Educational Research Issue in English Language Teaching and Learning: A Meta-Analysis
No full textEnglish language is considered as the most leading language globally. Previous studies affirmed that English language teaching and learning (ELT) is the most challenging area. A huge number of researches and publications are being published in this area concerning various aspects. Therefore, this study aims to presents a meta-analysis of previously done studies seek to investigate the various aspects in English language teaching and learning. The study is based on qualitative research approach as entire data has been collected from existing journals and research databases. A number of 8 articles have been gathered which have been published from 2012 to 2017. The findings of this meta-analysis provides the value to researcher and academic practitioners as well
A Proposed Model for Build a Secure Restful API to Connect between Server Side and Mobile Application Using Laravel Framework with Flutter Toolkits
No full textAny business these days need a mobile application connected with central database, like E-commerce, E-Learning, Restaurant applications …etc., and in order to create a professional application -connected with backend, Restful API is needed, therefore, choose the best languages, tools and frameworks to build a mobile application in the client side, and Database, API and Dashboard in the backend is crucial. this paper proposed a model to create a Cross-platform mobile application using Flutter Framework with some packages like http to connect with API, (flutter_secure_storage) to store a token and (GetX) for state management and MVC Architectural style, beside using Laravel framework with MySQL database to build an Restful API and the dashboard in the backend, and for make a system for Rules and permissions, Spatie package has been used with Laravel, as well as use Sanctum for Authentication and Authorization system to protect the APIs with JWT, the result is build a full stack application (frontend and Backend) called (My Services), which is a kind of Ecommerce application for services only in less than one month
A Review on the Structure, Application and Performance of the Passive Microstrip Devices
No full textMicrostrip technology is widely applied for design and implementation of several communication devices such as filters, diplexers, triplexers, multiplexers, couplers, etc. They are utilized to isolate desired signals and remove disturbing signals. The layout of filters, diplexers and triplexers have two, three and four ports, respectively. Passive filters have at least one pass channel, whereas diplexers have at least two channels to transmit the desired signal, and multiplexers have more passbands with more channels. In order to implement the passive components, first a cell called resonator must be designed. Creativity is very important in resonator design. It must be small and novel to get a better device than previous works. Therefore, the layout of previous reported resonator, used in passive microstrip devices, are studied in this work. There is a fierce competition among designers to miniaturize and increase the device performance. Hence we will investigate them, from the point of view size and performance, in this work. Some diplexers are multi-channel, which are more difficult to design than two-channel diplexers. Therefore, the multi-channel diplexers are less reported than the two-channel diplexers. The design of multiplexers is also very difficult because several channels must be controlled. Hence, they are less designed than filters and diplexers. The diplexers can be bandpass-bandpass or lowpass-bandpass, where the latest is less designed. This is because designing a lowpass-bandpass diplexer needs lowpass and bandpass resonators, whereas the design of a bandpass-bandpass diplexer needs only a bandpass resonator
The Role of Students’ Classroom Presentations in Developing their Speaking Skills
No full textBelieving in the importance of speaking skills as a main key to communicate, this paper examines the advantages of students' classroom presentations develop their speaking skills at Cihan University - Erbil. This study is a descriptive analytical pilot study involving 47 students from The Translation Department. It aims at investigating the outcomes of presentations. A 19-item questionnaire was given to students including three choices. In order to achieve the validity and reliability of the paper, interviews were conducted with four students. The results show that the presentations can develop students' different aspects of speaking skills.

The real confrontation is not only in the legislative and judicial field but also in the security, social, cultural, and intellectual fields, to be an impenetrable dam against all episodes of organized crime. This fact suggests the necessity of functional and procedural integration to confront criminality, organized crime, and the crime of kidnapping children as part of the overall criminal system, which is manifested by a punitive philosophy to maintain the stability and safety of society
Pricing Categories and its Effect on Consumer Buying Decision
No full textConsumer buying decisions (CBD) are affected by many factors, and pricing is among them. However, to understand how pricing affects the buying decision of consumers, researchers found that it is necessary to clarify pricing categories. The objective of this study is to see how each pricing category affects CBD. Since there are few studies regarding the impact of pricing categories on CBD especially in Iraq. Researchers investigated the impact of fair price, fixed price, and relative price on CBD. A questionnaire was distributed randomly on consumers who were willing to respond, 132 valid questionnaire were gathered and analyzed by SMART PLS3 to arrive at the study's findings. Moreover, the results showed that the fixed price and fair price had a positive effect on the CBD.

No full textيبحث البحث في كيفية ارتباط الفاعلية بالقيادات الإدارية، وما مدى ارتباط الكفاءة بإدارة المنظمة؛ لتحقيق الهدف المرجو, وكما أنه يمكن الاستفادة منهما في حالة الظروف الطارئة و الاستثنائية، لوضع المعالجات التي تتطلبها الحالة، لأنه في هذه الحالة يستحيل على الإدارة التصرف وفق مبدأ المشروعية، التي تستند على القواعد القانونية التي يتضمنها الدستور و القوانين في الدولة للحفاظ على النظام العام.The research examines how effectiveness is related to administrative leadership, and how efficiency is related to the management of the organization. To achieve the desired goal, and just as it can be used in the event of emergency and exceptional circumstances, to develop the treatments required by the situation, because in this case it is impossible for the administration to act according to the principle of legality, which is based on the legal rules contained in the constitution and laws in the state to maintain public order.

Society has many positive and negative effects on language, but the negative effects are more than the positive ones. In Kurdistan, there is lack of accurate information and reliable data continued differences and understanding in all its forms in Kurdish society and the global progress in the field of participation of languages and dialects in all spheres of life (political, social, economic, etc.). The aim of this research is to find a solution to bring the dialects of Kurdish closer together and unite its terms by knowing the degree of influence of society on language, because the experiments of other nations have shown that the existence of these different dialects is the existence of a linguistic chain. Therefore, we must take advantage of this chain and develop our official language. The unification of terms and their use as one among all individuals of different dialects brings the individuals of society closer together. The results show a pathway to establish and correct another way by focusing on using the language to be strong in society. This is achieved via identifying problems and causes, and reminding them of various detailed data and information by writers, sources, books and media, with an explanation of the significance of developing a society with a unified and well-known language

A Statistical Study of the Influence of COVID-19 on the Agricultural Supply Chain (Vegetative) Production in Halabja Governorate
No full textIt is clear that the COVID-19 virus has affected human life and activities all over the world. The agricultural sector is not excluded from the affection of course. The importance of this issue encouraged us to carry out this statistical study aiming to show the impact of COVID-19 on the agricultural supply chain (Vegetative) production in Halabja. Three forms of the self-administered questionnaire (SAQ) were used to collect data from three targets; farmers, wholesalers, and retailers using the nonprobability sampling method. Descriptive analysis was used to show frequencies, percentages, and mean scores, while Independent Sample T-Test was used to find the relationship between variables using SPSS software V.26. Results show that there is no statistically significant relationship between characteristics of production and residence. Lockdown had a major impact on the plant production and its supplying chain in the following sequence: fewer products were delivered to the wholesaling markets by farmers, retailers bought less so consumers got fewer products
