SANKSI PIDANA TERHADAP PELAKU PENYALAHGUNAAN DATA PRIBADIDALAM PINJAMAN UANG BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI
Perlindungan data pribadi merupakan salah satu hak privasi dan hak asasi yang dimiliki oleh setiap warga negara, sehingga hak tersebut dijamin melalui Undang-Undang dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Disahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi memberi harapan bagi warga negara Indonesia terkait dengan perlindungan data pribadi miliknya dari berbagai bentuk penyalahgunaan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk dapat mengetahui bentuk penegakan hukum penyalahgunaan data pribadi, serta untuk dapat mengetahui efektivitas penegakan hukum berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan Undang-Undang (stautte approarch). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan, kesatu, bentuk penegakan hukum terkait dengan penyalahgunaan data pribadi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 terdiri dari penegakan hukum administratif sebagai mana tertuang dalam pasal 57 Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 dan penegakan hukum pidana sebagaimana tertuang dalam pasal 67 dan pasal 68 Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022. Kedua, Penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku penyalahgunaan data pribadi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 belum dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan efektif, hal tersebut karena masih belum terlaksananya beberapa pasal karena beberapa faktor pendukung yang cukup penting.Protection of personal data is one of the privacy rights and human rights that every citizenhas, so this right is guaranteed through the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.The ratification of Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection gives hopeto citizens. Indonesia is concerned with protecting its personal data from various forms ofmisuse. The aim of this research is to be able to find out forms of law enforcement regardingmisuse of personal data, as well as to be able to find out the effectiveness of law enforcementbased on Law Number 27 of 2022. In this research the author uses a normative juridicalresearch method with a law approach. (stautte approarch). Based on the results of theresearch and discussion, it can be concluded that, firstly, the form of law enforcement relatedto misuse of personal data based on Law Number 27 of 2022 consists of administrative lawenforcement as stated in article 57 of Law Number 27 of 2022 and criminal law enforcementas stated in in article 67 and article 68 of Law Number 27 of 2022. Second, law enforcementagainst perpetrators of misuse of personal data based on Law Number 27 of 2022 cannot yetbe said to be running effectively, this is because several articles have not yet beenimplemented due to several supporting factors which is quite important
Penerapan Manajemen Proyek Dengan Metode CPM Dan PERT Pada Proyek Pembangunan Perumahan Permata Nusa Indah
PT. PANCA MUARA JAYA Engaged in the construction services sector, in carrying out the project there were delays which were not in accordance with the initial plans made, so there was an increase in work duration with an increased budget. So then research was carried out in order to find the critical path in a house construction project using the CPM method, the duration of the critical path for house construction, how much budget was spent on building a house using the CPM method. CPM is a project management concept which is interpreted in a network image that marks project activities from start to finish with the aim of determining the critical path and PERT is a network model which is able to determine the completion time of activities. The aim is to assess and review development projects and requires three calculations. optimistic, pessimistic and realistic. The results of this research show that house construction project work using the CPM method has a work duration of 160 days, which can reduce the actual duration by 103 days and the costs incurred in this work are IDR 2,254,591,500, which can reduce the budget by IDR 597,960,000. /20% of actual budget. The house construction project produces a Te value of 159.32 and gets a standard deviation value of 8.99 and has a probability of 52.79% if the project is completed within 131 days. However, if you use the assumption that the project can be carried out in a duration of 161 then the probability is 85.77%.Keywords: Project management, Method CPM – PERT, Intervie
Analisis Improvement Sistem Administrasi Warehouse Unloading Proses Menggunakan Metode Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Di PT. Fashion Service Indonesia
PT. Fashion Service Indonesia telah membangun sebuah industri e-commerce yang mana konsumen dapat belanja melalu platform online yang tersedia. Dalam pergudangannya, terdapat proses unloading yang termasuk kedalam bagian dari in-bound, untuk mempermudah pelacakan dan pendataan dalan proses unloading, diperlukannya system pencataan administrasi yang baik. Salah satu faktor yang menjadi penyebab dari lamanya waktu tunggu pada proses administrasi unloading adalah karna adanya aktivitas yang tidak effisien dari penggunaan microsoft excel open office dalam proses transfer data antara tim admin loket dengan tim lapangan akibat sering terjadi crash pada file. Melihat permasaahan yang terjadi, penulis akan melakukan penelitian dengan menerapkan konsep lean manufacturing dan melakukan analisa dengan menggunakan metode value stream mapping (VSM). Dari hasil analisa, aktivitas yang menjadi penyebab pemborosan waktu yang terjadi pada proses administrasi unloading di PT. FSI adalah aktivitas save & reload dan copy & paste file yang termasuk kedalam waste of overprocessing. Selanjutnya aktivitas proses administrasi unloading yang sebelumnya dilakukan oleh PT FSI yaitu memiliki 20 aktivitas dengan total waktu siklusnya 6525 detik, setelah dilakukan perbaikan kini aktivitas yang dilakukan proses administrasi unloading menjadi 15 aktivitas dengan total waktu siklusnya adalah 5145 detik, dapat mengurangi waktu siklus proses administrasi unloading selama 1379 detik atau sekitar 21% dari waktu siklus sebelumnya
Peningkatan Literasi Digital dalam Pembuatan Karya Tulis Guru Pada Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM)
This scientific article aims to evaluate a workshop held at SMP Negeri Satu Atap Cibarusah Bekasi to enhance the digital literacy of teachers. The workshop focused on creating written works in the form of Aksi Nyata Documents on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), introducing and utilizing the Canva graphic design application and Gemini Artificial Intelligence to support the writing process. Participants were also trained on the structure of writing Aksi Nyata that meet PMM’s Writing Guidelines to ensure validation, as well as how to provide effective feedback for various types of Aksi Nyata. The workshop consisted of three main sessions: (1) Introduction to the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), (2) Tips for passing PMM Action Plan validation, and (3) Hands-on practice in creating written works aligned with the theme "Literacy Enhancing Student Competence." Evaluation results show that teachers gained increased understanding and skills in composing scientific articles that meet PMM standards and can use technology to improve the quality of their writing. This workshop significantly contributes to strengthening teachers\u27 digital literacy and writing competence, which is expected to be applied in educational development at schools

In this context, a layered security approach and increasing awareness and competence of human resources (HR) are important strategies to achieve optimal levels of protection. This research aims to identify and analyze effective strategies that can be applied in implementing cyber security to protect organizations from various digital threats. The research method used is qualitative, which collects and analyzes interview results and related literature to understand the best approaches in cyber security. The research results show that the combination of layered security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems and data encryption, as well as security awareness training for employees, can increase an organization\u27s resilience to cyber attacks. This approach is not only effective in resisting technical attacks but also strengthens the security culture at all levels of the organization

The Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya faces challenges in providing quick and efficient access to information for users. This internship report aims to design and implement a quick search feature on the faculty’s website to enhance user experience. The methods used include observation, interviews, and literature studies to understand user needs and technical system development. The implementation of a JSON-based search feature allows for faster and more accurate information retrieval. Testing results show that this feature improves search efficiency by up to 90%, with high user satisfaction based on conducted surveys. Future development may include integration with a more complex database system and the addition of filtering features to improve search result relevanc

Program Pendampingan Masyarakat Pemula (PMP) aimed at developing water hyacinth crafts in Alata Village, Gorontalo. This home craft industry has great potential to improve the local economy and environmental sustainability. The assistance explained the importance of lake water hyacinth weed as a raw material for environmentally friendly crafts, as well as the challenges faced by craftsmen in production, management and marketing. The resulting crafts, such as bags and furniture, have export prospects, but require further support in terms of skills, resources and promotion.The proposed solutions include partnerships with raw material suppliers, technical training, increasing production efficiency, as well as marketing and financial management training. This program also emphasizes digital marketing, with the aim of expanding the market reach of artisans and building export channels. The methodology used includes training sessions, provision of equipment and consistent monitoring to ensure project sustainability. This initiative is in line with Indonesia\u27s Green Economy goals, encouraging environmentally friendly business practices while empowering local craftsmen. Digitalisasi Form Laporan Dasa Wisma Kader Posyandu Kenanga di Lingkungan Bekasi Utara
Recording Dasa Wisma data at Posyandu Kenanga Taman Wisma Asri is still carried out manually, resulting in inefficiencies in management and the risk of data inaccuracies. Through the Community Service Program (KKN), the digitization of the reporting system was implemented to improve the quality of health and welfare data management. The program involved the development of a Microsoft Excel-based reporting system, including system design, cadre training, and implementation assistance. Program evaluation was conducted through system testing and simulated use with Posyandu cadres. Implementation results showed increased efficiency in data management through a structured recording system. Posyandu cadres demonstrated increased competence in operating the digital system. The program resulted in a significant transformation from manual to digital systems, providing a foundation for the development of a sustainable data management system. Recommendations for future programs include the development of a more comprehensive system and continued training for Posyandu cadres to ensure sustainability of the digital system implementation
ANALISIS PROSES PRODUKSI PERAKITAN METERAN AIR DENGAN METODE TIME STUDY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS DI PT. XYZ
Perkembangan industri yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk beradaptasi dan bersaing secara efektif. PT. XYZ, yang memproduksi meteran air, menghadapi tantangan dalam mencapai target produksi yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses produksi perakitan meteran air menggunakan metode time study untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa total produksi mencapai 4049 unit, melampaui target 4000 unit dengan tingkat produktivitas 1,225%. Namun, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan produksi, termasuk faktor material, manusia, lingkungan, mesin, dan metode. Evaluasi lebih lanjut mengungkapkan perbedaan signifikan antara waktu standar 170,71 detik dan waktu aktual 183,05 detik, yang menunjukkan adanya potensi peningkatan efisiensi sebesar 12,34 detik. Peta proses operasi yang disusun menggambarkan urutan kegiatan dan waktu proses yang terdiri dari 9 kegiatan, dengan total waktu standar 170,71 detik. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan menetapkan waktu standar yang lebih akurat, yang diharapkan dapat membantu PT. XYZ dalam memenuhi permintaan pasar yang terus meningkat
Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Tube untuk Mengurangi Cacat Produk dengan Metode SPC dan FMEA di PT DNIA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian kualitas produk tube di PT DNIA dengan tujuan mengurangi cacat produk menggunakan metode Statistical Process Control (SPC) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Pengendalian kualitas merupakan aspek penting dalam produksi untuk memastikan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan. Metode SPC digunakan untuk memantau dan mengendalikan proses produksi melalui alat bantu seperti Check Sheet, Diagram Sebab Akibat, Histogram, dan Control Chart. Metode ini membantu dalam mengidentifikasi variasi dalam proses yang dapat menyebabkan cacat produk. FMEA digunakan untuk menganalisis mode kegagalan potensial dalam proses produksi, menilai tingkat keparahan (Severity), kejadian (Occurrence), dan deteksi (Detection), serta menghitung Risk Priority Number (RPN) untuk menentukan prioritas tindakan perbaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SPC dapat mengidentifikasi penyebab utama cacat produk dan memberikan solusi untuk perbaikan proses. Analisis FMEA membantu dalam memprioritaskan mode kegagalan yang paling kritis untuk segera ditangani. Usulan perbaikan diberikan berdasarkan analisis RPN, yang meliputi perbaikan pada proses bending, brazing, leak test, dan inspeksi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk dan mengurangi biaya produksi akibat produk cacat
