Covid-19 Drug Control Based on BPOM Informatorium with ABC Method at the Pharmacies of Bandung City
According to statistical data from JHU CSSE COVID-19 in June 2021, there was an increase in positive cases of Coronavirus and began to decline at the end of August 2021. The planning that has been made must be corrected using the ABC method because a type of drug can consume a large budget if it is used a lot and is expensive. The purpose of this ABC value analysis is to identify the types of drugs from the scale of use that require the most costs. This type of non-experimental research uses descriptive methods through retrospective quantitative data collection using previous data, namely June – August 2021. Based on the scale of the use of Covid-19 drugs which are included in group A with the highest number of uses, it is necessary to ensure the availability of sufficient stock for avoid stock shortages that can hamper patient care in hospitals and can cause losses to hospitals. Drugs that are included in group B are adequately controlled by using warehouse stock cards and stock cards in the compounding and retail sales rooms. Drug group C needs to be controlled so that the number of drugs is not too excessive to avoid losses due to expired or damaged drugs. A review of the ABC analysis can be carried out annually along with the determination of the use of a standard drug list and the preparation of an annual budget plan
Fundamental Factors Bond Ratings: Modified Jones Model as Mediating Variable
The Study aims to ascertain how the debt-to-equity ratio, earnings management, and current ratio affect bond ratings in corporate businesses assessed by PT. PEFINDO 2020–2022 and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The reason earnings management is used as mediation in this research is a novelty from previous research, where earnings management is rarely used. The earnings management model used by the Jones modified has a higher level of accuracy compared to previous models, where the measurement is through revenue recognition which has the highest accuracy. Apart from that, many companies use earnings management practices so that the company\u27s finances look good to investors, so the company will get new investors. In this study, 135 sample bond types that fit the predefined criteria were obtained from 26 organizations using purposive sampling with several preset criteria. Data analysis methods were uses path analysis techniques with the Lisrel program version 8.8 to analyze the available bond types. This study suggests that earnings management does not mediate between bond ratings and the current ratio. In particular, bond ratings are significantly impacted by the current ratio, the debt-to-equity ratio does not strongly impact earnings management, and bond ratings are not significantly affected by earnings management
The Dynamic Effects of Social Accountability Initiatives in Governance for the South African Public Service Sector
The objective of the study explore the idea of social accountability in governance, paying close attention to the interactions and synergies between information, citizen participation, and governmental responsiveness. In earlier research, scholars frequently made the implicit assumption that information paved the way for citizens\u27 voices and, in turn, state responsiveness. Enhanced public action is a requisite, but not an adequate, precondition for social accountability in governance. Furthermore, a positive state response does not always follow the citizen\u27s voices. Service providers and officials may choose to ignore the voice of the citizen, respond to it with retaliation, or, despite good intentions, be limited in their ability to respond due to a lack of capacity or resources. The study indicated that more effective than initiatives that only encourage localized change, strategic actions include a focus on creating an enabling environment and enhancing governmental responsiveness. Findings show that a positive governmental response may not always result from a citizen\u27s voice, despite good intentions, service providers and officials may choose to ignore or respond to public complaints with harsh measures, or they may simply not have the means or capacity to do so. The study concluded that more effective than initiatives that solely support localized citizen voice, strategic actions involve a focus on creating an enabling environment and enhancing governmental responsiveness. Keywords: Social accountability, governance, initiatives, responsiveness, citizens, interaction
Financial Ratio’s and Profit Growth: Company Size Moderation
The Impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Performance Company: The Moderating Effect of the External Environment: Tunisian case
Although entrepreneurial orientation (EO) has been shown to play a key role in increasing firm performance (FP), the effects of EO have been extremely over simplified. The plethora of empirical studies on EO and FP suggest that the EO-FP relationship is linearly positive regardless of the amount of EO investment. The results show that EO increases FP at the bounded level. We argue that the excessive use of EO and organizational incapability may contribute to the non-linearity of such effects. We also find that highly dynamic environments enhance the EO-FP relationship. We present prescriptive implications to practitioners on the antecedent conditions for EO practices
Investment Portfolio Optimization in Renewable Energy Stocks in Indonesia Using Mean-Variance Risk Aversion Model
Climate change is a phenomenon that has been occurring for quite some time. However, the increasingly felt impacts of climate change necessitate human action to mitigate these effects. One way to address this issue is by transitioning from conventional or non-renewable energy sources to renewable energy. This step undoubtedly has implications for various aspects, such as investments. Naturally, investors are beginning to turn their attention to the field of renewable energy as a new target. Investments are inherently associated with risks and returns One approach to maximizing returns is through portfolio optimization. One well-known method in portfolio optimization is the Mean-Variance method, also known as the Markowitz method, as it was first introduced by Harry Markowitz. In this research, an optimal portfolio is generated with weights of 0.1470 for ADRO; 0.1939 for MEDC; 0.2143 for ITMG and 0.4449 for RAJA. With this composition of optimal portfolio weights, the expected return is obtained at 0.002252, and the return variance is 0.000496
Application of Structural Equations Modeling Partial Least Square at the Comparation of the Niveau of Responsibility From Cs and Digics
Banking is an institution that plays a role in increasing economic development and also increasing equitable development. People who are serving users will be more selective in choosing banks so that many banks strive to be superior and more satisfying than other banks. Customer satisfaction can be seen from the role of CS and DigiCS. Customer Service ( CS ) is all actions intended to meet needs and activities by providing services so that each customer\u27s needs are met. Digital Customer Service (DigiCS) is BNI digital banking automation that provides customers with immediate experience when carrying out digital transactions at BNI . The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the level of CS and DigiCS customer satisfaction with several variables, namely product quality ( ), service quality ( ), time ( ), convenience/efficiency ( ), and customer satisfaction (Y). The method used in this research is structural equation modeling partial least squares with the help of Microsoft Excel and SmartPLS software with the application of SEM - PLS to analyze the relationship between endogenous latent variables and exogenous latent variables. The results of this research are that for CS customer satisfaction it is found that only the exogenous variable product quality ( ) with its influences indicators customer satisfaction (Y) while for DigiCS customer satisfaction the results are that only the exogenous variable product quality ( ) and the exogenous variable convenience/efficiency ( ) with indicators that influence customer satisfaction (Y)
Mathematical Model Analysis of Mosaik Disease Spread on Jatropha Plants: Article Review
Mosaic disease is one of the plant diseases that can be detrimental and cause crop failure, the disease is caused by Begomovirus. Begomovirus is spread by whitefly vectors. The whitefly as a vector can infect healthy plants because once the whitefly is infected, the whitefly body will forever contain the disease. Therefore, we need a mathematical model to prevent the spread of mosaic disease on Jatropha plants and make a strategy to prevent mosaic disease with optimal control and other factors. In this study, mathematical modeling of the spread of jatropha mosaic disease will be discussed, with the addition of various compartments, parameters, and optimal control. Several strategies that can be used to prevent mosaic disease in Jatropha are adding effect awareness, delay, insecticides, interventions, natural predators, yellow stick, rouging, and a combination of all strategies
