Mapping the Potential of Jawa Tondano Village as a Religious Tourism Village in Minahasa Regency North Sulawesi Province
Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province has many potential resources that continue to be developed to support the tourism sector. However, the government has not yet made local wisdom based on religion a potential to be developed into a tourist destination. The community living in the Jawa Tondano Village has historical value in fighting for the independence of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and in the spread of Islam in Minahasa Regency. Social interactions that occur with the Minahasa tribe do not fade the value of Javanese ethnic wisdom and the religious nature of the descendants of Kiay Mojo. Kampung Jawa Tondano is a community in Minahasa Regency that has the potential to be developed as cultural-religious tourism based on local wisdom. This study was conducted to analyze the potential of Kampung Jawa Tondano Village physically and non-physically to be developed as a Religious Tourism Village in Minahasa Regency. Secondary data collection was also conducted by utilizing the village profile and searching for references to various electronic publications that are in accordance with the research object. The analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing and verification
Analysis of Determining Order Quantity of Spare Parts in Oil and Gas Well Service Activities Using Monte Carlo Simulation
This research aims to explore the analysis of determining the order quantity of spare parts in well service activities in the oil and gas (Migas) industry using the Monte Carlo simulation approach. The Migas industry requires efficient inventory management to maintain operational smoothness, but this need must be balanced with efforts to minimize excessive storage costs. Therefore, it is important to determine the optimal order quantity to meet operational needs while avoiding unnecessary inventory accumulation. The Monte Carlo simulation method was chosen because of its ability to address uncertainty in inventory analysis, allowing for modeling variations in demand, delivery lead times, and other factors affecting inventory management. It is expected that this approach will provide a better understanding of how decisions regarding the order quantity can be made more effectively in the context of well service activities in the Migas industry. The main expectation of this research is the development of a model that can assist Migas companies in optimizing the management of their spare parts inventory. Thus, it is hoped that this research will make a significant contribution to improving operational efficiency, reducing storage costs, and increasing customer service levels in the Migas industry. It is also hoped that the results of this research will pave the way for the development of inventory management strategies that are more adaptive and responsive to dynamic business environments

Two credit risk systems are used in this research: NPL and capital adequacy ratio (CAR). Apart from that, this research also includes bank-specific factors to improve financial performance. This research analyzes the relationship between credit risk, bank-specific factors, and FP. The data analysis method used in this research is a quantitative data analysis method, this research is panel data regression using Eviews software. Research results related to NPL (Non-Performing Loans) have no effect on financial performance, Research related to the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) which has no effect on financial performance, Research shows that the cost efficiency ratio (CER) has no effect on financial performance, Research shows that interest rates average loan interest (ALR) has an effect on financial performance, and research shows that the liquidity ratio (LR) has a significant effect on financial performance. The results of this research can help to improve financial performance by paying attention to credit risk management, taking appropriate techniques efficiently in providing loans and looking at liquidity position as a factor

Bureaucratic Behavior in Increasing Community Participation: Study of the Implementation of Village Development
This study investigated the impact of bureaucratic conduct on promoting community involvement in village development and evaluated and analyzed the behavior of bureaucrats. This research employs a qualitative descriptive design. This study gathers data via four distinct stages: pre-field, field work, data processing, and report writing. Community participation at every level or process of development is crucial for achieving success, as shown by the study findings. Community participation is a crucial aspect of development and serves as an indicator of its efficiency, but it often remains insufficient. The lack of community participation in the development process may be attributed to the ineffectiveness of bureaucratic leadership, communication, and education, resulting in poor operation of the process. The coordination between District Heads, Service Branches, and District Level Agencies has not been in accordance with the work program. The community in Wasior District lacks education, rendering them devoid of authority and unable to make informed decisions on development programs that align with their specific requirements. There has been a deficiency in the implementation of efficient village administration and direction for community institutions. Government-led development initiatives have overwhelmingly overshadowed ongoing development efforts in the last 5 years, neglecting the aspirations and requirements of local communities. Community property ownership policies impede both economic progress and community involvement
