Mapping Pattern of Locomotor Basic Movement Research
This study aims to map the development of research on fundamental locomotor skills within physical education learning over the past decade and to identify existing research gaps. A systematic review method was employed, supported by Publish or Perish software and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. Articles were searched from 2012 to 2022 using the keyword “learn basic locomotor movements,” resulting in 2,136 records. The selection and screening process followed the PRISMA protocol, yielding 41 eligible articles. The findings indicate that learning models are the most dominant topic within FMS research, whereas comprehensive investigations of locomotor skills remain limited. Of the 41 articles reviewed, only 18 (43.90%) addressed six locomotor skills, one article (2.44%) covered eight aspects, and none examined all nine locomotor skills (running, jumping, walking, leaping, galloping, sliding, rolling, skipping, hopping). These results highlight a substantial need to develop complete locomotor skill–based learning, particularly for children aged 5–7 years who are in a critical stage of motor development. This study provides an evidence-based foundation for creating more targeted motor intervention programs to support children’s movement competence
Peran Ojk Dikaitkan Penanggulangan Pinjaman Online Berbasis Teknologi (Fintech) Illegal
Kedudukan Hukum Dalam Menjawab “Hilangnya Rasa Aman Dan Hak Konstitusional Terhadap Pejabat Negara Pada Chaos Agustus”
Constitutionally, state officials have the right to work in an environment free from threats, violence, or pressure that could affect their independence. This constitutional right includes not only protection of physical safety, but also protection of freedom of decision-making, carrying out government duties, and accessing state facilities without barriers. When the August Chaos occurred, various forms of disturbance, whether in the form of uncontrolled crowds, anarchic actions, or public disinformation, had the potential to damage the situation and create an unsafe work environment for state officials. The loss of security in state officials has a direct impact on the disruption of the wheels of government. This research is normative research Normative law research has a tendency to image law as a prescriptive discipline where only looking at law from the perspective of its norms which of course is descriptive, this research is carried out in real conditions with the aim of being able to find existing facts to be used as data fillers in this research so that later the point of solving the problem will also be found. One of the most turbulent periods in Indonesia\u27s constitutional dynamics was the "August Chaos" incident. The incident not only tested the resilience of state institutions, but also highlighted how vulnerable the position of state officials is when there is sudden and uncontrolled socio-political unres
Convergence of Criminal Law Instruments in the Misuse of Firearms by Police Officers: A Review of the Criminal Code, the Police Law, and the Human Rights Law
The misuse of firearms by members of the Indonesian National Police is a complex legal issue that has a direct impact on the guarantee of human rights, especially the right to life. This article aims to examine the convergence of criminal law instruments governing the use of firearms by members of the Indonesian National Police, as well as evaluating the criminal and disciplinary liability system in the context of such abuse of authority. This research uses a normative juridical method with a legislative approach and case studies. The results of the study show that although normative arrangements related to the use of firearms are available through the Criminal Code, Law No. 2 of 2002, and a number of Perkapolri, the implementation is still weak, especially in the aspects of supervision and accountability. There is a discrepancy between norms and practices, as well as a tendency for non-transparent internal settlements. This condition shows that substantive legal convergence has not been realized. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate the accountability system that includes harmonizing regulations, strengthening independent oversight institutions, and integrating human rights principles in the entire law enforcement process. Thus, the Indonesian legal system can guarantee justice and prevent impunity among law enforcement officials
Counterintelligence in Legal Perspective: Balancing National Security and Human Rights in Indonesia
This study examines the crucial role of counterintelligence within the legal framework of Indonesia, focusing on the inherent tension between safeguarding national security and upholding human rights in the face of evolving contemporary threats. Utilizing a qualitative legal analysis approach, this research scrutinizes existing Indonesian laws, particularly the State Intelligence Law (Law No. 17/2011), to identify their adequacy, ambiguities, and potential for legal and ethical challenges in counterintelligence operations. It analyzes how core counterintelligence functions—such as intelligence gathering, surveillance, and neutralization—are regulated and the extent to which they align with international human rights standards. The study highlights critical legal gaps concerning privacy protection, accountability mechanisms, and oversight of intelligence agencies. Based on this analysis, it proposes concrete legal reforms and policy recommendations aimed at strengthening Indonesia\u27s counterintelligence capabilities while ensuring robust adherence to democratic principles, rule of law, and fundamental human rights. This includes advocating for clearer legal mandates, enhanced independent oversight, and transparent accountability frameworks to foster public trust and legitimacy in counterintelligence practices
Legal Regulation Problems for Online Gamblers
The rapid development of digital technology has led to a new form of criminal activity online gambling which continues to expand within Indonesian society. However, the existing legal provisions, both in the old Criminal Code (KUHP) and the new National KUHP, do not explicitly regulate criminal sanctions for online gambling players. Meanwhile, the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) only addresses penalties for organizers and service providers. This has resulted in a legal vacuum, leading to uncertainty and weak law enforcement effectiveness. This study aims to examine the legal implications of the absence of specific regulations on criminal sanctions for online gambling players and to analyze the urgency of establishing a special regulation governing such sanctions in Indonesia. The research employs a juridical-normative method using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches to analyze the normative limitations and the need for criminal law reform. The findings indicate that Gustav Radbruch’s theory of legal certainty is relevant in explaining the necessity for more adaptive and clear legal provisions. The study recommends the formulation of a specific legal provision that defines online gambling players, outlines the elements of the offense, and differentiates levels of culpability, so that law enforcement and sentencing can be applied proportionally to the degree of involvement and fault of each offender
Pelatihan Peningkatan Tata Kelola Manajemen Inventaris Melalui Pembuatan Aplikasi di Pusksemas Sawah Besar Jakarta Pusat
The Sawah Besar Primary Health Care (Puskesmas) serves Central Jakarta. Among its services are an emergency room (ER), polyclinics in the morning and afternoon, maternity care, a laboratory, a pharmacy, and certificate processing. As a comprehensive healthcare center, it requires extensive inventory management of both medical and non-medical equipment. The Sawah Besar Primary Health Care used pen and paper to manually manage its medical and non-medical inventory. This method made it difficult to track incoming and outgoing goods and inventory, which led to inaccurate inventory counts. Patient care might be adversely affected by delays or errors in procurement. Puskesmas\u27 operations required digital transformation via an inventory management application to streamline the medical and non-medical goods management process. The goal of this activity was to create a mobile application for managing inventory data for both medical and non-medical items. The implementation methods of this community service activity included field observation with partners, application development, outreach, and application use assistance, as well as evaluation and reporting. This activity could help primary health care improve inventory management by implementing a mobile application that allowed users to manage inventory data from anywhere and at any time
The Contribution Of Agility Strength And Speed To The Dribbling Ability Of 15-Year-Old Football Players At Ssb Rejosari Fc East Oku
This study aims to evaluate the soccer refereeing management system in the East OKU Regency Association using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. An effective refereeing system is essential in maintaining the quality and integrity of football matches at the local level. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that although the organizational structure and implementation of referee duties were in place, there were still significant obstacles such as limited continuous training, lack of systematic performance evaluation, and lack of technological support and awards for outstanding referees. The context evaluation revealed the social pressure that referees experience during matches, while the input and process evaluations indicated the need for improvements in human resource management and coordination between regions. Refereeing management products have made a positive contribution, but the consistency of referee quality still needs to be improved. This research recommends the development of continuous training programs, the implementation of a structured performance evaluation system, and the provision of incentives to strengthen football refereeing management in the regions. These findings can serve as a reference for other district soccer associations in improving the quality of refereeing
