    No full text
This study aims to explore the influence of emotional service experience and responsiveness satisfaction on purchasing decisions in a service context, using a case study of Mie Gacoan in 2025. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, in which 100 Mie Gacoan customer respondents were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a semantic differential scale ranging from 1 to 7 to measure the variables. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the instrument. Furthermore, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and significance tests (t-test and F-test) were conducted to test the hypotheses. The results showed that emotional service experience and responsiveness satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Emotional service experience emerged as a stronger predictor, highlighting the importance of creating a positive emotional impression in service delivery. Responsiveness satisfaction measured through speed, availability, convenience, and empathy also contributed significantly to driving customer purchasing decisions. This study emphasizes that in highly competitive service industries, such as the food and beverage sector, enhancing emotional aspects and responsiveness of service can substantially improve customer purchasing decisions. These findings provide practical implications for service providers to focus not only on product quality, but also on emotional engagement and responsiveness in interactions with customers

This study aims to examine the direct influence of compensation, employee performance, and organizational commitment, as well as the indirect influence of compensation and competence, mediated by organizational commitment, at the Gerindra Party Branch Office in Demak Regency. This is due to several factors, including the substandard quality of human resources, as evidenced by the presence of the smart system, which has led to poor employee performance. Employee competencies in skills, knowledge, and attitude are still relatively low, given that most employees have a high school education background compared to diploma and bachelor's degrees. Compensation related to bonuses received by these employees is very low, impacting their performance. Difficulty using the smart system application has resulted in a decline in legislative candidate performance in increasing both candidate and party votes. Employee organizational commitment is suboptimal. The research method used is an associative quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population in this study was all 70 employees of the Demak Branch Office. The sampling technique was saturated sampling. The data collection process used a questionnaire administered to 70 respondents. This study employed linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that compensation significantly influences employee performance. Competence significantly influences employee performance, organizational commitment significantly influences employee performance, compensation significantly influences organizational commitment, competence significantly influences organizational commitment, organizational commitment can mediate the effect of compensation on competence, and organizational commitment can mediate the effect of competence on employee performanc

This study aims to analyze the effect of maintenance costs on the welfare of cocoa farmers in Manyamba Village, Tammerodo Sendana District, and to examine the role of cocoa productivity as a moderating variable in this relationship. The research method used a quantitative approach with a population of 60 cocoa farmers who also served as the research sample. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) technique. The results showed that maintenance costs had a positive and significant effect on farmer welfare. Cocoa productivity was also shown to have a significant positive effect on improving welfare. However, the results of the moderation effect test showed that productivity did not play a significant role in strengthening or weakening the relationship between maintenance costs and farmer welfare. These findings confirm that efforts to improve farmer welfare depend not only on managing maintenance costs and productivity, but also require support from other external factors such as access to financing, agricultural technology, and government policies
