BASICS OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES IN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN ON THE THRESHOLD OF A NEW ERA – THE THIRD RENAISSANCE
In this article is discussed about basics of teaching foreign languages in the Educational organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the third renaissance era. According to the globalization, the country’s education system is changing and the quality of the education is significant. There is focused how to improve communicative competence, as well as linguistic, sociocultural and pragmatic competences when teaching foreign languages in the secondary schools. Furthermore, linguadidactic theory and by this approach choosing relevant technologies, activities are also mentioned by the author. There are significant challenges of students in learning foreign languages, as well as English and how to tackle these issues are also discussed in this article. For effective language teaching, there are listed several principles, tasks, novelties and recommendations
PASSIVE HEAT TRANSFER AUGMENTATION METHODS IN A CIRCULAR TUBE: A REVIEW
The present paper is a review of the passive heat transfer augmentation in circular tubes used in the recent past and these techniques will be useful to designers while implementing in heat exchangers. Passive techniques, generally uses surface or geometrical modification to the flow channel by incorporating inserts or additional devices to increase the heat transfer rate. As the manufacturing process of inserts are simple and cheap, so these techniques can be easily employed in an existing heat exchanger. Inserts in a heat exchanger tube generates the swirls, which directs fluid in the Centre towards the heated wall and fluid near the heated wall towards Centre. This phenomenon results fluid flowing in a curvilinear path, which promotes mixing and increase in heat transfer rate
REVIEW ON ENERGY GENERATION USING WASTE WATER
Developments have shown that it is possible to generate sufficient energy from organic material contained in a variety of waste water stream. This is done to reduce the significant portion of the energy used to run the plant.. This waste to energy is environmental friendly solution to the municipal waste water since waste water treatment plants are the largest consumers of energy, however, it is an energy intensive operation. The present work provides an overview of technological measures to increase the self sufficiency of wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). The operation of WWTPs entails a huge amount of electricity. Thermal energy is also required for pre-heating the sludge and sometimes exsiccation of the digested sludge. On the other hand, the entering organic matter contained in the wastewater is a source of energy. Organic matter is recovered as sludge, which is digested in large stirred tanks (anaerobic digester) to produce biogas. The onsite availability of biogas represents a great opportunity to cover a significant share of WWTP electricity and thermal demands. In foreign countries, widely used WWTP Method is activated sludge process. It is the process that utilizes the mechanical aeration to facilitate oxidation. But, instead of using energy to treat waste water, it is feasible to harness energy from waste as well as treating it using a Microbial Fuel Cell (MFC). MFCs are device that uses microorganisms as biocatalysts to transform chemical energy into electricity

Apart from this, self-diagnosis has gaining significant place in the development of the smart products. The product capable of self-testing, reduces time to market, increases the live time and also prevent the possible data loss in case if failure occurs. Different testing mechanisms are employed to implement self-diagnosing procedures in the products. In this review paper we are about to disclose a detailed analysis on different methodologies reported for implementation of the self-diagnosis procedures
