جدید جمہوری نظام کا روایتی اسلامی فکر کی روشنی میں جائزہ: An analytical study of modern democratic system in the light of traditional Islamic thought

    No full text
This article analyzes the key characteristics of modern democracy and traditional Islamic thought, focusing on their points of harmony and divergence. The topic has been chosen in light of the increasing global significance of modern democratic systems and the prevailing perception among proponents of democracy that Islamic governance is undemocratic and autocratic. They argue that Islam's governance system does not adequately address fundamental human rights and personal freedoms. This article seeks to challenge this notion by using references from the Qur'an and Sunnah to demonstrate that Islam provides a comprehensive way of life, replete with principles of fundamental human rights, personal freedom, justice, equality, and fairness. It argues that the Islamic system is not inferior to modern democracy; rather, it surpasses it in aspects such as accountability and transparency, which are unparalleled in other systems. Moreover, Islamic governance promotes universal brotherhood, peace, and harmony, serving as a model for an inclusive and equitable society. In contrast, the modern democratic system often lacks universal applicability, as its implementation is contingent upon specific prerequisites tailored to regional social needs. On the other hand, the Islamic democratic system provides uniform and equitable laws that transcend geographical and religious boundaries, ensuring justice and equality for all

The goal of the research was to assess the comparative impact of the Closed kinetic chain exercise in patellofemoral pain syndrome with and without isometric hip adduction. The quasi-experimental study was done on the athletic population of Gujrat with age between 16-40 of any gender. In this study 30 patients were recruited on the basis of sample selection criteria and randomly allocated in two groups each of 15 (N=15). Group A performed closed kinetic chain exercise through isometric hip adduction. Closed kinetic chain exercise included the semi squats of 600 with hip adduction. The group B performed CKC exercise without hip Adduction. CKC exercise included the semi squats of 600 without hip adduction. Both groups filled out a demographic data questionnaire, and signed a written consent. Pain severity in patients assessed through VAS. The function of the joints was also evaluated using a detailed questionnaire on Kujala impairment. In all patients the patellofemoral compression test and patellofemoral grinding test were performed and these tests were positive. At the next phase, groups A and B were treated over a span of 4 weeks through 12 therapy sessions. the session lasted 10 to 15 minutes. Each session included warmup of 5 minutes. Warmup included stretching of the Hamstrings, VMO and VL and then 3 sets of 10 repetitions each set followed by 30 second was performed. After the termination of study all the subjects was filled up the questionnaire again. At the end the VAS scale scoring, Kujala Questionnaire scoring and Patellofemoral compression test and patellofemoral grinding test was performed again. Evaluation of data was done by spss 23 version. The data for 30 participants were assessed, with 66.7% men and 33.3% women between the ages of 16 and 40. Both groups received improved results. In the experimental group, the mean difference between the pre- and post-test results was 9.1333 (p=0.016), while it was 8.2000 (p=0.02) in the control group. However, the participants of 1st group showed the more promising results as compared to the 2nd group.  According to this study closed kinetic chain exercises with isometric hip adduction showed the more prominent result on the PFPS

In the past, we used a centralized system which is server-client architecture but today along with server-client peer-to-peer or P2P is widely used which is based on the decentralized system in it each client is also a server purpose of the server for all the different clients as well by analyzing various articles, research papers, and literary works. We investigate many software and technological innovations including Napster, uTorrent, BitTorrent, and Gnutella.Peer-to-peer technology might go either way in the future; perhaps the copyright legislation has made it better or worse. Peer-to-peer has an impact on the music and film industries, among others, since it makes it simple for users to distribute information that is protected by copyright. Additionally, this article considers copyright infringement from both domestic and foreign viewpoints. The article demonstrates the connection between peer-to-peer file sharing and copyright infringement in general as well as the difficulties in safeguarding owners' copyrights on a P2P network. People mistakenly assume that it is impossible to identify and track copyright violations, yet some tools and procedures may be used to identify material that is protected by copyrights

Regional Institutional Barriers and Trade Outcomes: A New Empirical Evidence from Developing Economies of Four Continents

    Get PDF
Objective: This study aims to explore the path of traditional nexus i.e. Trade Policy and Growth by using new road to development in which economic geography seems to be the driving force in institutional building and ultimately controlling the ‘fortune of nations’ i.e. economic growth. Research Gap: The current study exhibits the Trade-Growth nexus after incorporating the regional disparities w.r.t. institutional setups because mostly developing nations in Asia and Africa are suffering from many institutional barriers and their institutional embeddedness has led to the rent seeking in the system which slows down the process of reforms. Methodology: For analyzing the research question, instrumental variable technique has been used i.e. System Generalized methods of moments (SGMM) presenting 28 models in total for 83 countries from Four continents of the World differing in their institutional capacities. The Main Findings: The results found that in case of each trade policy measure, models which are incorporating the role of economic institutions, political institutions and governance are adding more to the magnitude of Policy-Growth co-efficient. However results are sensitive to the geographical location of the nations. Implications of the findings: The findings of the study emphasize upon that policies should be tailored according to region in which nations are situated because each nation has its own ‘institutional density’ due to its history traits which ultimately help policy choices to result in better or worse outcomes. Originality: The work is original in its content because region wise institutional disparities have not been presented in literature endogenously

China invested billions of dollars in Pakistan and made this project based on thebenefit of both countries. China tried to abandon trade through the Malacca Straitfrom South China Sea because there was too much risk of terrorism and the routewas too long. China chose South Asia because there was less competition for theirproducts, low labor wages and then China saw no other country in South Asia ascredible except Pakistan. Pakistan accepted China's offer because at that timePakistan's economic condition was very bad, because of the proxy war fought fromthe United States after the 9/11 attack. Other countries were afraid to invest inPakistan because of the rule of terrorism. Both countries faced problems beforeand after starting this project and are still facing problems but the benefitsoutweigh the problems due to which both countries are running this project tillnow. Many people are talking that CPEC can become the East India company inthe future. No one has seen the future but CPEC will never become East IndiaCompany because China wants to see itself as a super power in the future and thisproject is a ladder on their way to super power. China will never want risk its pathto becoming a superpower for a country whose economy is already in dire straits.Developed countries are against the project, because it has the potential tocompete with Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong port in the future. If the twocountries continue to work for the development of this project with mutualcooperation, this project can become back bone in improving the economiccondition of both countries
