The main objective of this activity is to comprehensively introduce various branches of engineering and related career opportunities to high school students. The activity is conducted through a series of interactive workshops, inspirational presentations by engineering professionals, and in-depth question-and-answer sessions. The engineering fields covered include Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Petroleum Engineering, providing a holistic overview of the role and contributions of engineers in society. Students gain deep insights into future prospects and the requirements needed. In conclusion, this activity significantly increased students\u27 interest and understanding of the engineering field. The recommendation is to integrate a more extensive and structured engineering career exploration program into the school curriculum to effectively guide students toward appropriate career choices

Studi Komparasi Sektor E-commerce pada Awal dan Akhir Pandemi Covid-19
Get PDFThis study examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the e-commerce sector in Indonesia by comparing its growth at the beginning and end of the pandemic. COVID-19 was first detected in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and became a global pandemic in March 2020. The pandemic affected various sectors, including the economy and business, with some sectors like e-commerce experiencing growth. This study uses a quantitative method with secondary data from "E-commerce Statistics 2020" and "E-commerce Statistics 2022" published by BPS. Data shows a significant increase in the number of e-commerce businesses, from 2,361,423 in 2020 to 2,995,986 in 2022. Correlation analysis and t-tests indicate a strong positive relationship and a significant difference in the number of e-commerce businesses between these periods. This study provides insights into the development of the e-commerce sector during the pandemic and aids stakeholders in making decisions in the post-pandemic era

Siswa memiliki kesempatan untuk menumbuhkan karakter yang positif, mengembangkan keterampilan sosial, dan mengeksplorasi potensi mereka melalui berbagai aktivitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kulitatif dengan metode studi keperpustakaan (literature review) yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah manfaat yang signifikan dari keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Manfaat ini termasuk peningkatan prestasi akademik, peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi, dan pembentukan perasaan tanggung jawab dan disiplin. Siswa dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan kemampuan mereka dengan bantuan guru dan pelatih yang berpengalaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tidak hanya membantu siswa menemukan minat dan bakat mereka, tetapi juga membangun karakter mereka

Although peer to peer lending provides convenience for borrowers (borrowers) on the other hand peer to peer lending has an impact or risk for lenders (borrowers) namely the non-return of loan funds that have been given (lenders) to borrowers through the Peer To Peer Lending organizer, the non-return of funds as agreed, is considered a default, so that the Organizer can be held for the incident. This research is a normative and descriptive analytical research using primary legal materials such as POJK Number: 77 / POJK.01 / 2016 concerning information technology-based money lending services, POJK Number 18 / POJK.07 / 2018 concerning Consumer Complaints Services in the Financial Services Sector, and POJK Number 31 / POJK.07 / 2020 concerning the Provision of Consumer and Community Services in the Financial Services Sector, and Hans Kelsen\u27s theory of responsibility. The results of this study indicate that the Theory of Responsibility initiated by Hans Kelsen says that a person is legally responsible for a certain act or that he bears legal responsibility, the subject means that he is responsible for a sanction in terms of a separating act. Hans Kelsen stresses that there must be sanctions that can be applied, the implementation of Hans Kelsen\u27s Theory of responsibility is not realized in this case, because civil sanctions in the form of compensation that should be given by the organizer to the lender are not given so that equality of action in law is not realized which should be the law can protect the injured and weak parties
Upholding Democracy Between Indonesia and South Korea In The Presidential Impeachment Mechanism From The Perspective Siyasah Dusturiyah
Get PDFMarriage This study aims to analyze and compare the mechanisms of presidential impeachment in Indonesia and South Korea in the perspective of democratic theory and siyasah dusturiyah. Although both countries embrace democracy and presidentialism, there are significant differences in the legal procedures and institutional configurations involved in impeaching the head of state. A juridical-normative approach is used with descriptive-analytical and comparative methods, accompanied by theoretical reviews from Robert A. Dahl, Larry Diamond, and Fareed Zakaria, as well as a review of political Islamic values from figures such as al-Mawardi, Ibn Taymiyyah, and al-Ghazali. The findings show that the impeachment mechanism in South Korea is more juridical and final, while Indonesia is more political and layered. From the perspective of siyasah dusturiyah, this mechanism can be seen as a modern manifestation of the principles of al-\u27azl, maslahah, and sadd al-dzari\u27ah. This study concludes that the effectiveness of impeachment in upholding democracy and justice is strongly influenced by institutional integrity and orientation towards public good, not merely formal procedures.

To overcome the problems above, a web-based information system for managing culinary food sales data using language was created. PHP and MySQL programming as a database. As a result of this research, there is a web-based culinary food sales data management information system. It is hoped that the management of culinary food sales data at the Pujasera Walet Mas Pujasera Walet Mas MSMEs in terms of sales and payment services can be served efficiently

In particular, the limited understanding of digital security poses a significant challenge, especially in RW 02, where many residents own digital devices but remain vulnerable to risks such as the misuse of personal data and online fraud. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) conducted by UBHARAJAYA as part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative aims to enhance the digital literacy skills of the local community. This program offers education on the wise, safe, and productive use of digital technology, along with training in the use of applications and social media platforms such as WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee. Furthermore, the program instills awareness of digital security risks and methods to protect personal information. It is expected that through this initiative, the residents of RW 02 will be able to optimize their use of digital technology and build a smart and resilient digital community

Get PDFThe 8th Batch of the Kampus Mengajar Program at SMPN 5 Cikarang Utara aimed to improve students’ literacy and numeracy through collaborative and innovative approaches. Implemented activities included teaching assistance, weekly reading habits, educational programs such as "Word Puzzle" and "Numeracy Egg", revitalization of the school library and bulletin board, and the organization of a Literacy and Numeracy Festival. These activities not only targeted cognitive development but also fostered collaborative, creative, and competitive attitudes among students. The implementation method involved participatory collaboration among students, teachers, and university volunteers, while the evaluation was conducted through observations, student engagement levels, and post-test AKM (Assesmen Kompetensi Minimum) results. The program outcomes indicated an increase in student participation, the emergence of a reading culture within the school, and greater enthusiasm for learning. This article recommends sustaining such programs to support educational transformation at the junior high school level

No full textIntelligence plays a crucial role in maintaining a nation\u27s national security, functioning not only as a tool for information gathering but also as a means of analyzing and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making. In the context of globalization and advancements in information technology, threats to national security have become increasingly complex, encompassing terrorism, cybercrime, and interstate conflicts. The reconceptualization of intelligence definitions and theories is essential to address modern challenges that are multidimensional in nature. This paper discusses various definitions of intelligence from experts, including the views of Sherman Kent, T.F. Troy, and D. Kahn, while emphasizing the importance of the processes of gathering, analyzing, and presenting relevant information. Furthermore, this paper highlights the need for integrating perspectives from both academics and practitioners to create a more holistic and adaptive understanding of intelligence. With a more inclusive approach, it is hoped that the intelligence strategies adopted by nations can remain relevant and effective in facing the continuously evolving challenges in the modern world
