The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of effective communication by strengthening risk management in the inpatient ward of RSU X Padang City. This study used a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach. Researchers conducted semi-structured interviews with 16 informants, document reviews, and observations. The results of the study showed that the role of HR factors in effective communication was not optimal, cooperation within the unit was quite good, the role of management and the hospital environment was not optimal, the role of risk management was not optimal, and the impact of effective communication could improve the achievement of IMP-RS, facilitate the delivery of patient conditions, and minimize errors in providing therapy or medication to patients so that patient quality and safety are guaranteed. It is recommended that the implementation of effective communication always be improved with improvement efforts, namely completing facilities and infrastructure, implementing socialization and training, monitoring and evaluation, and implementing risk management programs
The Role of Financial Literacy and Digital Innovation in Enhancing SME Performance
This study investigates how Financial Literacy and Digital Innovation contribute to the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). It fills a gap in empirical research concerning the effects of financial literacy and digital innovation on MSME growth. A conceptual framework grounded in agency theory has been established. The research involved distributing 200 questionnaires to MSME stakeholders in Sidenreng Rappang District, South Sulawesi. Data was gathered through surveys and analyzed using multiple regression to evaluate the influence and interaction of these two factors on MSME performance. Hypotheses were tested via multiple linear regression to assess how independent variables affect the dependent variable. The results show that both financial literacy and digital innovation have a significant individual impact on MSME performance. Moreover, the interaction of financial literacy and digital innovation also positively influences MSME performance. These findings are anticipated to offer valuable insights for policymakers in crafting programs that enhance MSME growth through improved financial literacy and digital innovation. Additionally, academics can further contribute to the advancement of new theories and knowledge in this area. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Digital Innovation, SME Performance
Strategy of Implementing Blue Economy Policy in Developing Marine Tourism
The researchers evaluate how Blue Economy principles apply during the development of marine tourism activities in Makassar City Indonesia. This study uses qualitative case methods alongside Mintzberg’s strategic dimensions: plan, pattern, position, perspective, and play for examining marine tourism governance over institutions and between communities and policy structures. Interviews with government officials alongside community leaders and tourism stakeholders together with field observation and document evaluation served as the data collection methods. Data shows that institutional bodies have started adopting Blue Economy principles yet its practical implementation continues to remain scattered. The absence of legal norms and insufficient regulatory framework exists while stakeholders play unclear roles and environment sustainability takes a backseat priority to quantitative performance targets. The responsible development practices initiated by communities and NGOs create a foundation linking with Blue Economy concepts even though their work remains informal and separate from official programs. The analysis exposes major strategic differences between actors together with a need for tactical fixes because organized plans are missing
Analysis of Cleaning Service Work Postures to Reduce Musculoskeletal Injuries with the Posture Evaluation Index Approach
Ergonomics is one of the important concepts to be applied in the work environment in achieving occupational safety and health. Work postures during work that arise due to the active movement of several limbs with postures that are not ergonomic can pose a risk to workers. Musculoskeletal injuries generally occur due to excessive muscle contractions due to poor work attitudes and the provision of workloads that are too heavy with a long duration of loading. With the aim of this study is to determine the correct work posture using the Posture Evaluation Index so as to prevent and reduce Musculoskeletal injuries in Cleaning Service Employees at Hang Tuah 5 Sidoarjo High School. With the method used is PEI, which is a score parameter in the assessment of work postures included in the OWAS method and integrated with other studies such as RULA and REBA. In this study with a total of 10 employees in lifting gallons / goods, it can be seen that the unergonomic work posture resulted in a PEI value of 2.791 including the high category and improvements must be made immediately in the workplace area

The Influence of Product and Price on Consumer Repurchase Interest at 012 Roastery
Roastery is a business to improve the quality of coffee beans to be produced, this study was conducted to determine the factors that influence products and prices on consumer repurchase interest in Roastery in Pontianak City, This study uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire tool with a research sample of 100 respondents. The characteristics of respondents in this study are dominated by young people with an age range of 25-29 years. The data analysis technique used is linearity test analysis (Product and Repurchase Interest). Based on this study, it shows that products and prices have multiple linear regression equations that mutually influence product sales and purchases with the results of multiple linear regression tests with a constant value of 1.468, a product regression coefficient value of 0.251 and a price regression coefficient value of 0.353 it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient value is 0.851, this shows that the relationship between product variables (x1) and price (X2) and Repurchase Interest (Y) is very strong in influencing each other with an interval of 0.80 - 1,000. This can be grouped into 3 factors: Quality products, prices that are acceptable to all groups, strategic locations are factors that can be considered by the Roastery
