Peningkatan Literasi Ibu Rumah Tangga sebagai Upaya Mitigasi Risiko Penggunaan Gawai
This Community Service (PKM) is conducted through counselling in the densely populated Peninggaran Barat sub-district, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. The purpose of this PKM is to provide input that is expected to be a solution to the concerns of mothers regarding dependence on gadgets that are detrimental to their environment in general, and children in particular, especially early childhood. Currently, dependence on gadgets is something that cannot be avoided, coupled with the rapid development of digital and information technology. From these changes, mothers are the ones who feel the impact the most. Mothers are required to be able to accompany their children in learning and synergize with teachers at school, especially for early childhood. This PKM uses the constructivism paradigm method, namely delivering material and discussions about the importance of literacy and implementing a culture of literacy through counseling The results of the PKM show that mothers are increasingly aware of the importance of literacy so that they can comfortably accompany their children to learn , use gadgets intelligently, and can provide solutions to conflicts that occur with their environment
Eksploitasi Anak Pekerja Dibawah Umur Dalam Aktivitas Pemungutan Barang Bekas
Fenomena keterlibatan anak sebagai pekerja saat ini menjadi salah satu permasalahan sosial yang cukup rumit.Masa kanak-kanak yang seharusnya dipenuhi dengan kegiatan belajar dan bermain justru terenggut akibat berbagai faktor,terutama tekanan ekonomi. Anak-anak terpaksa ikut menanggung beban finansial yang seharusnya menjadi tanggung jawab orang tua. Dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan hidup yang semakin tinggi, terutama di lingkungan perkotaan yang cenderung konsumtif, banyak anak akhirnya melakukan pekerjaan apapun yang dapat menghasilkan uang. Salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang umum dilakukan oleh anak-anak ini adalah menjadi pemulung. Di kota Bekasi, hal ini cukup marak terjadi karena keberadaan Tempat Pembuangan Akhir Sampah (TPAS) Bantar Gebang, yang menjadi pusat aktivitas ekonomi informal yang sangat padat. TPAS Bantar Gebang dikenal sebagai tempat pembuangan sampah terbesar, yang tidak hanya melayani wilayah Bekasi tetapi juga menjadi titik transit bagi sampah dari DKI Jakarta. Kondisi ini menjadikan kawasan tersebut sebagai lahan pekerjaan alternatif, termasuk bagi anak-anak yang mencari penghasilan
Implementasi Human Security dalam Tumbuh Kembang Anak Melalui Pengkaderan Kegiatan Posyandu di Bekasi
Human Security ataupun keamanan manusia bertujuan untuk menciptakan kondisi di mana setiap individu dapat hidup bermartabat, aman, dan memiliki kesempatan untuk mengembangkan potensi diri sepenuhnya. Hal demikian menekankan pentingnya kerjasama antara berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, masyarakat sipil, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat lokal, untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Melalui Pengkaderan pada kegiatan Posyandu di Bekasi dirasakan dapat memiliki dampak terhadap implementasi Human Security dalam mengawasi tumbuh kembang anak secara berkelanjutan berkaitan dengan masalah perubahan dalam besar, jumlah, ukuran atau dimensi tingkat sel organ maupun individu yang bisa diukur dengan berat, ukuran panjang, umur tulang, dan keseimbangan metabolic. Pemantauan pertumbuhan dengan menggunakan berat badan menurut umur dilaksanakan secara rutin di Posyandu setiap bulan. Pengkaderan Posyandu mencakup evaluasi kinerja kader, identifikasi masalah dalam pengkaderan, dan upaya peningkatan kualitas kader. Sosialisasi Edukatif Hukum Sebagai Strategi Pencegahan Dini Terhadap Penggunaan Obat Terlarang Di Komunitas Muda Desa Kedung Jaya
Obat terlarang adalah segala jenis zat atau bahan yang penggunaannya dilarang oleh hukum karena dapat menimbulkan ketergantungan dan berdampak buruk terhadap kesehatan fisik maupun mental, serta berpotensi disalahgunakan untuk tujuan non-medis. Melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), mahasiswa memiliki peran penting sebagai agen perubahan untuk melakukan pendekatan edukatif kepada masyarakat desa. Edukasi mengenai bahaya penggunaan obat-obatan terlarang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran kolektif dan membentuk ketahanan sosial terhadap ancaman narkoba. Undang-Undang No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika, menentukan pada Pasal 7, bahwa “Narkotika hanya dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan pelayanan kesehatan dan/atau pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.” Edukasi mangenue bahayanya narkotika bagi kalangan remaja sangat penting dimana masa-masa remaja merupakan masa yang penting dalam memahami sesuatu yang memiliki dampak yang sangat buruk secara instan maupun berkepanjangan seperti pengaruh obat-obatan atau narkotika. Dari hasil penyuluhan yang dilakukan, masyarakat maupun kalangan pemuda lebih dapat memahami terkait bahayanya obat-obatan terlarang atau narkotika, segala jenisnya dan dampaknya, serta bagaimana regulasi mengatur akan hal tersebut
ANALISIS POSTUR KERJA DENGAN MENGGUNAKANMETODE NBM DAN RULA UNTUK MENGURANGI RISIKOCIDERA PADA DEPARTEMEN FINANCE DI PT XYZ
XYZ berdiri pada tahun 2018 yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan. Para karyawan Finance yang bekerja diruangan selalu menggunakan laptop selama bekerja yaitu 8 jam/hari dan terkadang diperlukan over time atau lembur jika pekerjaan sedang banyak. Berlama-lama di depan laptop memiliki efek samping bagi kesehatan. Disadari atau tidak, cara penggunaan laptop yang salah berulang kali dalam waktu yang lama dapat berisiko kepada karyawan yang menyebabkan Muscoleskeletal Disorders. Dengan mengangkat lengan, meregangkan pergelangan tangan, duduk terlalu lama, tanpa penyangga kaki, membungkuk, atau melihat layar yang tidak sesuai dengan mata karyawan dapat menyebabkan nyeri punggung dan leher, sakit kepala, nyeri bahu dan lengan serta ketegangan mata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasiil analisa yang dilakukan menggunakan metode NBM dan RULA. Hasil pengukuran dengan menggunakan metode RULA skor tertinggi yaitu 6 point dan skor sesudah perbaikan yaitu mendapatkan skor 3 point. Jadi dapat disimpulkan terjadi penurunan yang cukup signifikan. Rekomendasi perbaikan pada aktivitas karyawan Finance di PT XYZ yaitu dengan membuat rancangan penyangga laptop dengan ukuran berlandaskan perhitungan persentil 5% yaitu tinggi permukaan 12cm dengan usulan perancangan alat ini dapat menurunkan skor RULA pada karyawan, sehingga bisa mengurangi risiko Muscoleskeletal Disorders pada karyawan
Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) Pada Penyusunan Aksi Nyata Platform Merdeka Mengajar di SDN Medalkrisna 01
This training program is designed to enhance the competency of elementary school teachers in developing practical actions on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) by utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Through the use of Turnitin for plagiarism checks and Gamma for document preparation, the program aims to ensure that the work produced is original and well-structured. The training involves teachers in intensive sessions that include the introduction and use of Turnitin to detect plagiarism, as well as Gamma to assist in preparing practical action documents that meet Kemendikbud\u27s validation standards. The results of the training show a significant improvement in teachers\u27 ability to produce creative, innovative, and compliant practical actions according to the assessment criteria. Teachers participating in this program can produce more professional and plagiarism-free documents, thanks to the constructive feedback from AI. Furthermore, the resulting practical action documents have a clear and attractive structure, facilitating the validation process. This program also encourages the formation of a learning community among teachers, where they share best practices and support continuous improvement. Thus, this training program not only enhances teachers\u27 digital competence but also contributes to the overall improvement of education quality. The use of AI in education becomes an important step in preparing teachers to face challenges in the digital era

The Real Work Lecture Program conducted by Group 5 has the goal of socializing and striving to increase public awareness in Sumber Jaya Village, especially in RW 034 in terms of clean-living behavior and prevention of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The KKN program that will be carried out consists of the main activities in the form of community service, socialization about a healthy environment and dengue disease as well as the provision of lavender plants, making plant naming around the RW 034 post with QR Code, socialization for children with piggy bank painting media, and making an inorganic waste bank. Through these programs, it is hoped that it can increase public awareness of healthy living with a clean environment, expand public knowledge about dengue disease more deeply, use technology media in the form of SCcan QR Code as a development of education for local residents about plants and their uses, increase awareness of clean living for children from an early age, and foster awareness of the importance of waste management to support efforts to improve lives healthy in preventing dengue. From the activities that have been carried out, it turns out that the KKN carried out by Group 5 in Sumber Jaya village has succeeded in having a positive impact on the community and the environment
Comparison Of Indonesian Police With Asian Police (Japan, South Korea, And Singapore)
This study aims to analyze and compare the institutional structure, functions, and authorities of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) with those of three Asian countries: Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. This study is motivated by various problems still faced by the Polri, including declining public trust due to several cases of violence by officers, such as the death of Afif Maulana, the shooting of Gamma Rizkynata, and internal conflict between Polri members in South Solok. The research method used is a juridical-normative with a comparative approach, through document studies, regulatory analysis, and a review of the latest literature. The results show that the police systems in Japan, South Korea, and Singapore have advantages in terms of accountability, transparency, and a stricter internal oversight system compared to Indonesia. In addition, these three countries have also demonstrated consistency in maintaining the independence of officers and providing human rights-oriented training. Meanwhile, the Polri still faces challenges in terms of structural reform, strengthening ethical culture, and apparatus professionalism. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt best practices from these countries to strengthen the Indonesian National Police as an effective, professional and publicly trusted law enforcement institution

It cannot be denied that every time there is a CPNS acceptance, many are ready to compete to be able to graduate as a civil servant. To become a civil servant, one of the challenges that must be faced is taking the CAT SKD, SKB test by meeting the CAT threshold scores determined by BKN. Where the final graduation rate for CPNS participants is by getting the highest score from the specified number of formations.
Therefore, the evaluation carried out by researchers in carrying out a comparative analysis of the Decision Tree, KNN, and Naïve Bayes algorithms for the predicted results of the 2021 Ministry of Religion First Expert Auditor CPNS graduation using Rapid Minner Tools. The results of this research will help in providing more effective and efficient solutions in assessing the qualifications of CPNS candidates, as well as minimizing subjective biases that may arise in the manual selection process
Peran Motivasi Dalam Hubungan Kompetensi, Kepemimpinan Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kementerian Agama Sumba Barat Daya
This article aimed to examine the influence of leadership, competence, and training on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Southwest Sumba Regency. The study employed a literature review approach by analyzing various relevant scholarly sources published between 2015 and 2025. The findings revealed that leadership, competence, and training had a positive and significant impact on employee performance, both directly and through work motivation. Effective leadership encouraged employee morale and loyalty. Adequate competence improved confidence and work efficiency, while relevant training strengthened technical abilities and work attitudes. Motivation was proven to be a key factor mediating the influence of those three variables on improving employee performance. These findings emphasized that enhancing the performance of civil servants in the public sector requires strategic and integrated human resource management, particularly through improving work motivation
