Relationship between Hemodialysis Duration, Hemoglobin, and Creatinine of Hemodialysis Erythropoietin Vaccinated Patients with Covid-19
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is an abnormality of kidney function and structure, where the glomerular filtration rate is less than 60 mL/min/1.73 m² and kidney damage lasts more than 3 months. The purpose of the study was to clarify the relationship between the length of hemodialysis with Hemoglobin and Creatinine in Hemodialysis patients. The research design used was prospective and retrospective cohort. Retrospective for the period January 2022-January 2023, while for the prospective period February-April 2024. The sample size in this study using convinienvce sampling technique was 259. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between the length of hemodialysis with hemoglobin and creatinine levels with a P-value of 0.001 <0.05
Optimization of Production Capacity Jumbo Bag by Method Theory of Constraints
PT. XYZ is a company engaged in production jumbo bag with a capacity of 500–2000 kg. Increased demand occurred in jumbo bag with a capacity of 500 kg which causes problems in the production process, especially at work stations Cutting (SK-4), which experienced obstacles in the form of bottleneck due to limited resource capacity. This condition hampers efficiency and productivity, so that companies are unable to meet production targets during the period May to October 2024. This research aims to optimize production capacity jumbo bag by applying Theory of Constraints (TOC) through approach Drum-Buffer-Rope And Linear Programming which is processed using software POM-QM. Research stages include identification constraint, exploitation constraint, non-subordinatin constraint, as well as elevation constraint. From the results of this research, a solution was obtained in the form of addition shift work at the station Cutting (SK-4) through reduction shift at the station Needle Loom (SK-3) without reducing the number of operators, managed to increase the efficiency of the production process significantly. The implementation results show an increase in production time capacity from 129511 minutes to 291399.8 minutes (an increase of 26%) as well as an increase output production of 1,476 unit to 3,320 unit. Thus, the company managed to overcome obstacles bottleneck, increase operational productivity, and achieve predetermined production targets more optimally
Design of a Web-Based Point of Sale System for Warung Bakso Megaria
Warung Bakso Megaria, like many other eateries, still relies on manual transaction processes that are prone to errors and time-consuming. This can hinder operational efficiency and customer experience. To address these issues and enhance competitiveness in the digital era, this study aims to design an integrated POS system for Warung Bakso Megaria. The POS system designed in this study offers several advantages: improving operational efficiency, minimizing errors, enhancing customer experience, providing accurate sales data, and increasing competitiveness. The study employs the Waterfall method from the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as its framework. The POS system is designed considering the needs and scale of Warung Bakso Megaria's business. System testing was conducted using the blackbox method and the System Usability Scale. The outcome of this research is an information system that has undergone two stages of testing. The first test used the blackbox method to validate features through input and output processes, yielding valid results in ten tests. The second test employed the System Usability Scale, achieving a score of 70, which falls into the "Good" category (scale 68-80) and is deemed acceptable
Design of a Web-Based Bus Rental Information System for PO Dika Trans
Information technology is developing rapidly and has an impact on almost every area of life, one of these information media is the Internet. The progress of the times has had an indirect impact on the world of transactions, namely changing the transaction system from conventional to online, therefore there are several business opportunities that are exploited by individuals or companies in Indonesia. PO Dika Trans is a domestic company domiciled in Klaten Regency, operating in the transportation sector. This research aims to design and implement a web-based information system at PO Dika Trans. The use of technology is expected to provide convenience in all aspects and provide expansion of the company's promotional network at relatively low costs. This research uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model method. The waterfall model was chosen because it has structured and sequential stages. Testing uses the blackbox method and usability scale system. The system's expected results can be realized and easily accessed by users

Evaluation of Bureaucratic Simplification Performance: Institutional, Human Resources, and Administrative Practices Analysis in Achieving Good Governance in Indonesia
Bureaucratic reform is a strategic step toward achieving effective and efficient governance. One key focus is simplifying bureaucracy by transitioning structural positions to functional ones, as mandated in Presidential Regulation No. 18 of 2020 on the 2020–2024 RPJMN. This study employs a descriptive method with a literature study approach to analyze the implementation of this policy in institutional, human resources (HR), and administrative management aspects. The analysis highlights three main challenges. First, institutional changes often lead to function duplication and workload misalignment. Second, in the HR aspect, gaps in ASN competency for functional roles persist, alongside negative perceptions of these positions. Third, while digitalization accelerates work processes, ASN performance management remains suboptimal. To address these challenges, a holistic approach is recommended to design adaptive policies that enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability. Bureaucratic reform must remain focused on improving the quality of public services, ensuring governance achieves its ultimate goal

Evaluation of the Implementation of the Special Allocation Fund Policy in Elementary School Education
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) policy in the field of education, especially in elementary schools, which is applied to improve the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure. DAK is expected to help the government in providing better educational facilities, but its implementation still faces various obstacles. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods and documentation studies as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of DAK policies has had a positive impact on the development of elementary school infrastructure, including classroom renovation and the provision of learning tools. However, there are several obstacles faced, including delays in disbursement of funds, lack of transparency in budget management, administrative difficulties, and geographical obstacles that interfere with the smooth implementation of the program. These findings indicate the need to simplify administrative mechanisms and improve coordination between the central government, regions, and schools. In addition, supervision and accountability in the use of funds also need to be improved so that the main objectives of the DAK policy can be achieved optimally. This research is expected to provide useful recommendations for improving the implementation of DAK policies in basic education in the future

The Influence of Working Capital on MSME Sustainability with Liquidity Level as a Mediator
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a crucial pillar of Indonesia's economy, significantly contributing to the national GDP and absorbing the majority of the workforce. However, MSMEs face various challenges, particularly related to limited working capital and liquidity issues, which can threaten their business continuity. This study aims to analyze the impact of working capital on the sustainability of MSMEs, as well as the role of liquidity as a mediator in this relationship. Additionally, the study explores external factors, such as government policies and market changes, that influence MSME sustainability. Using a literature review method, this research examines previous studies on working capital management, liquidity, and external factors that support MSME sustainability. The findings indicate that well-managed working capital facilitates operations and enhances MSME competitiveness, while adequate liquidity functions as a crucial link ensuring business continuity. External factors, such as government policies, also play a significant role in creating an ecosystem that supports MSME growth. Therefore, this study suggests that MSMEs optimize their working capital management, improve financial literacy, and leverage financial technology to maintain business continuity. Furthermore, adequate policy support is essential to create a conducive environment for MSMEs
