Implikasi Pandangan Filsafat Pragmatisme John Dewey Terhadap Praktik Pendidikan Serta Relevansinya Dengan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka
This study examines the implications of John Dewey\u27s pragmatism philosophy views on educational practice along with its relevance to Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus. A qualitative approach of literature study type is used in this research. The results of this study found that the involvement of students in participating in one of the programs offered and the process of training problem-solving skills in each form of the program make MBKM can be seen as pragmatic education. John Dewey\u27s pragmatism education philosophy views education as a process of familiarizing individuals in overcoming every problem in their environment. Education should encourage students to have the skills to overcome existing problems. Apart from that, this research also describes how the implications of John Dewey\u27s pragmatism education concept in educational practice. For students, they need to have useful skills by getting used to implementing learning using collaborative and interdisciplinary approaches in solving problems. For teachers, they need to apply the right learning approach method. The learning approach that is considered appropriate must have collaborative characteristics, emphasize interdisciplinary approaches, and train students in problem solving. For schools or policy makers, schools and or policy making institutions need to ensure that the curriculum implemented has encouraged students to get used to being actively involved in problem solving. The curriculum in this case presents situations where learners are directed to practice solving existing problems
Value-Based Educational Leadership: A Literature Review On Sports Education
This paper discusses the concept of value-based educational leadership as a strategic approach to improving the quality of education through the integration of moral and ethical values in the management and operation of educational institutions. This approach is relevant in facing global challenges, such as social crises, technological change, and cultural dynamics, which require leaders with integrity, transparency, and social responsibility. Based on the literature review, value-based leadership not only contributes to the achievement of academic goals but also the formation of student character. This study analyzes the role of value-based leadership in creating a positive organizational culture, motivating teachers, and building a holistic learning environment. In addition, this paper identifies the main challenges in implementing these values, such as the challenge of resistance to change that can be overcome with the active involvement of stakeholders, resource constraints, and the influence of external factors. The results of the study indicate that with a clear vision, community participation, and the use of information technology, value-based leadership can be the key to creating inclusive and sustainable educational institutions. The practical implications of this approach are the development of educational policies that focus more on strengthening character and collaboration between stakeholders
The level of Understanding of FIK Unimed Basketball UKM Students About Fiba Regulations in 2022
The purpose of this study was to measure the level of understanding of FIK UNIMED basketball UKM students of FIBA regulations in 2022. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach, using a survey method and one variable, namely the level of understanding of the FIBA 2022 regulations, which is translated into three indicators: game rules, violations, and fouls. The research subjects were students who participated in extracurricular basketball, with the sampling technique using total sampling, resulting in 14 students as samples. Data were collected using research instruments in the form of multiple choice questions that had been validated by experts (expert judgment). Data analysis was carried out with descriptive statistics presented in percentage form. The results showed that the level of understanding of FIK UNIMED basketball UKM students about FIBA regulations in 2022 had an average of 24.21 which was included in the "Moderate" category. Details of the categorization results are as follows: "Very Low" category of 0%, "Low" category of 29% or 4 students, "Medium" category of 43% or 6 students, "High" category of 14% or 2 students, and "Very High" category of 14% or 2 students
Collaboration between the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Successful National Sports Grand Design (DBON) Through Early Identification of Student Talents
This study aims to map the relationship between certification of Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) educators and the development of students\u27 sports talent in Indonesia, along with the implementation of the National Sports Grand Design (DBON). This study used a descriptive survey method with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed online to 5034 PJOK teacher respondents from a total population of 200,150 teachers throughout Indonesia. The survey results show that there is no clear correlation between the number of certified PJOK teachers and the number of sports talented students. On the contrary, the data also showed that some areas with uncertified PJOK teachers had gifted students. These findings indicate that the certification of physical education teachers does not always affect the quality of sports education in schools, although the presence of certified teachers can improve the management of learning and the development of students\u27 sporting talents. Therefore, there is a need for increased cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Youth and Sports to create a more holistic and valid data-based sports talent identification system, as well as ensuring equitable distribution of adequate facilities and support to support the development of sports talent in all regions of Indonesia
Sosialisasi Kelembagaan Posyandu Remaja Dan Literasi PKHS Sebagai Strategi Preventif Mengurangi Angka Stunting
Stunting remains a significant and critical problem in various geographical areas, so it needs to be continuously discussed, especially in Magelang Regency. The need to reduce stunting has reached a higher urgency, especially in relation to the goals set by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which is to reduce the incidence of stunting by 40% by 2025. Therefore, the aim of this initiative is to instruct the community in adopting health-promoting behaviors and implementing clean and hygienic living practices in their daily lives to reduce the prevalence of stunting. In this regard, Participatory Rural Assessment is the most effective methodology to explore solutions to the stunting dilemma. In the course of this initiative, there was a marked increase in the existing Posyandu cadres, which encouraged sustainable development. Furthermore, the effort catalyzed the establishment of the Youth Posyandu institution, which functions as a promotive and preventive action against stunting. With the establishment of the Youth Posyandu, various activities related to the posyandu are ready to grow sustainably, because the next generation has been adequately prepared
Perbaikan Kualitas Produk Foamer dengan Metode Total Productive Maintenance di PT. Mayora Indah
This study aims to reduce downtime on line 4 due to instability issues with the booster maximator at PT. Torabika Eka Semesta. The method used is Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), utilizing Fishbone and Scatter Diagram analysis to identify the root cause of the problem. The results indicate that downtime due to this issue was successfully reduced from 1142 minutes to 337 minutes, achieving a reduction of 70.31%. The improvement in production quality is also reflected in the significant decrease in foamer rejects following the implementation of corrective actions
Perancangan Penilaian Kinerja Staf Logistik Perusahaan Ritel Dengan Metode Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS)
The retail company managed by the DKI Jakarta provincial government located on Tidung Island strives to improve the performance assessment of logistics staff. The performance assessment of logistics staff has so far followed the system of the company which only raises the criteria for employee assessment in general. The lack of a specific assessment system results in difficulties for management in measuring the performance of logistics staff objectively based on their duties and job responsibilities. This research aims to develop an objective employee performance assessment system using the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) method. This method focuses on the preparation of assessment criteria with anchors that are repared by observing the actual activities of the work carried out by the logistics staff. The use of the BARS method in designing a performance assessment system for logistics staff on Tidung Island is very relevant because it can integrate specific behavioral approaches with geographical challenges. The result of this research is the design of a logistics staff performance assessment system in the form of an annual performance assessment form and is able to provide an objective assessment of the performance of logistics staff
Perancangan Jig Masking dengan Menggunakan Quality Function Deployment di PT RTP
PT RTP merupakan perusahaan manufaktur otomotif yang memproduksi bagian interior dan eksterior pada mobil yang melalui proses pencelupan plating. Salah satu produk yang dihasilkan adalah Mark Steering T yang biasa ditemui pada steer mobil. Dalam proses produksinya, ditemukan ratio NG sebesar 8% dimana target KPI Ratio NG Perusahaan hanya sebesar 5%. Hal ini disebabkan oleh proses pemasangan karet yang masih bersifat manual (tanpa alat bantu) sehingga hasil dari proses produksi plating tidak stabil dan berpotensi mengganggu proses assembly part pada unit. Dengan menggunakan VOC (Voice of Customer) untuk membuat alat bantu berupa Jig Masking yang berguna untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan, lalu dianalisa lebih lanjut menggunakan metode QFD sehingga alat yang dihasilkan dapat sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan pelanggan. Dari metode QFD, mendapatkan hasil nilai untuk perancangan Jig Masking yaitu 5 kebutuhan pelanggan dengan urutan nilai importance rating (IR) yakni bahan ekonomis (4.2), jig mudah dibawa (portable) (4.3), kapasitas jig cukup untuk 2 part (4.6), penggunaan jig mudah (4.9) serta bagian rib tercover hingga 5mm (5.0)
Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Evaporator di PT Fujisei Metal Indonesia Menggunakan Metode Quality Qontrol Circle
PT. Fujisei Metal Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada industri manufacturing produk rumah tangga yang berlokasi pada Kab. Bekasi, Jawa Barat, perusahaan memproduksi jenis suku cadang produk pendingin rumah tangga. Dunia yang telah mengalami perkembangan dalam bidang teknologi yang berada pada industri 4.0 mengalami kemajuan yang pesat, memberikan dampak persaingan semakin tinggi agar dapat menjaga keuntungan diperlukan strategi dalam persaingan. Namun kondisi perusahaan saat ini sedang mengalami penurunan produktivitas pada proses transformasi produk, yang dapat diketahui dari target yang belum tercapai penyebabnya adalah kurangnya teknologi yang digunakan pada perusahaan serta minimnya tenaga ahli pada langkah prosesnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan analisa kerusakan produk yang paling dominan yang terjadi pada proses. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quality Control Circle (QCC) yang dibuat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan aliran proses produksi. Analisa Trajectory Directional Drilling Pada Sumur Berarah MST-01
Directional Drilling adalah metode pemboran yang dilakukan apabila terdapat adanya kendalakendala sehingga sumur tidak dapat dibor secara vertikal. Langkah awal dalam melakukan pemboran berarah dibutuhkan perencanaan arah lintasan (trajectory) sebagai pedoman atau acuan saat melakukan pemboran berarah. Dalam laporan ini Analisa trajectory dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai parameter yang dijadikan sebagai acuan sumur MST-01, dimana hasil yang didapat dari analisa trajectory pada sumur MST-01 adalah KOP 200 ftMD dengan inklinasi maksimum sebesar 50.01°, arah pemboran secara horizontal yaitu N602E, Panjang EOB sebesar 1667 ftMD dengan total Panjang lintasan sebesar 3212.19 ftMD. Model lintasan pada sumur MST-01 ini adalah Build and Hold dengan nilai radius sebesar 1909.86 feet. Dengan melakukan perbandingan hasil analisa secara manual dan software dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan anatara keduanya
