Reservation Information System Using Best-Fit Algorithm at Coworking Space Nutrihub Makassar
Coworking space, is a phenomenon that introduces a modern way of working with flexibility and collaboration. With the establishment of Nutrihub Makassar Coworking space by Nutrifood, there is an opportunity to build extensive partnerships in an organized work atmosphere. The problem faced by Nutrihub Makassar Coworking Space is the reservation system that still uses WhatsApp, which has limitations in presenting information. The reservation process requires the exchange of details such as date, time, number of guests, and special requirements. In chat format, this information is difficult to organize properly, less efficient can result in suboptimal scheduling, with the risk of disrupting the event or service. A careful approach is needed in managing reservations to overcome these challenges. This study uses a system design method that includes needs analysis, system design, and implementation. And illustrates that the implementation of a reservation system using the best fit algorithm in coworking space can have a positive impact, such as optimizing space utilization, increasing operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. During the testing process, this system has been thoroughly tested using black box and System Usability Scale (SUS) testing. The results of the black box test show that this system runs well and is in accordance with user expectations. The results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test showed a final result of 83.75 and obtained an Acceptability Range of “Acceptable”. This shows that the usability or usefulness of the reservation information system at the Nutrihub Makassar coworking space is feasible to use and can be applied well to users
Analysis of the Causes of Investment Weakness in Kertajati Aerocity Business District
This study investigates physical issues and proposed improvement solutions in the development of the business district in Kertajati Aerocity. A mixed-method approach was aplied, combining qualitative descriptive statistics with the quantitative Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The findings reveal two key physical issues contributing to the investment weakness in the Kertajati Aerocity Business District: accessibility and public facilities. Among these, issues related to public facilities were identified as having a higher priority (eigenvalue 0.595) compared to accessibility issues (eigenvalue 0.405). The public facilities problem specifically refers to the absence of entertainment facilities in the business district. Meanwhile, the accessibility issue pertains to limited road network provision. Proposed solutions to address the lack of entertainment facilities include the construction of entertainment infrastructure and partnerships or collaborations with investors. For the accessibility issue, suggested improvements involve building new road networks, prioritizing road development, and fostering collaborative investment schemes
Charles Sanders Peirce Semiotic Analysis of Documentary Film Dirty Vote
The documentary entitled "Dirty Vote" which was delivered directly by three constitutional law experts and aired during the quiet period of the 2024 presidential election has been watched 9.6 million times on the youtube channel of the Indonesian Center for Law and Policy Studies. This film attracted the attention of the Indonesian people at that time, because this film discussed the analysis of fraud by the country's political actors during the 2024 presidential campaign. However, the movie not only highlighted the problems that occurred during the election process, but also provided space to explore possible solutions to overcome these challenges. Therefore, this research aims to look at the reality, representation, and ideology as well as the signs used by the film director in packaging this movie. This research uses Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis that puts forward Reality, Representation, and Ideology in each scene analyzed. The results showed that researchers found three different scenes that were explained in detail with specific signs. Starting from the opening scene and the introduction of the main character, political campaigns and political scandals. All signs contained in this movie have their own meaning
Semantics of Tradition-Based Bags and Their Application as a Complement to Fashion
This study aims to provide an overview of traditional bags in several regions in Indonesia, as well as perceptions (semantics) related to the suitability between shapes and colors when bags (traditional bags) are used with the main clothing as a complement to the fashion. This study uses a qualitative method, where the researcher focuses on understanding and trying to interpret the events that occur along with interaction with the subject from the researcher's point of view. The research techniques carried out are through observation to several related sources, conducting interviews with users and taking documentation for a visual analysis. The conclusion of this study is in the form of a simulation shown through images/visuals by trying to combine the bag with the color that represents the traditional bag when used in the main fashion with various possibilities of visual combinations. The results of the simulation in the form of visual combinations were then cross-checked with data from several related research sources as well as research references about color combinations and then the results became a conclusion from this study
Servant Leadership and Innovative Work Behavior: The Role of Meaningful Work and Strengths Use
Amidst the current high global dynamics and volatility, BUMN as the spearhead of the national economy needs to strengthen its performance through innovation. However, innovation itself is still a challenge that needs to be overcome by BUMN to maximize its potential. This study aims to examine the mediating role of meaningfulness of work in the relationship between service leadership and employee innovative behavior, as well as the moderating role of the use of power. The measuring instruments used in this study consisted of a scale of innovative work behavior (α = 0.954), service leadership (α = 0.771), meaningfulness of work (α = 0.925), and use of power (α = 0.893). This study involved 366 BUMN employees who had direct superiors and were aged 20-40 years, and were selected using convenience sampling techniques. Data analysis using the PROCESS model 4 and model 14 procedures showed that meaningfulness of work mediated the relationship between service leadership and innovative work behavior. However, this study did not find a moderating effect of the use of power on the mediation effect

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a pleasant learning and learning atmosphere so that students actively develop their potential. The philosophy of Islamic education is a concept of thinking about education that originates or is based on the teachings of the Islamic religion. The research used in this article is a library research approach or qualitative literature review. This method is carried out by analyzing or searching for objects such as books, articles, scientific journals, documents and other relevant literature to be used as references. This research discusses the urgency of education for humans and a comparison between classical and contemporary Islamic educational philosophy. Education is a basic human need. This is in line with education that will never end, so being an educated person is very important. Education has its own influence on life now and in the future. There are many influences resulting from education itself, education can also influence social strata in society, the higher a person's education, the better the views and things that a person will achieve. When Islamic education during the time of Rasulullah and Khulafa al-Rasyidin placed more emphasis on cultivating faith, sharia and morals as the basis for developing the people, classical Islamic education reached its peak during the reign of the Abbasids, which was characterized by openness to foreign culture and thought. Genital Herpes In Pregnancy-A Literature Review
The hospital is one of the institutions engaged in health services. The main indicator of the standard of a health facility and is a measure of the quality of service, low customer satisfaction will have an impact on the number of visits that will affect the profitability of health facilities. This study aims to determine the effect of quality and the dominant variables that affect service on patient satisfaction at the Haji-Medan Hospital in 2020. The quantitative research was conducted through an analytical survey research approach with a cross sectional study approach. Testing through logistic regression on the independent variables, namely; Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangible from the respondents' questionnaire data as many as 80 samples. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on patient satisfaction from four variables, namely; reliability p value 0.020 (p < 0.05), responsiveness p value 0.038 (p < 0.05), empathy p value 0.000 (p < 0.05), p value tangible 0.001 (p < 0.05). Assurance variable, the quality of health services has no effect on patient satisfaction with a p value of 0.332 (p> 0.05). The dominant variable affecting patient satisfaction is the empathy variable. It is recommended to improve services from the aspect of assurance in order to increase patient confidence in getting services so that patients can feel satisfied with the services provided
Validity and Reliability Test of the Office Syndrome Screening Questionnaire
Office Syndrome is increasingly common due to sedentary work environments and inadequate ergonomic practices. This condition is characterized by a variety of symptoms, such as musculoskeletal pain, visual fatigue, sensory disturbances, sleep disturbances, and mental stress, which impact workers’ health and reduce productivity. However, the assessment of this condition is often hampered by the lack of comprehensive and standardized measurement tools. This study aims to develop and test the validity and reliability of an office syndrome screening questionnaire that covers seven dimensions: physical pain, muscle fatigue, visual fatigue, sensory disturbances, decreased productivity, sleep disturbances, and mental stress. The study was conducted cross-sectionally involving 47 office workers in the Jababeka area, Cikarang, who met the inclusion criteria. Data were collected using a questionnaire that was filled out independently via Google Form. Validity testing was carried out using Pearson correlation analysis (items are valid if r > 0.3 and p < 0.05), while reliability testing used Cronbach’s Alpha (reliable if α > 0.7). The results showed that all items had a significant correlation to the total score (p < 0.05), with correlation values ranging from 0.416 to 0.697. The highest correlation was found in the items "Decreased work efficiency" (r = 0.697) and "Difficulty concentrating" (r = 0.673), while the item "Muscle tension" had the lowest correlation (r = 0.416) but was still valid. The overall Cronbach's Alpha was 0.745, indicating good reliability. This screening questionnaire was proven to be valid and reliable to measure symptoms of office syndrome comprehensively
The Nurses’ Mental Burden in Utilizing Electronic Medical Records in Hospitals
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) revolutionize patient information management in healthcare but pose challenges for nurses, who play a crucial role in their utilization. Despite perceived benefits, nurses face significant mental burdens navigating these systems, requiring tailored strategies for successful integration. This article explores nurses' challenges with EMRs and proposes solutions to alleviate their burden while ensuring efficient patient care. This study employed a systematic literature review following the PRISMA method. Conducting searches across databases Scopus and PubMed using keywords “electronic medical record” and “nurse”. Total of 22 selected articles show that Nurses' cognitive challenges with EMRs in hospitals stem from design complexities, impacting workflow and decision-making, exacerbated by factors like experience levels and external events like the COVID-19 pandemic, while usability, system quality, and participatory design approaches can mitigate stressors and enhance nurses' engagement and efficiency. Nurses' EMR experiences impact their well-being and patient care. Addressing these challenges requires optimizing design, usability, training, and support. Supporting nurses in EMR use enhances patient care and well-being, necessitating ongoing research and collaboration for improvement
The Influence of Smoking Habits on the Incidence of Prostate Carcinoma
Adenocarcinoma is the most common type of prostate cancer, caused by the abnormal growth of prostate gland cells. Prostate cancer ranks as the second most common cancer in men globally and is the fifth leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Smoking is identified as a significant risk factor for prostate cancer due to carcinogens such as cadmium and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which can damage DNA and increase oxidative stress. This study used a cross-sectional design with 92 patients at Dr. Pirngadi Hospital in Medan to analyze the relationship between smoking habits and the incidence of prostate carcinoma. The results show a significant association between smoking and an increased risk of prostate cancer, with a p-value of < 0.001. The study also found a significant effect of the Brinkman Index, which measures the intensity of smoking habits, on the degree of differentiation of prostate carcinoma (p < 0.001). These findings highlight the importance of early detection and public education on the dangers of smoking in preventing prostate cancer
