By integrating insights from Shah Wali Ullah’s teachings with contemporary rural economic strategies, the study explores the ways in which agricultural productivity, local markets, social capital, and policy interventions contribute to improving quality of life in rural areas. The findings suggest that a synthesis of Shah Wali Ullah's ethical framework with current rural economic practices can foster more inclusive development and enhance well-being in rural populations
آراءُ العلماء حول اعتبارِ الحديثِ الشاذِّ حديثًا صحيحًا (دراسة بحثية): The Perspectives of Scholars on Considering Shādh Hadith as Authentic Hadith: A Comprehensive Study
The authenticity of a hadith is determined by the conditions set forth by the scholars of hadith. Like other disciplines, the science of hadith also reflects differing opinions among scholars. While some scholars have considered certain conditions indispensable for accepting a hadith, others have disagreed. One of these conditions pertains to the chain of narration, specifically the requirement that a hadith must not be classified as "Shādh" (exceptional). However, the definition of "Shādh" has been a subject of extensive debate among the scholars. For instance, some scholars define a Shādh hadith as one where a trustworthy narrator contradicts other equally credible narrators. Others describe it as a hadith with a single chain of narration, regardless of whether the narrators in that chain are reliable or not. Yet another perspective holds that a Shādh hadith is one narrated solely by a trustworthy scholar without any corroborating evidence from other sources. This divergence in defining Shādh hadith has naturally led to differing opinions regarding its classification and authenticity. Some argue that a Shādh hadith should always be considered weak, while others contend that its ruling depends on specific conditions and the context in which it was narrated. Given the complexity of this subject, Shādh hadith is regarded as one of the intricate topics within the science of hadith. Therefore, this study aims to provide a detailed analysis of the opinions of scholars regarding the classification of Shādh hadith as weak or authentic, to shed light on this nuanced issue
نظریہِ مقاصدِ شریعت کی تفہیم اور عصری تعبیرات : The Understanding of the Theory of Objectives of the Shari'ah and Contemporary Interpretations
The term objectives of Shariah was first used by Imam al-Harameen al-Jawaini (died 478 AH). His book on the principles of jurisprudence Al-Burhan Fi Usul al-Fiqh is an excellent book. In this book, he regularly used the term objectives of Shariah, while another famous book of his, Ghiyath alumam fi -Tiyath al-Zulam, which is known as al-Ghiyathi, has a formal argument on the objectives of Shariah. By the time of Imam Muhammad al-Ghazali, the principles of jurisprudence had taken the status of a permanent knowledge. By combining the concept of masaleh and objectives, Imam al-Ghazali declared the objectives of the Shariah as an important pillar of the principles of jurisprudence from the beginning and reasoned discussion on it. He compiled a list of objectives of Shari'ah which became known among the scholars as Kulyat-E-Khamsa. These objectives elucidate the spirit of Shariah and are thus termed the 'intentions of Shariah.' Over time, jurists have articulated these objectives in various ways. Prominent scholars like Imam Ghizali, Imam al-Shatibi, Izz ibn Abd al-Salam, Ibn Ashur, and Shah Waliullah have listed the 'five objectives' (Kulliyat Khamsah), which include the preservation of religion (Hifz al-Deen), life (Hifz al-Nafs), intellect (Hifz al-Aql), lineage (Hifz al-Nasl), wealth (Hifz al-Mal), and honor (Hifz al-Izz). Later scholars expanded this list, and we have added our scholarly opinion by including the preservation of nobility of Nature (Hifz-e-Makaarim al-Fitrat), social order (Hifz Nazm al-Muashira), and the establishment of a Caliphate based on the Prophetic model (Khilafah Ala Minhaj al-Nubuwwah).The reformation of human beings is possible only when they achieve their goals. When the necessities of life are available and there is a certainty of intellectual and spiritual security, then man determines his priorities in a free and satisfied position, and this is to provide intellectual and spiritual security and peace. It is expediency. Here we mean by expediency we mean the protection of the objectives of Sharia

Forests are an invaluable gift of nature that covers one-fourth of the total land area of the world. Planting trees is important because the nature has given trees a role in reducing air pollution. In general, the average temperature in the forests is from 4 to 10 degrees and the minimum temperature is from minus 6 to minus 10 degrees Celsius. In forests, it rains more than other parts of the earth, so just by planting a tree biodiversity also increases. The effects of forests include cause climate change, cleaning the air, and release oxygen, which is a source of respiration for living organisms on earth. Forests are important not only for humans but also for the survival of birds and animals. The act of planting forests has been called charity by the Messenger of Allah. Hazrat Jabir Radiallah o Anhh narrates that the Messenger of Allah said: When a Muslim grows something and someone eats from it, it is a charity for him. If someone takes it from him, it is a charity. If one of them falls short, it is a charity for a Muslim. Hazrat Jabir Radiallah o Anhh narrates that he heard the Messenger of Allah saying, "When a Muslim grows a tree or a crop that is eaten by animals, birds, or other creatures, Allah will reward him for it." The research also discussed the music of the poem and its impact on its popularity and ease of singing in popular circles. Al-Busiri's Burda became popular in literary circles and popular religious societies. Its fame reached the entire Islamic world and was translated into most living languages. Muslims sang it in the East and West of the earth. It can be classified as a global poem. Sufis adopted it as a rose to draw closer to God. Al-Busiri's Burda had a clear impact on the poem of the Prophet's eulogy, so it became a guide. The poets of the Prophet's praises were guided by it after the era of Al-Busiri, so they included it in their poems. They divided it into two parts, five parts, seven parts, opposed it, explained it, and translated it into living languages, including Persian, German, French, English, Italian, Urdu, Tatar, and Turkish. Many scholars and writers explained it, and Muslim scholars and orientalists wrote about it. This is what made us describe it as the universal poem that is in harmony with the universality of the message. Among its names are: Al-Burda, Al-Bara'a, and Al-Kawakib Al-Durriya in praise of the best of creation. It was a reason for the emergence of the innovations that its owners followed in its approach, which enriched the art of innovation through it. The student of Al-Busiri's Burda finds that it includes Sufi, jurisprudential, linguistic, and grammatical terminology, the biography of the Prophet, rhetoric, innovation, and artistic imagery. It has multiple purposes and imitates the biography of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. Al-Busiri composed it, hoping that God would heal him from the paralysis that afflicted him, so it came out sincere in its emotions. Therefore, the Burda poem has an open field. For students, each according to his specialization. Students of Islamic literature, Sufi literature, criticism, rhetoric, wording, meaning, and the music of poetry will find what they are looking for in Al-Busiri’s Burda.
