botanicals, Azadirachta indica (Neem), Acorus calamus (sweet flag), Sapindus mukorossi (Soapnut) and their combination against the Potato Tuber Moth in stored potatoes. The research followed a randomized sampling technique, with seven treatments {T1: sweet flag (100%), T2: Neem (100%), T3: neem (50%)+ soapnut(50%), T4: soapnut powder (100%), T5: sweet flag (50%)+ Neem (50%), T6: sweet flag (50%)+ soapnut(50%), T7: control }. The treatments were applied to potatoes and data were observed, recorded, and tabulated. Our results showed that there was not a huge difference in the final result of mortality in all the treatments, all showing similar results. But when observed by counting the time factor, Acorus calamus outsmarted other bio-pesticides by killing 100% of insects in much less time. Further, all the treatments significantly affect the weight loss of potato tuber. Potato tuber treated with T1 showed the least weight loss of 1.88% of total weight followed by T6 and T4 with 2.56% and 2.58% of weight loss respectively. There was also some weight loss in the untreated potatoes due to evaporation and other physical factors. To sum up the overall result of our study, the experiment concluded that Acorus calamus (T1) had given the best result and thus it stood to be the best bio-pesticide among all
Increasing MSME Performance Through Institutional Strengthening, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Marketing
The Indonesian economy currently lack of solid fundamentals, which has prompted the government to continue strengthening Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This industry can support the government and take on a sizable workforce. MSMEs have demonstrated they can survive and grow into the engine of the economy, especially after the financial crisis, so their survival cannot be questioned. MSMEs contribute 61.1% of the national economy\u27s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and can absorb productive labor in Indonesia. MSMEs must be able to maintain MSME performance, survive with all their available resources, and even experience growth in this uncertain situation. Some of the issues MSMEs encounter include the lack of legal institutions. MSMEs need legal institutions because they can boost consumer confidence in the products they sell. The second issue is the change in pandemic consumer trends from offline to online for products and services. In order to maintain MSME performance under unpredictable circumstances, particularly those caused by external environmental factors, Entrepreneur Marketing (EM) is a conceptual approach that is ideal for implementation in MSMEs. The conventional marketing idea, which served as a business solution, has been replaced by the idea of entrepreneurial marketing. In order to increase MSME performance, MSMEs must also benefit from digital marketing, which tries to market through digital media to reach target consumers swiftly and precisely. This study highlights the issues that MSMEs face and how to enhance institutions, encourage entrepreneurship, and use digital marketing to improve MSME performance
