    Dampak Kemampuan Manajerial dan Peluang Pertumbuhan terhadap Kinerja IPO

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of management capabilities, growth opportunities, and company age on the performance of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2019 and 2024. IPO performance is measured by examining the phenomena of underpricing and overpricing, which reflect the difference between the offering price of shares at the time of the IPO and the share price traded on the first day in the secondary market. This study employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to investigate the impact of independent variables on IPO performance. The study utilizes data from 10 manufacturing companies that conducted IPOs within the specified timeframe. The findings indicate that managerial competence and growth prospects have a substantial positive impact on IPO performance. Conversely, company age does not significantly influence IPO outcomes. These findings provide insights that factors such as high managerial competence and good growth prospects play a crucial role in determining IPO success, while company age is not a primary factor in evaluating IPO performance in the Indonesian market. This study significantly enhances understanding of the factors influencing IPO performance in the Indonesian capital market

    Transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan laporan keuangan kini menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi koperasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi operasional. Penulisan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelatihan transformasi digital laporan keuangan yang diberikan kepada pengurus koperasi di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang diterapkan berupa pelatihan berbasis teknologi informasi yang mengintegrasikan penggunaan aplikasi digital dalam proses pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan koperasi. Hasil dari pelatihan tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan pengurus dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pengelolaan laporan keuangan, yang secara keseluruhan memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengelolaan koperasi. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh bagi koperasi lain dalam mengimplementasikan transformasi digital guna meningkatkan kinerja dan akuntabilitas mereka

    Santri adalah suatu sebutan atau gelar yang bagi sebagian orang dianggap kurang begitu membanggakan, karena adanya asumsi negatif di masyarakat yang menganggap remeh para santri. Mayoritas masyarakat mungkin membayangkan bahwa santri adalah figur anak muda bersarung, kemeja dan peci di kepala, dan ini tidak salah bahwa memang umumnya santri berpenampilan seperti itu, terutama santri di pondok-pondok pesantren tradisional. Interpretasi tentang makna santri mengkerucut pada satu pemahaman bahwa santri itu merupakan komunitas yang menerima ajaran-ajaran Islam dari para kiai atau Ustadz. Bahkan terdapat opini ekstrim di mana pesantren merupakan tempat pendidikan bagi orang miskin atau tempat buangan anak-anak nakal.  Salah satu peluang bagi pesantren untuk berkembang di era sekarang ini, adalah kemampuan untuk meningkatkan daya kreativitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) termasuk pengurus pesantren maupun para santrinya. Kreativitas santri juga menjadi sarana dakwah yang efektif untuk menunjukkan kepada dunia bahwa Islam adalah agama yang dinamis dan relevan di segala zaman. Pesantren dapat melakukan kegiatan berwirausaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pesantren dan memberikan bekal kepada para santri untuk melakukan suatu bisnis atau berwirausaha.     This study explores the crucial role of green Human Resource Management (HRM) in driving improved green organizational performance. Using a qualitative literature review method, this study analyzes published studies to identify effective green HRM practices and their impacts on dimensions of sustainable organizational performance, including environmental, economic, and social performance. The review results indicate that the integration of sustainability principles in HRM functions, such as recruitment, training, development, compensation, and performance management, significantly contributes to the achievement of green organizational goals. This study provides valuable insights for practitioners and academics to formulate more comprehensive green HRM strategies.

    Program Pesantren Berdikari merupakan inisiatif CSR berbasis pendekatan livelihood strategy yang dilaksanakan oleh PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang di Desa Penawar Jaya, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, Lampung. Program ini dirancang untuk memperkuat kemandirian pesantren dan masyarakat melalui pengembangan sistem pertanian terpadu (integrated farming) serta penerapan kurikulum edukasi lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program terhadap transformasi sumber-sumber penghidupan masyarakat, meliputi modal alam, manusia, sosial, fisik, dan finansial. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed method dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, berdasarkan hasil survei terhadap 50 responden, wawancara terhadap 20 informan kunci, serta data monitoring bulanan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan signifikan pada lima modal penghidupan, seperti optimalisasi lahan, peningkatan kapasitas santri, terbentuknya koperasi peternakan dan pertanian, pembangunan pusat pengolahan hasil tani, serta peningkatan akses ke pembiayaan usaha. Program ini terbukti memperkuat keberlanjutan penghidupan masyarakat lokal dan mendorong terciptanya nilai bersama (shared value) antara perusahaan dan komunitas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan replikasi pendekatan serupa untuk konteks komunitas berbasis pesantren lainnya

    Buyer Attraction Strategy: The Role of Quality and Design in the Cibaduyut Leather Shoe Industry

    This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and product design on consumer purchasing decisions of shoes in Cibaduyut. Product quality that includes aspects of durability, comfort, and materials used, and attractive and innovative product design are considered the main factors that influence consumer preferences in choosing shoes. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to shoe consumers in Cibaduyut. The data obtained were analyzed using a linear regression test to determine the extent to which product quality and product design influence purchasing decisions. The results of the study indicate that product quality and product design have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Consumers are more likely to choose shoes that have high quality and attractive designs according to fashion trends. Therefore, business actors in Cibaduyut need to continue to improve product quality and innovate in design to meet consumer preferences and increase competitiveness in the market

    Pengaruh Overconfidence Bias terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi di Pasar Saham Selama Perang Rusia-Ukraina

    This study examines the impact of overconfidence bias on investment decision-making during the Rusia-Ikraine war in the Indonesian energy stock market. Overconfidence bias is a cognitive bias where investors overestimate their ability to predict market movements, often leading to an increase in transaction frequency and the taking of irrational risks. Using stock return data from the companies INCO, ADRO, ITMG, and the JKSE during the 2022-2024 activity lever segregation methods to explore this phenomenon. The results indicate that high market volatility exerbates overconfidence bias, particulary among investors with high activity levels leading to more frequent transactions and suboptimal investment decisions. In contrast, investors with lower activity levels tend to exhibit more rational behavior, maintaining better portolio stability during extreme market conditions promote more rational decision-making. These findings contribute sifnificantly to the understanding of investor psychology the importance of strategies to mitigate cognitive biases, especially during periods of high market volatility

    Analisis Kelayakan Bisnis Menggunakan Business Model Canvas Dalam Upaya Pengembangan Usaha

    Supersub Apparel was founded in early 2021 by two students from different universities. Previously, in 2018, they established a similar business that temporarily ceased operations due to issues, before restarting in 2021. Supersub Apparel is one of the SMEs engaged in sports jersey production services. In this context, to sustain and maintain the existence of Supersub Apparel, it requires the implementation of business development strategies such as Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Business Feasibility Study. The objective of this research is to assess the implementation of BMC at Supersub Apparel in Bekasi Regency and evaluate its feasibility from the aspects of market and marketing, technical/operational, and financial aspects. The method used in this study is a case study, where data were obtained through interviews, observations, literature studies, and analyzed descriptively. By using BMC and Business Feasibility Study tools, the authors could identify and improve the necessary indicators for Supersub Apparel in its business development. The research findings indicate that Supersub Apparel has effectively implemented Business Model Canvas with clear target markets and good cooperation with suppliers. From the business feasibility analysis, the market and marketing aspects show promising prospects, while the technical/operational aspects are deemed feasible with easy access to raw materials and production services. Financially, the analysis shows that Supersub Apparel is viable with a Payback Period (PP) of approximately 4 months and a Profitability Index (PI) of 1.54

    Kredit Biogas: Mendorong Ekonomi Hijau di Koperasi Produsen Susu X

    This research is motivated by the problem of environmental pollution due to livestock manure waste and dependence on fossil fuels. Dairy Producers Cooperative X seeks to overcome this problem through a biogas credit program. This study aims to analyze the biogas credit procedures of Dairy Producers Cooperative X and the potential economic benefits for its dairy cattle breeder members. The research method uses a quantitative and qualitative approach, collecting primary data through interviews and secondary data from the Dairy Producers Cooperative X Annual Member Meeting (RAT) reports. The results showed that the biogas credit procedure of Dairy Producers Cooperative X is simple and without collateral, with the requirement of owning a minimum of three cows and adequate land. The utilization of biogas has the potential to reduce the cost of purchasing LPG and to produce bio-slurry as a marketable organic fertilizer. In conclusion, the biogas credit of Dairy Producers Cooperative X is effective in promoting a green economy among dairy cattle breeders. This research recommends increasing socialization and assistance to members to maximize the utilization of biogas and bio-slurry, as well as the need for periodic evaluation of the credit program to ensure its sustainability and effectiveness

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi harga, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas produk dalam meningkatkan minat pembelian ulang di Usaha Dagang Bina Berkah Mandiri, Kecamatan Klapanunggal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dengan para pelanggan dan pengamatan langsung di lokasi usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga pelanggan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan sangat positif, dengan harga yang terjangkau dan kompetitif sehingga memberikan kenyamanan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh staf juga sangat baik, ditandai dengan responsivitas tinggi terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan dan suasana tempat usaha yang bersih. Hal ini menciptakan pengalaman belanja yang menyenangkan. Dari segi kualitas produk yang ditawarkan memiliki kinerja yang memuaskan, memenuhi harapan pelanggan dan bahkan sering kali melebihi ekspektasi. Dengan penataan produk yang rapi dan variasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, Usaha Dagang Bina Berkah Mandiri berhasil menciptakan loyalitas di kalangan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar usaha tetap menjaga harga yang bersaing, meningkatkan layanan pelanggan, dan mempertahankan kualitas produk untuk terus mendorong pembelian ulang di masa depan
