من الإرشادات النبوية المتعلقة بالحفاظ على البيئة: Prophetic Instructions related to Preserving the Environment
The earth and the mountains, plains, valleys, water resources, and living components represented by plants and animals are all of that. It is strongly present in the Holy Qur’an, to indicate the power of the Creator and the marvelous nature of His creation and to show the weakness of the creature and his inability even to preserve it. The concept of the environment is also present in the Qur’an’s preservation of it with commands and prohibitions that protect it from man’s bad exploitation of it. In the Prophetic hadiths that guide how to deal with and preserve environmental elements, the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, was the leader and pioneer in preserving and developing environmental resources through its three elements (water - air - soil). He set a clear line and path for preserving and caring for the environment, as The Sunnah of the Prophet paid a lot of attention and contained a set of guidelines that are easy to follow from both the individual and societal perspective to preserve the ecosystem on Earth, and direct it correctly on how to deal with these elements in a manner befitting a society that bears a solidarity responsibility towards individuals, groups, and the environment surrounding them, and what international conferences and seminars call for. The foundations of science in our current era were laid down and established fourteen centuries ago, because the Sunnah is a revelation and its place in legislation cannot be overlooked, and what it carries in its aspects and folds is only within the framework of divine legislation, which did not neglect any stray or contained in its instructions, of which the continuation of the sources environment and preserve it for future generations until the end of the day
Beyond the Borders: An Empirical Exploration of Trade Openness and Entrepreneurial Activities: Does Financial Development Plays Moderating Effect
Opening trade horizon is pivotal to instigating entrepreneurial activities in this modern era of technological advancement. Trade openness fosters an atmosphere that allows entrepreneurs to thrive, innovate, and maintain long-term viability through the exchange of products and technologies. The study explores the effect of trading beyond the borders for entrepreneurial activities. The estimation techniques used for this research are OLS, Fixed-Effects (FE) and a two-step system GMM. The study uses unbalanced panel data collected on a yearly basis across the nations for the period of 23 years starting from 1999 to 2022. Results obtained from the entire sample indicate that trade openness consistently produced positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial activities and prompted new business density. The results are also robust with total early-stage entrepreneurial activities as a dependent variable. The baseline results obtained from the GMM demonstrate that if there is one unit change in trade openness, it will bring an 88.2% change in the dependent variable to promote entrepreneurial activities. The results also indicate that financial development moderates proposed relationship of trade openness and entrepreneurial activities positively and significantly. Entrepreneurs can take advantage of possibilities, efficiently utilize resources, and make significant contributions on a larger scale for economic development just because of the connection of economies globally. The study guides the policymakers to provide trading opportunities to entrepreneurs across international borders at the global scale

الدليل النقلي و مكانتها عند الأشاعرة: دراسة تحليلية نقدية
The paper investigates the issue of dalil Naqli (Religious/textual proofs) and its status within the Ash’ari school of thought Ash’aries by examining the statements of this school's major proponents and representatives and their usage of these proofs in the issues of creed and Aqeeda.. The issue of status and use of religious or textual proofs in the domain of Aqeeda has been upon the issues of contention between different Muslim theological schools of thought in particular and among the Muslim legal school of thought in general. Many scholars who identify and align themselves with that school of Muslim thought which is opposed to kalam and theological reasoning often argue and claim that the theologian's heresy lies in their undermining attitude towards the religious textual text whether its Quran or the Prophetic Sunnah and because this text is the basis of religious teaching so undermining it in the issues of Aqeeda will lead to heresy

ثقافتی ورثے کا تحفظ: بین الاقوامی قوانین اور اسلامی قانون کی روشنی میں: Preservation of Cultural Heritage: in Light of International Laws and Islamic Law
Cultural property, including historical monuments, museums, and archaeological sites, is an integral part of human heritage, reflecting the history, identity, and values of nations and civilizations. However, these precious assets have often been subject to destruction, damage, and looting during wars and conflicts. The devastating impact of armed conflict on cultural property has compelled the international community to develop a robust legal framework for its protection. The legal system for the protection of cultural property during war has evolved over a long period of time, from customary international law to treaty-based laws. This development reflects the recognition of the importance of culture and its role in promoting peace

Print Culture and Radical Activism in Punjab: A Case Study of Proscribed Pamphlets and Tracts in the 1920s and 1930s
This article provides an in-depth analysis of the proscribed revolutionary literature published in Urdu in the early twentieth century. The literature, primarily in the form of pamphlets and tracts, became the chief means of disseminating revolutionary ideas among the Indian masses. On the one hand, these pamphlets and tracts exposed British injustices and authoritarian attitudes, and on the other, they created a sense of national awakening and political consciousness among the people of India. To make communication more effective and influential, revolutionaries used a genre of poetry that was more appealing and soothing to the public taste and resonated with the cultural tradition of oral communication, memorisation, and self-expression in Punjab. The verses urged masses, especially youth, to break the shackles of slavery and sacrifice their lives to liberate India from the clutches of foreign rule. To achieve this goal, the pamphlets emphasised that the people should bear oppression temporarily to eradicate it forever. This literature further stressed the need for Hindu-Muslim unity and advised on resolving all communal tensions. Likewise, they exposed the British legal and justice system, which had always been partial when dispensing justice to the natives. In addition, they glorified the deeds of the accused in the Kakori and Lahore Conspiracy Cases and offered them a tribute. They projected the 'afterlives' of martyrs as a source of inspiration and motivation for the living to continue their legacy. However, in the colonial discourse on sedition, these pamphlets and tracts were considered seditious and a potential threat to the ‘public safety’ and ‘maintenance of public order’. The British Government banned this literature under section 124-A (sedition act) of the Indian Penal Code; nonetheless, the revolutionary ideas preached in these pamphlets continued to influence people for a long time
The Analysis Aspects of Employee Engagement on Employee Innovation in the Public Sector
This study aims to analyse the aspects of employee engagement in employee innovation in the public sector. Standardised face-to-face open-ended interviews were used in this study. To meet the goals of this study, six open-ended questions and one topic comprise the research measuring tool. Content analysis was used in tandem with the continuous comparative data analysis technique. The researcher grouped the data according to both their commonalities and differences. The absence of innovative ideas and employee engagement in the public sector makes innovation challenging to achieve. Employee engagement encourages employees to develop innovative concepts since they are confident they will make sense. No study has ever been carried out focusing on employee engagement and innovation in the public sector. Thus, more research is needed on the effects of employee engagement on employee innovation within public sector organisations. The value of this study lies in filling this gap. Public sector organisations, specifically local government, will continue to provide poor service to their communities due to disengaged employees and their respective municipalities not promoting a conducive work environment and a culture of innovation among employees
