    Some nuances of applications of the general definition of an increasing (decreasing, non-decreasing, non-increasing) function are discussed.     In 1904 with the lifting of the ban on Lithuanian publications by Russian czar government and in 1906 with giving the permit to teach arithmetics in mother tongue at primary schools the legal publishing of Lithuanian arithmetic textbooks started. Already in 1906 even three arithmetic textbooks were published. These were two parts of  ``Arithmetic Taskbook“ by Pranas Mašiotas, the first part of  ``Collection of Arithmetic Tasks and Examples“ by Petras Bendorius and Pranas Daugirda and two parts of translated from Polish  ``Arithmetic Tasks and Examples“ by Stanislaw Thom. All the books step by step explained in the Lithuanian language four arithmetic operations up to ten, later a hundred and finally up to a thousand.In 1909 two important books were published: the second part of the textbook by Petras Bendorius and Pranas Daugirda and ``Elementary Arithmetics“ by Petras Mikolainis. The latter textbook could be distinguished for methodical instructions.In 1909–1916 Juozas Damijonaitis prepared and published two parts of  ``Arithmetic Textbook“. The book was recompiled into three parts during the period of the Republic of Lithuania (in 1918–1940). It became popular and was constantly republished.When forming of arithmetic basics was coming to end in 1916 ``The Short Science of Arithmetics“ by S.     The influence foreign countries in creation of the mathematic syllabus in Lithuania between two world wars is presented in this article. Ideas of Klein and Merane program are discussed in this article. The influence and experience of foreign countries in creating the mathematics syllab us are introduced.     BDI logic is widely used to describe agent based systems, since it can express a lot of different real world domains with three main operators: belief, desire and intention. There are lots of works where BDI logic is used as descriptive language, but authors do not talk about implementation issues [5,2,4,8,1]. There is even known general agent implementation scheme, which do not describe howto use formal logic for such scheme implementation [12]. The main aim of this paper is to show the bridge, which connects formal and practical parts of logic. We describe how sequent calculus can be used for implementing some parts of general scheme. In this paper, we show how flexible constraints can be implemented. Sequent calculus usage is illustrated with simple examples.Pateikta bendra BDI agento realizavimo schema.     This paper considered deterministic and stochastic delayed linear growth laws for the modeling of the process of growth.  For the estimation of parameters the L1 distance procedure was proposed.
