The Effect of Customer Experience and Live Music Event Promotion on Bajawa Consumer Loyalty
Bajawa Café, which carries the theme of an ethnic modern coffee shop, is a café that highlights the culture of NTT (East Nusa Tenggara) and introduces it to urban communities in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi). The café’s ambiance is traditional, with a strong Flores cultural nuance. This study aims to measure the influence of customer experience and live music event promotion on consumer loyalty at Bajawa Flores Café as an ethnic brand. The literature review of this research refers to the Elaboration Likelihood Theory (ELT). A sociopsychological research tradition is employed in this study. This research uses a descriptive approach with quantitative methods. The basic assumption of ELT is the study of persuasion, as it predicts when and how a person may or may not change their opinion (be persuaded) by a message or argument they receive. This study adopts a positivist paradigm to describe and explain social life, events, and human behavior. The research was conducted by visiting Bajawa Café to observe firsthand the cultural elements embedded in its exterior and interior, such as symbols, images, merchandise, entertainment offerings, and other aspects discovered during the visit. Questionnaires were distributed as primary data sources. Secondary data for this research included literature studies from books, scientific journals, online news articles, and verified internet sources. This study is expected to contribute to the development of marketing communication strategies that blend modern and traditional themes by measuring the influence of customer experience and live music event promotion on consumer loyalty at Bajawa Flores Café as an ethnic brand
The Impact of Learning Environment and Study Discipline on Social Studies Learning Motivation among Primary School Students
This study aims to examine the impact of the Learning Environment and Study Discipline on Social Studies Learning Motivation among fifth-grade students at State Elementary School Gugus I, South Kota District, Gorontalo. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory design, the study seeks to analyze the relationship between these two factors and students' learning motivation. A survey method was employed with a questionnaire distributed to 41 students selected through purposive sampling. The validity and reliability tests showed that the instruments used in this study are valid and reliable. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the Learning Environment has a greater impact on students' learning motivation than Study Discipline, although both factors have a significant influence. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.956 indicates that over 95% of the variation in Social Studies learning motivation can be explained by these two variables. This study concludes that a conducive Learning Environment and the development of good Study Discipline play a crucial role in enhancing students' learning motivation. Creating a positive and well-organized learning environment not only affects students' engagement in learning but also improves their academic achievements, especially in Social Studies. Therefore, improving both factors is expected to have a positive impact on students' motivation and academic performance at the primary education level
Educational Policy and Curriculum Innovation: A Study on Impactful Learning in Primary Schools
This study focuses on the implications of Kurikulum Merdeka to pedagogical delivery and student motivation in primary schools and the subjective institutional and infrastructural environment through which it is carried out. As it uses a convergent mixed-methods design, the study combines environmental scans administered to 100 teachers and 20 principals with qualitative classroom observations and interviews of urban and rural schools in Kendari. The results show that even though several teachers support the declared goals of practitioner-led, situation-based learning of the curriculum, the level of its implementation is strongly subject to the long-term professional growth of the teachers as well as enough availability of materials. The urban schools associate with more effective learning patterns, reinforced with better infrastructure and collaborative pedagogy ethic, and the rural teachers often establish a tradeoff against pedagogical change. Qualitative reviews show that once learners are involved in authentic and community-oriented activities, their agency, ethical sensibility, and learning self-regulation increase. Nevertheless, the results still hang uncertainly on the conditions, evenly and otherwise distributed, that are their conditions. This research supports the argument that the success of the Independent Curriculum ultimately depends not only on particular design features but also on the systematic appreciation of the teacher, fair learning conditions offered and the development of the school culture that does not treat innovation as an invariable prescription
The Impact of Andesite Mining Activities on Environmental, Social and Economic Conditions of the Community
Mining activities, which play a vital role in fulfilling Indonesia's mineral resource needs, are expected to contribute to the improvement of community welfare. According to Law No. 3 of 2020, the management of mineral and coal resources is aimed, among other objectives, at increasing the income of local communities, regional governments, and the state, as well as creating job opportunities through the implementation of Community Development and Empowerment (PPM) programs. However, in practice, the involvement of mining companies in Semarang Regency remains limited and tends to focus on short-term economic interests that lack sustainability. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method to evaluate the impact of andesite mining activities on the environmental, social, and economic conditions of communities in the ring I area, specifically in Karangjati Subdistrict, Bergas District, Semarang Regency. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 44 respondents and analyzed using the Likert scale. The research findings indicated that the average scores for the environmental, economic, and social aspects were 3.29, 3.21, and 3.14, respectively. These results suggest that community perceptions of the impacts of mining activities fall within a moderate category. It can be concluded that the community does not perceive significant negative environmental impacts from mining activities, reflecting that the company has carried out environmental management and monitoring (UKL-UPL) optimally, in accordance with environmental quality standards and applicable regulations. In terms of the social aspect, the community tends not to experience noticeable changes as a result of mining operations
Sustainability Entrepreneurship Strategy in Increasing the Sustainability and Competitiveness of the Cocoa Industry
The cocoa industry is undergoing complex market dynamics driven by increasing global awareness of sustainability issues. Sustainable entrepreneurship has emerged as a strategic approach to balancing economic performance, environmental protection, and social equity. This study aims to examine the key factors influencing the sustainability of the cocoa industry from a sustainable entrepreneurship perspective and to analyze its impact on economic, social, and environmental outcomes. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, with data analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that all measurement indicators exhibit outer loading values exceeding 0.70, confirming acceptable convergent validity. Sustainable entrepreneurship demonstrates a strong and statistically significant effect on the overall sustainability of the cocoa sector. Specifically, its application leads to enhanced business efficiency, improved social welfare, and greater adoption of environmentally responsible practices. Moreover, the high R² values for the sustainability constructs suggest that sustainable entrepreneurship serves as a major explanatory variable for performance across all three dimensions. These findings highlight the strategic role of sustainable entrepreneurship in fostering a resilient and sustainable cocoa industry. The implications provide valuable insights for policymakers, industry actors, and stakeholders in developing sustainability oriented cocoa agribusiness models
Study of Sebuku River Water Quality and Public Perception of PT ABC's Mining Activities
The Sebuku River has an important role for the life of flora, fauna, and local communities in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. Mining activities in this area raise concerns about potential water pollution. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of mining activities on the water quality of the Sebuku River. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling at five observation stations between ST-1 and ST-5 based on predetermined coordinate points. The parameters tested included temperature, TSS, pH, DO, BOD, COD, NO₃, PO₄, CN⁻, and fecal coliform. The analysis method referred to SNI and the results are compared with class II river water quality standards in Appendix VI of Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2021. The results of the analysis showed that the TSS level of all stations exceeded the quality standard as the majority of respondents who stated that it was cloudy, but the level tended to decrease downstream. The highest COD parameters were detected in ST-2. This is supported by the value of the Pollution Index (PI) that indicated it as the primary pollution source from mining activities. The rest of the parameters are still within the permissible limits. Overall, the water quality of the Sebuku River is still classified as moderate based on the value of the Water Quality Index (WQI)

Incidence of Maxillofacial Trauma at Royal Prima Hospital
A study investigated the prevalence rates together with the sociodemographic features and the types of maxillofacial fractures and their causes for patients seeking treatment at Royal Prima Hospital in Medan during 2021–2023. This research employed a cross-sectional descriptive observational design using data retrieved from past records which documented 26 maxillofacial trauma patients. Selection of proper cases followed a purposive sampling method. The researchers used descriptive statistics in combination with cross-tabulations to evaluate associations among variables including gender distribution and patient age as well as fracture type and trauma etiology. The population of male patients exceeded females (69.2%) at a rate of 42.3% within the 11–20-year age category. Traffical accidents represented the primary reason behind traumatic injuries (61.5%) which mostly happened during motorcycle accidents. Lesions of the Le Fort I region of the maxilla occurred in 38.5 percent of cases and became the most prevalent fracture type. Hospital admission occurred for 65.4% of patients while surgical treatment became necessary for almost half of the total patients. The management of trauma patients became more complicated because 38.5% of patients presented systemic injuries with their facial trauma. Traffic accidents caused most of the maxillofacial trauma cases which mainly affected young male individuals at Royal Prima Hospital. The most common confrontational facial fracture presented as Le Fort I types among patients. The results demonstrate an immediate demand to create specific public health programs together with intensified traffic regulations and improved trauma medical systems in order to decrease facial injuries and achieve better patient recovery
