Get PDFYouth play a vital role in the development of a nation. Those with high levels of productivity need to be facilitated and empowered so that their potential can be maximized. Digital literacy has now become an essential skill not only for academics but also for the general public. A strong understanding of digital literacy is necessary to optimize the use of text, numerical data, and technology in both learning and daily activities. The implementation of this program involves the participation of mosque youth groups in addressing existing challenges, particularly the need for training on the use of technology that can generate positive impacts. The methods applied include observation, socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The evaluation through discussion revealed the enthusiasm of the partners in participating in the training activities. Meanwhile, the questionnaire results indicated that the partners recognized the benefits of the program and the supporting facilities provided for digital literacy activities, with a satisfaction rate of 100%

Get PDFThe escalation of the Russia–Ukraine conflict in February 2022 catalyzed a profound energy crisis across Europe, exposing the structural vulnerabilities of the European Union (EU) resulting from its acute dependency on Russian fossil fuel imports. According to data from the European Commission and the International Energy Agency (IEA), Russia supplied approximately 40% of the EU’s natural gas prior to the conflict—a condition that fundamentally destabilized regional energy security and economic stability. This study analyzes the EU’s strategic responses to the crisis and evaluates the efficacy of these policies in mitigating energy reliance on Russia. Employing a qualitative descriptive-analytical framework, the research synthesizes secondary data from international institutional reports and academic literature on energy geopolitics. The findings demonstrate that through supply diversification, the acceleration of the renewable energy transition, enhanced energy efficiency, and strengthened regional solidarity—specifically via the REPowerEU initiative and the Green Deal Industrial Plan—the EU successfully reduced its dependence on Russian energy to below 10% during the 2022–2023 period. Oil imports from Russia also dropped from 27% to 6%, while coal imports fell to zero. These results indicate that the energy crisis served as a critical driver for regional policy transformation, notwithstanding persistent challenges such as high transition costs and disparate adaptation capacities among member states

Get PDFLaw No. 23/2014 mandates public order and ‘ketenteraman’ (Trantibum) as a basic service but critically fails to provide an operational definition. This absence creates a fundamental legal gap, resulting in regulatory confusion, arbitrary enforcement, and significant human rights risks. Academic discourse mirrors this failure by focusing on the technical implementation by apparatuses like Satpol PP, rather than the conceptual void. This effectively normalizes discretionary power and equates Trantibum with social control. This study aims to fill this gap by reconstructing the meaning of Trantibum. Using a qualitative method with discourse analysis on regulations and scientific literature, the study presents key findings. First, the \u27public\u27 dimension of Trantibum refers to a governance dimension that necessitates accountability, transparency, and the rule of law. Second, \u27public order\u27 operates through two power relations: necessary standardization and high-risk securitization, which treats issues as security threats. Third, \u27tranquility\u27 is a subjective state of psychological well-being reconstructed through tranquility (democratic public space), composure (collective balance against threats), and serenity (religious freedom). The study concludes that realizing Trantibum as a basic service requires a paradigm shift from apparatus-centered control toward safeguarding democratic values, promoting a positive security discourse, and protecting religious freedom, in line with the principles of human security, which place individual well-being at the center of national security

Get PDFPenelitian ini mengkaji tindak pidana pemalsuan dokumen berupa laporan penilaian aset yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP), yang diatur secara hukum dalam Pasal 263 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP). Laporan penilaian aset adalah dokumen resmi yang memainkan peran penting dalam transaksi ekonomi, seperti pembiayaan bank, perpajakan, dan akuisisi aset. Namun, dalam praktiknya, dokumen ini sering dimanipulasi atau dipalsukan untuk kepentingan tertentu, yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian hukum dan finansial bagi pihak lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dan pendekatan kasus untuk menganalisis regulasi hukum serta pertanggungjawaban pidana terkait pemalsuan laporan penilaian aset. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan penilaian aset yang dipalsukan dapat memenuhi unsur-unsur tindak pidana berdasarkan Pasal 263 KUHP, terutama jika dibuat dengan niat jahat untuk menipu atau menguntungkan pihak tertentu. Selain itu, pelanggaran terhadap Standar Penilaian Indonesia (SPI) dan Kode Etik Penilai Indonesia (KEPI) menjadi landasan untuk pertanggungjawaban pidana dan administratif, baik bagi individu maupun korporasi. Penegakan hukum yang konsisten diperlukan untuk menjaga integritas profesi penilai dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem pembuktian hukum di Indonesia
Self-Reflection in Purchasing Decisions: A Study Narrative on the Psychological Meaning of Consumption
Get PDFIn modern life, filled with symbols, trends, and digital exposure, purchasing is no longer simply a matter of fulfilling daily needs. This study examines how purchasing decisions serve not only to fulfill needs but also as a way for consumers to express their identity and construct a psychological sense of who they are. Using a qualitative descriptive narrative approach, this study explores the subjective experiences of three participants who consciously choose certain products to represent their personal values and the social image they desire to project. The results show that the decision to purchase an Osprey bag, Rubtrack shoes, and Mykonos perfume reflects different psychological needs, such as self- actualization, utilitarian values, and the need for social recognition and appreciation. These findings confirm that consumption is a meaningful psychological and social practice, reflecting not only economic preferences but also a role in the formation of self-narratives, social integration, and individual strategies for presenting their identities to others
The Role of Position Analysis in Improving Employee Performance in the Organization
Get PDFThis study aims to review and analyze the role of job analysis in improving employee performance by incorporating psychological safety as an essential factor within the Productivity and Psychology perspective. The research employed a literature review method by examining ten relevant articles on job analysis published between 2019 and 2024, along with three additional studies discussing psychological safety in organizational settings. The findings indicate that job analysis significantly enhances employee performance by providing clear job descriptions, responsibilities, and job specifications that align with individual competencies. Research related to psychological safety reveals that a mentally safe work environment increases employees\u27 creative self-efficacy, innovative behavior, and sense of meaningful work. Psychological safety also strengthens employee motivation and engagement, enabling them to perform their roles more effectively. Therefore, an integrated approach that combines accurate job analysis with strong psychological safety practices serves as a strategic foundation for improving employee performance, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness

Psychologically, source credibility, self- congruence, and social trust are the triggers for buying decisions. No full textThe practice of abstaining is still a massive phenomenon that occurs during the election season in Indonesia. In fact, data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that the number of people who abstained in 2019 was 34.75 million or around 18.02% of the total registered voters. Meanwhile, in 2014, the number of abstainers was 58.61 million people or 30.22%. This means that citizen participation in the democratic system in Indonesia is still not good. Intentional abstention from voting is now classified as a criminal act (delict) which is expressly contained in the General Election Law Number 7 of 2017 (UU ELECTION). In its implementation, Indonesia adheres to the principle of legal fiction, where the public is assumed to know the applicable law (presumptio iures de iure). Therefore, with the provisions of regulations containing strict criminal sanctions leading up to the 2024 elections, it is hoped that citizens will become more aware and obedient to applicable laws. Criminal liability would be a solution to prevent the practice of abstaining from voting ahead of the next election

Get PDFUMKM Mie Echo Bekasi memperoduksi mie kering. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM Mie Echo Bekasi adalah ketidak pastian persediaan bahan baku tepung terigu falcon kuning dipasaran. Bahan baku tepung terigu selalu berlebih dengan nilai rata-rataa sebsar 9% selama satu tahun. Adanya biaya pemesanan yang tinggi mengakibatn kerugian pada UMKM Mie Echo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian persedian bahan baku Mie Echo dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Mengetahui berapa besar penghematan biaya persediaan pada UMKM Mie Echo Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Berdasarkan hasil analisis metode Economic Oreder Quantity (EOQ) didaptkan hasil menunjukan jumlah pemesanan bahan baku tepung terigu yang optimal pada metode EOQ yaitu total pemesanan sebesar 802 sak. Berdasarkan perhitungan Reoder Point (ROP) yaitu 365 sak dan sedangkan Safety Stock yaitu 273. Berdasarkan hasil perhitung penghematan biaya persediaan bahan baku tepung terigu menggunakan metode EOQ dibandingkan metode konvensional hemat sebesar Rp. 2.936.780
