FIFO algorithms are methods for organizing, processing, and manipulating basic data structures in computer systems. The FIFO algorithm phases in this study begin with the data preparation phase, the Gantt cart process, and finally his FIFO wait time. The result of the FIFO stage translates into creating applications using the Java programming language, Android Studio, and the FireBase database. The results of this study can be applied to his FIFO algorithm for customer queues in ordering T-shirts. A t-shirt ordering application was tested using the white box method by running the test case in four passes. All tests passed, so you can use the ordering application based on the FIFO algorithm

Champ Resto Indonesia, whether the three independent variabels contribute to employee performance or not. From the results of research conducted by the authors, it was found that a person’s leadership style in an organization or company can affect the performance of his subordinates. The leadership style variable has a t_table value of 4,106 > 1,680 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. The work environment has an effect on employee performance t_count obtained 3,274 > 1,680 as wll as a significant valued of 0,004 < 0,05. Next the training showed that the t_count value as 4,202 > 1,680 and significantly 0,000 < 0,05 partially, each independent variable had an effect on the dependent variable. And the magnitude of the calculated F value is greater than F table 32,520 > 2,82 also a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05 so it can be concluded that leadership style, work environment and training have a positive and significant impact on employee performance

Regulasi Emosi dan Parenting Stres Pada Ibu Bekerja
No full textThis study aims to empirically examine the contribution of emotional regulation to parenting stress on working mothers. The hypothesis proposed is that emotion regulation is able to predict parenting stress on working mothers. The subjects of this study were working mothers who had children with a total number of 318 mothers. The study uses two measuring instruments, Emotion Regulation Scale (Gross and John, 2003) with reliability coefficient 0.831 and Parenting Stress Scale (Berry and Jones, 1995) with reliability coefficient 0.71. Data analysis using simple regression techniques and processed using SPSS 23 for Windows. Hypothesis test results show that emotion regulation is able to predict parenting stress significantly with F = 15.838 and p = 0.000 (p <0.001). The R square value of 0.048 means that regulation of emotion is able to contribute effectively to parenting stress by 4.8%, while 95.2% is influenced by other factors

Get PDFThis research aims to find out the extent of satisfaction of visitors to the AMIK XYZ library after visiting and using the facilities in the library. So far, the AMIK XYZ library has never conducted a customer satisfaction survey regarding library services. To simulate measuring customer satisfaction, library customer service uses the Servqual Method, one of the methods used to measure customer service service gaps. The results of the simulation for measuring customer satisfaction using the SERVQUAL method, using a sample of ten respondents and only one dimension was measured, namely the Responsiveness dimension (responsiveness). Simulation results of calculations of Service Gap Responsiveness (-1.5), Providing fast service to users (-1.9), Willingness to help users (-2), Paying attention to users when informing about services (-1.6), Readiness to answer user questions (-1.9) The measurement results show that the service gap in the Responsiveness dimension is still far from the expectations of AMIK XYZ library visitors, so it must be improved by the AMIK XYZ library manager

The results of this study are (1) Utilization of child-friendly school infrastructure in supporting learning at SDN Bekasi Jaya I, namely by utilizing the classroom by arranging it as well as possible so that learning becomes fun, (2) utilization of the library space as a learning resource is also utilized by lending books to students according to their needs and then recorded and returned with a certain time limit. (3) the utilization of the uks room as a place of first aid for students is to take them to the uks room and then given medicine. While the supporting factors for facilities and infrastructure are cooperation with other parties, both internal and external parties, while the inhibiting factors for the fulfillment and utilization of infrastructure facilities are the lack of support by parents of students and limited human resources

The ability to manage emotions is needed in facing both roles at once for working students. This research aims to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and emotional regulation in working students. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation type approach with a population of Bhayangkara University students working with a sample size of 134 (N=134).
