FIRST-PRINCIPLES INSIGHTS ON THE BONDING MECHANISM OF DIRECT-STACKED BIPHENYLENE NETWORK
No full textRecently, a new class of carbon-based nanomaterial (biphenylene network) was synthesized and gained much attention in the scientific community. Using first-principles method, we explored the bonding mechanism of direct-stacked biphenylene networks. Our calculations suggest that the nature of the interaction between the layers of the network is due to van der Waals interaction. This is due to the weak binding energy between the biphenylene networks and the deformed Electron Localization Function in the interface. We anticipate that this work will serve as a reference for further scientific investigation on the biphenylene network

Here, we provide the questionnaire in the original English and German versions as well as all approved translations. The CAMSQ is available for noncommercial use under a CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license (please refer to the license.txt file for further details).

No full textWe conducted a cross-sectional study aiming to We aimed to assess transparency and completeness of reporteding of serious and other adverse events (SAE and OAE) data, all-cause mortality, and participant flow data from randomized clinical trials (RCTs) on pharmacological interventions, including biologicals, to treat COVID-19 registered on ClinicalTrials.gov . In this cross-sectional study, we included completed RCTs registered on or after January 1, 2020, and updated on or before May 31, 2021, along with corresponding publications. Difference in descriptions, number, completeness or terminology of adverse events and all-cause mortality was described as inconsistent reporting.
